Clonorchis sinensis is a main parasite that infects humans by making freshwater fish as an intermediate host in South Korea. There are so many reports about the infestation status of Clonorchis ...sinensis metacercariae (CsMc) in freshwater fish living in the river, but there are a few studies of fish in the lake. In this study, we examined CsMc in Cyprinid fish sampled from Soyang Lake, Namyang Lake, Andong Lake and Chunchun Lake from 2016 to 2017. Metacercaria of trematodes were found from Hemiculter eigenmanni and Carassius auratus in Namyang Lake, and Zacco platypus and Opsarichthys uncirostris in Soyang Lake. As a result of PCR using Clonorchis sinensis specific primer sets, it was confirmed that the metacercariae from Hemiculter eigenmanni in Namyang Lake was CsMc. This study provides information on CsMc infestation status of Cyprinid fish in four lakes and it is the first report of CsMc infestation in Namyang Lake. 간흡충(Clonorchis sinensis)은 우리나라에서 인체 감염율이 가장 높은 기생충이며, 이는 담수어류를 중간숙주로 삼는다. 따라서 강 유역에 서식하는 담수어류를 대상으로 간흡충의 메타세르카리아(Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae, CsMc)가 감염되어 있는지를 조사한 연구가 많이 수행되었으나 호수에 서식하는 물고기를 대상으로 한 연구는 거의 없다. 본 연구에서는 주요 인공호수인 소양호, 남양호, 안동호, 춘천호에서 2016년부터 2017년까지 잉어과어류를 채집하여 CsMc의 감염 여부를 조사하였다. 이생흡충류의 메타세르카리아는 남양호에서 채집한 치리 및 붕어와, 소양호에서 채집한 피라미와 끄리에서 관찰되었다. 간흡충에 특이적인 프라이머를 사용하여 PCR을 수행한 결과, 남양호의 치리에서 관찰된 것이 CsMc 이었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 주요 인공호수에 서식하는 잉어과어류에서 CsMc의 감염 실태에 대한 정보를 제공하고 있으며, 남양호의 치리에서 CsMc 감염을 처음으로 보고하고 있다는 것에 의의가 있다.
A new beacon management method for stations (STAs) in power saving mode (PSM) in case of congestion is suggested in this paper. When the downlink network load reaches a certain level, an access point ...(AP) cannot transfer its whole pending packets to the STAs during one beacon transmission interval because the length of beacon transmission interval is not so long but short and fixed. This results in unnecessary power consumption of STAs which are in idle mode compared with that of STAs in sleep mode. So, our proposed scheme restricts the number of STAs to be marked in traffic indication map (TIM) field of beacon within appropriate range according to the length of the beacon transmission interval when congestion occurs. Performance regarding power consumption is evaluated and its application to delay reduction of packets with high priority is proposed.
The bioassay-guided fractionation of the MeOH extract of the flowers of Magnolia denudata led us to the isolation of six compounds identified asfargesin(1), kobusin(2), aschantin(3), ...magnolin(4),rel-7s,8s,8's-3,4,3',4'-tetra-methoxy-9,7'-dihydroxy-8.8',7.O.9'-lignan(5) and oplodiol(6), respectively.
The carbon beams show more advantages on the biological properties compared with proton beams in radiation therapy. The carbon beam shows high linear energy transfer (LET) to medium and it increases ...the relative biological effectiveness (RBE). To design spread-out Bragg peak (SOBP) of biological dose using carbon beam, a practical method was purposed by using the linear-quadratic (LQ) model and Geant4 based Monte Carlo simulation code. The various Bragg peak profiles and LET was calculated for each slice at the target region. To generate appropriate biological SOBP, a set of weighting factor, which is a power function in terms of energy step, was applied to the obtained each physical dose. The designed biological SOBP showed 1.34 % of uniformity.
Twenty two polyphenols containing ten gallotannins, seven ellagitannins, two phenylpropanoids and three stilbenes isolated from the higher plants were tested inhibitory effects on melanogenesis in ...cultured B-16 mouse melanoma cell lines. among the tested samples, 1-desgalloyleugeniin exhibited the most potent inhibitory effect on melanogenesis in cultured cell lines.
