Abstract
The purpose of this study aims to understand elderly learners in the Tainan city learning style learning motivation and the learning satisfaction. In order to ...approach the research purpose above, the research is conducted by questionnaire investigation, the questionnaire of elderly learners learning style Learning Motivation and Learning Satisfaction with Elders by documentary analysis.
The questionnaire is applied on the students of elder educational organizations in Tainan city, 500 questionnaires totally delivered. There were 412 questionnaires in the valid samples . T-test, one-way ANOVA, Person product-moment correlation, and stepwise regression were performed. The main findings are:
1.The elders learners learning style falls in highly Divergent field.
2.The elders learners learning motivation falls in highly cognitive interest field.
3.The elders learners learning satisfaction falls in highly interpersonal relationship field.

Taiwanese literature of dietetics sets out and develops late, in which the contents of dietetic writing mainly concern about retrospection, textual research or traveling. ...Jewel Tsai is quite new in the field of dietetic prose; however, since her background of cultural research, she makes a breakthrough in the limitations of the traditional dietetic prose and creates a whole new model and trend of writing in the prose of Taiwanese dietetics. The present study aims to investigate the thematic contents, art performance and writing style of Jewel Tsai’s dietetic prose. According to the overview of Jewel Tsai’s five works of dietetic prose, the thematic contents are about revealing knowledge, reflecting social reality, expressing moving thoughts and personal experiences in the life. Based on nostalgia of dietetic prose, Jewel Tsai not only emphasizes her subjectively sentimental thoughts, but also expresses knowledgeable contents in an objective point of view and relevant dietetic concept

Marriage has always been regarded as the most important day in an individual’s life. However, the lack of experience makes most couples spend an amount of time planning the ...wedding. To make wedding planning easier, it is hoped that the proposed evaluation model could help the couples shorten the time for exploration and focus effectively on relevant preparations. It is thus the purpose of the study to discover wedding planning projects that fit the modern needs and to make wedding preparations easier.
The first chapter depicts the background, purposes and theoretical framework of the proposed wedding planning project. Chapter Two further probes into relevant literature and research, including the wedding industry, wedding customs and cultures, origins of wedding planning, investigation into service design, services of modern weddings, and the methods adopted in the study.

Abstract Objective Patients with rare rupture of endometriomas may require surgery. In this retrospective study, we assessed outcomes of surgical interventions for ruptured ovarian endometriomas. ...Materials and methods Forty-three patients who underwent surgical intervention for ruptured ovarian endometrioma were studied. Depending upon the latency to surgery and endometrioma recurrence, patients were divided into 2 groups and then compared with respect to patient profiles, intraoperative findings, and outcomes. Results Thirty-one of 43 patients had a known ovarian endometrioma with an average diameter of 6.04cm. Seventeen patients (39.5%) had a recurrent ovarian tumor during the post-operative follow up. Patients, who underwent surgery within or after 72 h, showed no difference in baseline characteristics and most clinical outcomes, except the choice of surgery (p = 0.003) and future fertility (p = 0.005). Conclusion Comprehensive and early surgical intervention following endometrioma rupture can assist in the exclusion of ovarian malignancy and reduce the effects of cyst fluids, preventing adhesions and preserving fertility.

The objective of this research is to explore the importance of field practicum training for students from the department of infant and child care. The study was implemented ...and carried out with a group of candidates from an affiliated department of infant and childcare at National Taipei College of Nursing in year of 2007. The research study was progressed by a double blind study based on a set of given questionnaire as the controlled group and an individual interview as the auxiliary on an even scale of qualitative and quantitative measurements. Abstract
The cleavage of DNA by vanadium(V)-preoxo complex under photo-irradiation conditions at neutral pH has been demonstrated (e.g., Inorg. Chem. 1997,36,1276-1277). In this ...study, we report the binding interaction between a vanadium(V)-peroxo complex, VO(O2)2(5-NH2phen) (where 5-NH2phen = 5-amino-1,10-phenanthroline), to seven synthetic oligo-nucleotides, 5’-GC-GATACC-GC---(I), 5’-GC-GGTATC-GC---(II), 5’-d(A)15---(IV) 5’-d(T)10---(V), 5’-AA-CCCCCC-TT---(VI) 5’-TT-GGGGGG-AA---(VII) and their mixture I+II、VI+VII, as well as a self-complementary oligermer 5’-GC-GATATC-GC---(III). The sequence-directed binding of oligo-DNA to vanadium(V)-peroxo complex was established. The fluorescence emission spectroscopy was used for monitoring the complex formation between vanadium(V)-preoxo complexes and DNA oligermers.

With the size of electronics products becoming smaller, the EMC issue is more important. The common use of analysis technique in EMC issues is contact-measurement technology. Non-contact technique such as nearfield measurement become popular with the advantage that it doesn't require test point. Nearfield-measurement is usually used to find hot spots of the electromagnetic field and realized which region is the main noise location. To realize the reason for noise, coupling loss between probe and DUT should be de-embed.

Introduction. Ovarian malignant mixed müllerian tumor (MMMT) is a rare, highly aggressive, fatal disease. Patients have a median survival of 18 months and a 5-year survival rate of only 8%. Optimal ...cytoreduction surgery plus platinum-based combination chemotherapy are associated with better outcomes.
Case Report. A 65-year-old patient of stage IIIc ovarian MMMT having obtained a 41-month remission after four courses of aggressive surgical debulking procedures, platinum-containing chemotherapy, and intraoperative radiotherapy suffered from multi-focal recurrences and obtained another 22-month progression-free survival after treatment with monthly liposomal doxorubicin (Lipo-Dox) for 14 courses and Lipo-Dox/carboplatin for subsequent 6 courses without obvious toxicity.
Discussion. Liposomal doxorubicin might be useful as salvage chemotherapy for heavily pretreated, recurrent ovarian MMMT. A prospective trial is needed for more proof.
