This study concentrates on the burnout of information professionals. The samples were chosen from the top 1000 companies in the manufacturing industrayin Taiwan. The objectives of ...this study are follows:(1)How would the personal factors influence the tendency of burnout?(2)How would the factors of a working enviroment influence the tendency of burnout?(3)What is the combined effect of above factors on information professionals''' tendency of burnout?The data was collected through questionnaire. Two hundred seventy questionnaires were sent out and 142 complete questionnaires were received. The response ratewas 52.6%.The main findings of this study are as follows:1.Single,female and non-manager information professionals have higher tendency of burnout.2.The information professionals with higher position, higher EQ and Innovation ability will have lower the tendency of burnout.3.Job satisfaction, job autonomy, and reward have a negative correlation with the tendency of burnout. In this thesis, we try to develop an algorithm to detect
turning parameters of vehicles in intersection. We track twelve
directions of vehicular movement and classify three kinds of
...vehicle type. Our approach consist of the following main steps:
First, we use Sobel filter to find the edge. Then, we extract
the contour of cars with dilation and erosion procedures. In
order to avoid the aperture problem and acquire accurate optical
flow estimation, the optical flow vectors are computed only on
the image patch centered at corners. After that, we clustered
the optical flow which belongs to the same vehicle by its blob
image. Then we can track its position via velocity field. The
detection system can output four parameters including
trajectory, vehicle type, traffic volume and speed. A case study
was demonstrated through this technique with relatively
satisfactory identification rate of 92.65 in passenger cars.
About flow, accurate rates of go straight trucks is 80.00%,

In the rotating disk, the disk vibration causes irregular shaking which made the disk slightly inclined. When disk inclination occurs, the angle between the reference beam and the ...media is changed, thus the data cannot be recorded with a right angle or another data page is retrieved. The data retrieval in the holographic data storage system is very sensitive to the inclined disturbance due to the Bragg condition. Therefore, how to effectively detect the angle and direction of the disk tilt became the subject of current research topics. This paper is based on the disk inclination effect towards the holographic data storage system, and provides a new detection method which locates the micro patterns that are recorded around the data pattern. The new method estimates the direction and the angle of the disk plane inclination by calculating the area variation of the micro patterns. This paper presents a DSP-based high performance uninterruptable power supply(UPS)。First, we use a voltage controlled inverter with proper voltage shape compensation to supply ...load. Because we connect the output of the inverter directly to the load via a low pass filter, it avoids the unnecessary energy loss. A current- mode hysteresis band controller is used to obtain the switching signals with improved utility side power factor.
There are circuit design procedures and implementation in this thesis. The whole system is controlled by a DSP, thus it reduce the cost and the complexity of the circuit manufacture. The performance and flexibility of the system is high since the architecture of the system is fully digital.。

The objective of this study is to examine accrual-based and real earnings management activities around initial public offerings (IPO). Consistent with our prediction, we find that ...IPO firms do engage in both accrual-based and real activities manipulation in the IPO year. Furthermore, IPO firms would shift form accrual-based to real earnings management in the post-IPO period. We also find that IPO firms’ choices to accrual and real earnings management are significantly associated with various measures of corporate governance. Finally, we find that real earnings management has greater negative effect on post-IPO performance that accrual-based earnings management. Overall, our empirical results provide new evidence that IPO firms tend to engage in both accrual and real earnings management activities, and they substitute between two methods.

Chinese flower arrangement started from Six Dynasties era, and became popular in Tang and Song Dynasties. In 1927, Sogetsu Ikebana flower arrangment flow was founded by Sofu Teshigahara in Tokyo, Japan. In Japan, Ikebana is not only a culture, but also contains a spiritual mold and practice.
