Teachers must have digital pedagogical competency in order to instruct their pupils in the 4.0 industrial revolution age. The creative ability of educators in West Sumatra is insufficient. As a ...result, they must be able to employ a variety of learning strategies. The goal of this research is to discover the factors that contribute to teachers’ mastery of digital pedagogical competence and to analyze their digital pedagogical competence. This study used a sample size of 94 teachers from three locations, namely, Padang, Bukit Tinggi, and Solok, based on their educational level, age, and gender. The information was gathered through the use of questionnaires, which had been verified for validity and reliability. The findings revealed that there are characteristics that promote instructors’ ability to construct digital tools for analysis and assessment. It is suggested that systematic training must be provided for the development of digital pedagogical competency.

The population of this study is a private vocational school in the city of Palembang. While the research sample is a sample with a purpose, as many as 12 private vocational schools each with 2 (two) teachers, as respondents where the school concerned has a major in Accounting and Institutional Finance and is accredited A. The sources of data collected are in the form of primary data, namely observations and questionnaires. Methods or data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the research are the implementation of the Curriculum 2013 in private vocational schools in Palembang City and the role of educators in the implementation of the curriculum 2013 in terms of the aspect of learning planning that is "Appropriate", while for the implementation of learning and learning assessment it is in the "Good" category. However, it is necessary to improve the quality of learning so that every indicator or aspect in the implementation of the curriculum 2013 meets learning standards and becomes even better.

This study aimed at investigating the implementation of academic supervision by principals, from the planning, implementation, and follow-up. Academic supervision gave impact on teachers performance. ...Teachers evaluations will be seen from the lesson plan, the implementation of instruction, assessment of learners and the follow-up. To achieve these objectives, we used quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation and questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis used was simple regression analysis. The results showed there was significant correlation between the academic supervision by principals towards the teachers performance. If the academic supervision increases, the teachers performance will also increase.

The data were collected through documentation and interviews with two teachers and the principal of the school while the data analysis was conducted through inductive techniques, through steps of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The research findings showed the following results: 1) character education was still carried out despite the Covid-19 pandemic; 2) the use of QR code technology in the form of photos or videos made them attractive for the students Thus, the character education by using QR codes for character education at SDIT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau could run well regardless of the Covid-19 pandemic.
This study aims to see students’ responses regarding the need for textbooks for the Education Management and Policy Analysis Course in the Doctoral Education Study Program, FKIP, Universitas ...Bengkulu. This study was carried out by giving questionnaires to students to respond to their desired needs. This study was carried out through the Education Management and Policy Analysis Course. The results of this research showed that respondents needed a book for the Educational Management and Policy Analysis course and at the same time produced the Educational Management and Policy Analysis textbook. Research like this had been carried out before by other researchers, but with different topics and respondents, and the advantages of this study gave birth to the book Analysis of Educational Management and Policy. This study makes a contribution to the Doctor of Education Study Program regarding the addition of textbooks which also serve as references for the Education Management and Policy Analysis Course. The novelty of this study is the birth of a book for the Education Management and Policy Analysis Course. This study has implications for lecturers and students in the Doctor of Education Study Program who have a handbook on Education Management and Policy Analysis.
This study aims to determine whether there is the influence of professional allowance and work motivation on teacher performance. The population in this study were all high school teachers in the ...District of Muara Sugihan (55 teachers). The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling. The sample consisted of 2 groups: teachers who had received professional allowances and who had not received professional allowances. The sampling technique uses a sample size determination table developed by Isaac and Michael, for a population of 55 people with an error rate of 5%, a sample of 48 people. The results of data analysis show that (1) there is a significant effect between professional allowances on teacher performance by 25.3%; (2) there is a significant effect between work motivation on teacher performance variables with an influence of 47.0%; (3) there is a significant effect between the professional allowance and work motivation together on the teacher's performance of the Public High School in Muara Sugihan District at 57.0%.
The aim of this research is to explain the significance of digital literacy-based learning in the study of SKI at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In fact, few teachers have introduced digital literacy-based ...learning in the classroom. This is due to teachers' lack of understanding of how to use digital technology. This thesis employs qualitative descriptive analysis techniques in conjunction with field research. Techniques for gathering data included observation, interviews, and documentation. Descriptive analysis methods were used to analyze the data. Furthermore, comparing, checking the data's validity, and decrypting the data are all tasks that must be completed. The study's findings show that SKI's digital literacy-based learning is divided into four stages: (1) learning preparation, which includes deciding digital content based on the syllabus and lesson plans that will be provided to students; (2) digital material selection, which includes choosing digital files that will be shown during learning, such as images, movies, animated videos, or songs by examining whether or not the digital file is authorized. The learning material presented becomes more relevant and students become more engaged in learning as a result of digital literacy. This study serves as a resource for teachers interested in implementing digital literacy-based SKI learning, especially at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
The purpose of this study is to provide a comprehensive picture of the importance of continuous supervision in the context of optimizing teacher pedagogic competence. In this study, a mixed method ...was used. This research is also known as population research, because all the teachers on duty at SMP Negeri 2 Cengal, namely 28 people, are the research sample. To obtain accurate data, the instruments are arranged according to indicators of pedagogical competence, namely understanding of students, design & implementation of learning, development of students and evaluation of student learning outcomes. Data analysis was carried out according to this research method, there was a qualitative and quantitative analysis with the stages of data reduction analysis, data display which was then verified so that it became a research conclusion. According to the findings of this study, at least there has been an increase in teacher competence as a result of continuous supervision. This research is unique in that it is tested continuously for several periods of supervision, not just once to determine the effect of the implementation of supervision on teacher performance and competence. The final average obtained in each supervision related to the teacher's pedagogic competence is 77.05; 77.75 and 78.8. Of course, these results can help strengthen policies that regulate the implementation of supervision in every educational institution.
