A digital twin of a business process is a virtual model used to replicate the behaviour of a real business process. The difference between a digital twin and a business process simulation is that the simulation does not require real-time data, while the digital twin relies on real-time data. This paper is about digital twins of business processes. The achievements of existing research in the field of business process simulation and digital twins are presented. In addition, the limitations of the existing research are investigated.
Data mining refers to the application of data analysis techniques with the aim of extracting hidden knowledge from data by performing the tasks of pattern recognition and predictive modeling. This ...article describes the application of data mining techniques on educational data of a higher education institution in Croatia. Data used for the analysis are event logs downloaded from an e-learning environment of a real e-course. Data mining techniques applied for the research are cluster analysis and decision tree. The cluster analysis was performed by organizing collections of patterns into groups based on student behavior similarity in using course materials. Decision tree was the method of interest for generating a representation of decision-making that allowed defining classes of objects for the purpose of deeper analysis about how students learned.

The aim of this article is to research the methodologies used in previous researches, find out in which areas process mining combined with data warehousing is used, and what kind of tools researchers used to perform analysis.
Očekivanja korisnika u ovo digitalno doba postaju sve veća. Korisnici mijenjaju svoje navike, one postaju sve složenije, a na organizacijama je da ih uspješno prate. Poznavanje korisnika za ...organizaciju predstavlja izazov zbog kojeg one u svoje poslovanje uvode inovacije kako bi nadišle konkurenciju na tržištu i samim time postale prvi izbor korisnika. Usmjerenost na korisnika, upravo je jedan od fokusa digitalne transformacije. Ona mijenja sferu poslovanja organizacija uzimajući u obzir komunikaciju i suradnju s korisnicima te ih uključuje u sve procese poslovanja. Poslovni procesi su predmet inovacija te se u kontekstu digitalne transformacije očekuje njihova modifikacija i potpuna prilagođenost tržištu te potrebama korisnika. Predmet analize članka predstavljaju promjene koje se javljaju u marketinškim procesima s ciljem poboljšanja korisničkog iskustva. Istraživanje je provedeno temeljem analize postojeće literature koja naglasak stavlja na digitalnu transformaciju i korisničko iskustvo. Cilj članka je istražiti ulogu i pojam usredotočenosti na klijenta u kontekstu digitalne transformacije marketinških procesa.
Digitalna transformacija predstavlja izazov i priliku za poduzeća, koja moraju biti spremna za promjene. U moderno vrijeme društvo od malih i srednjih poduzeća (MSP) očekuje prilagodbu tržištu i ...moderniju infrastrukturu putem kojih oni nude svoje usluge i dobra. Iz tog razloga, digitalna transformacija postala je nezaobilazan korak koji poduzeća trebaju poduzeti kako bi postigla bolju efikasnost i osigurala konkurentnost na tržištu. Digitalna transformacija marketinga jednog poduzeća pomaže njegovoj prepoznatljivosti i boljoj komunikaciji prema potrošačima. Ovaj članak bavi se pregledom literature iz područja digitalne transformacije u marketingu malih i srednjih poduzeća. Rezultati istraživanja provedenih nad svjetskim bazama (WOS i Scopus) te pretraživanjem javno dostupnih izvora putem tražilice Google navedeni su kao skup smjernica ili trendova u kojem se navedeno područje nalazi s naglaskom na marketing malih i srednjih poduzeća. Kako bi se poduzeća odlučila na promjene, potrebno je da prvo utvrde svoju trenutnu poziciju na tržištu, trenutni digitalni položaj, spremnost zaposlenih na digitalnu transformaciju, strategije digitalizacije, konkretne mjere digitalizacije te efikasnost poduzetih mjera.
