This study aims at investigating lecturer’s perception on the integration of 21st century learning skills or 4Cs in the teaching of English prose. This research employed a descriptive qualitative ...research design with a single case study approach. A semi-structured in-depth interview was used to obtain data from the subject of the research and the data was analyzed by using Braun and Clarke’s six steps thematic analysis. The result of the research shows that (a) the lecturer has a positive perception on the integration of the 4Cs in the teaching of English prose; (b) the lecturer has a good perception and understanding on the content of the 4Cs; and (c) the lecturer also has good perception on the implementation of the 4Cs in the teaching of English prose by identifying four key elements related to the integration of the 4Cs in the teaching of English prose. The expressed perception aligns with the implementation of 4Cs in the teaching of English prose, where the lecturer strives to design English prose learning activities that are tailored to the elements of 4Cs to ensure that the target of improving students' 4Cs skills can be achieved. The present study implies the positive evaluation and comprehension of the lecturer, combined with the recognition of essential components for application, underline the prospect of expanding the quality of English composition education.
This study aims to describe the critical thinking profile of mathematics education students in solving ill-structured problems based on mathematical ability. The critical thinking profile in solving ...the described ill-structured problem consists of several stages, namely (1) Analyze; (2) Browse; (3) Create; (4) Decision-making; (5) Evaluate; and (6) List or with the term A-B-C-D-E plus L based on critical thinking skills, namely (1) Interpretation; (2) Analysis; (3) Conclusion; (4) Evaluation; (5) Explanation; and (6) Self-regulation. The subjects of this study consisted of one student of mathematics education who had the high mathematical ability and one student of mathematics education who had the moderate mathematical ability. They were interviewed based on the results of the Ill-Structured problem-solving. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained were validated, then analyzed with several steps, namely: reduction, data presentation, categorization, interpretation, and inference. The results showed that the mathematics education students carried out critical thinking processes in solving ill-structured problems through six (6) stages, namely: Analyze, Browse, Create, Decision-making, Evaluate, and List or with the term A-B-C-D-E plus L, those which refer to the stages of critical thinking skills, including Interpretation, Analysis, Conclusions, Evaluation, Explanation, and Self-regulation.
Website ”XYZ” merupakan aplikasi yang mempunyai fungsi dalam layanan pembuatan dokumen kependudukan, layanan pendaftaran akses masuk, dan fitur login. Penilaian kerawanan secara berkala diperlukan ...untuk menjamin kehandalan dari aplikasi. Penilaian kerawanan dengan menggunakan tool uji saja sekarang tidak dirasa cukup sehingga memerlukan validasi. Salah satu validasi tersebut adalah menggunakan penetration testing. Uji penetrasi pada Website XYZ Kabupaten XYZ dilaksanakan dengan mengacu kepada Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10-2021. Penetration testing dilaksanakan dengan metode black box untuk mendapatkan hasil pengukuran tingkat kerentanan pada aplikasi. Keseluruhan penilaian kerentanan dilakukan dalam empat tahap yaitu planning, information gathering, vulnerability scanning menggunakan 2 tools otomatis yaitu Vega dan OWASP ZAP sebagai upaya untuk mendapatkan cakupan yang lebih luas terkait kerentanan yang ditemukan dikuti dengan validasi dilanjutkan tahap analysis and reporting. Hasil tahap vulnerability scanning menghasilkan 9 jenis kerentanan dengan sebaran 2 high, 1 medium, dan 6 low. Pengujian penetrasi untuk validasi mengacu pada dokumen panduan Web Security Testing Guide (WSTG) versi 4.2. Hasil proses akhir berupa rekomendasi dapat digunakan sebagai referensi pengembang aplikasi web untuk menangani kerentanan khususnya hilangnya ketersediaan layanan dan kebocoran data.
This article discusses the thoughts of fish auction market in Bajoe on Qadariyah and Jabariyah and the role of Qadariyah and Jabariyah theology on the fish auction market of Bajoe. The methodology ...used for this research is a descriptive method, to explain the problem, events, and any recent phenomenon. In Islamic thoughts, human activities are interpreted in two mainstreams of thoughts. Firstly, the interpretation that human is a free to will, that human activities are created by his self. Secondly, human actions are not created by man, but by God. For this group, a human is not strong enough to do anything, God controls everything. The first stream, in Islamic thought known as Qadariyah, while the second is called Jabariyah. Several people in the community of fish auction market of Bajoe agree on the opinions of Qadariyah and Jabariyah, while some others disagree. Similarly, most of them are affected by Qadariyah and partly influenced by Jabariyah.
Latar Belakang. Mahasiswa asal Papua yang berkuliah di Provinsi Sumatera Barat dituntut untuk mampu beradaptasi, bukan hanya beradaptasi dengan lingkungan sosialnya, tetapi juga beradaptasi dengan ...kehidupan akademiknya. Mahasiswa Papua merasa bahwa beban dan tuntutan akademik yang diterima membebani dan menimbulkan masalah bagi kehidupan akademiknya. Stres akademik adalah keadaan tertekan yang dialami oleh individu karena tuntutan dan beban akademik yang melebihi kemampuan individu yang tidak dapat diatasi oleh individu tersebut.
Objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sumber utama stres akademik dan tingkat stres akademik mahasiswa asal Papua di Provinsi Sumatera Barat.
Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Variabel yang diukur dalam penelitian ini adalah stres akademik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik accidental sampling, dimana semua sampel yang ditemui dan bersedia dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian yaitu sebanyak 53 orang mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini, stres akademik diukur dengan menggunakan Academic Stress Inventory of Students dari Lin dan Chen (2009) yang terdiri dari tujuh sumber stres yang tersebar menjadi 34 item dengan koefisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,944.
Hasil. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat stres akademik mahasiswa asal Papua berada pada kategori tinggi dan yang menjadi sumber utama stres akademik mahasiswa asal Papua di Provinsi Sumatera Barat adalah pengajar.
Kesimpulan. Mahasiswa asal papua yang dominan memiliki stress adalah jenis kelamin laki-laki dan berada di semester satu. Sumber utama mereka stress dari pengajar.

Background. Students from Papua who are studying in West Sumatera province are required to adapt, not only adapt to their social environment but also adapt to academic life. Papuan students feel that the burden and academic demands that are received are burdensome and cause problems for his academic life. Academic stress is a depressed state experienced by individuals because of demands and academic burdens that exceed individual abilities that the individual cannot overcome.
