The problem of cybercrime is a problem not only of domestic character but also of the whole world. Therefore, we decided to consider the experience of other countries in combating cybercrime. The ...article discusses the policy issues of the Turkish Republic in the field of combating the cybercrime. And also it was considered the experience of the police organizations work in this field in Turkey. The article analyzed the legislative framework of the Turkish Republic on the fight against cybercrime. The history of the development of police organizations and their work in this area was investigated and described in detail. The article also contains information about the policy of continuous education of employees on the fight against cybercrime and there was shown a scheme of work in the field of education. According to the results of the study we can confidently say that Turkey is currently doing effective work in combating cybercrime. The experience in this field can be used in the CIS countries and other countries to effectively combat crime in the field of information technology

obrazovanja zaposlenika o borbi protiv kibernetičkog kriminala te je prikazana shema rada u području obrazovanja. Prema rezultatima studije možemo pouzdano reći da Turska trenutno radi na učinkovitom radu u borbi
protiv kibernetičkog kriminala. Iskustvo u ovom području može se koristiti u zemljama ZND-a i drugim zemljama za učinkovito suzbijanje kriminala u području informacijske tehnologije.

Every day, every active member of society deals with various types of media, interacts with other people, is engaged in cognitive activities while falling under the influence of external factors that ...influence a person’s consciousness, thinking, and behavior. All these processes take place in a communication situation, in which the individual inevitably becomes a participant when interacting with the outside world. One of the goals of research in the field of communicative linguistics is to identify and formulate criteria for ensuring the success (consistency) of speech interaction. Our research is devoted to the study of the linguistic problem of the text, which is proposed to be considered on the example of a musical and rock opera text as an element of a particular communicative phenomenon - musical and poetic discourse. The relevance of the work is based on the importance of the role of the linguistic component in the process of creating and perceiving the lyrics of a number of modern musical styles, which are currently one of the actively used tools for conveying information to the mass audience and influencing both the communicative activity of an everyday person and his worldview. The scientific novelty of this research lies in the fact that for the first time, it analyzes a previously unexplored linguistic phenomenon - the linguistic, musical, and rock opera texts. The uniqueness of the study lies in the fact that the theoretical and practical aspects of the functioning of texts are analyzed, the previously existing interpretations of this concept are systematically considered and based on our interpretation of this term, for the first time, an analysis is carried out concerning the corresponding type of discourse
This study is aimed to evaluate the influence of scientific activity and innovation on the economic performance of a country, measured by Gross Domestic Product (GDP), using Kazakhstan as a case ...study. Employing Partial Least Squares Path Modeling (PLS-PM), a variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach, the research analyzed secondary data to explore the structural relationships between scientific investment, activity, and their subsequent impact on GDP and innovative organizational activity. The methodology was centered on assessing the measurement model for reliability and validity, and the structural model for the strength and significance of the relationships using path coefficients and R-squared values. Hypotheses were formulated to test the expected positive influences of scientific activity and internal R&D costs on GDP, and the role of scientific activity in driving innovative activity within organizations. The results indicated a positive relationship between scientific activity and GDP, confirming the hypothesis that science contributes significantly to economic development. Internal R&D costs were found to have a strong positive impact on scientific activity, highlighting the importance of R&D investment. However, innovative activity within organizations showed a negative association with GDP, suggesting a more complex relationship that may not lead to immediate economic gains. Scientific activity was also seen to positively influence organizational innovation. The study’s findings emphasize the need for strategic planning and investment in scientific research and education to bolster economic development.
Relevance. The relevance of the study is explained by the growing interest of the world's legislative systems in regulating the insurance services market, especially in the private law sector market. ...In particular, the sale by the state to private legal entities of the rights of a claim for the obligations of the Insurance Benefit Guarantee Fund substantially liberalised the insurance services market under study. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to conduct a formal legal analysis of the national insurance legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the use of comparative legal tools to examine promising institutions of insurance legislation in other countries. Methodology. The study used a systematic approach, epistemological tools of cognition, formal legal method. Results. The study on current problems of insurance law in the Republic of Kazakhstan and other countries revealed challenges such as the fragmentation of regulatory frameworks and a lack of public confidence due to undeveloped insurance mechanisms. The legislation amendments introduced in the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed to enhance accessibility, quality, and consumer rights protection in insurance services, focusing on mandatory types like civil liability and optional types such as life insurance and real estate coverage. Conclusions. The results of this study can be used both for further studies on the features of the insurance legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and for the regulatory work of legislative authorities, in particular in the field of insurance of construction activities. VR tools, like Leap motion have received great attention in the recent few years because of their immeasurable applications, whish include gaming, robotics, education, medicine etc. In this paper we present a game for hand rehabilitation using the Leap Motion controller. The main idea of gamification of hand rehabilitation is to help develop the muscle tonus and increase precision in gestures using the opportunities that VR offer by making the rehabilitation process more effective and motivating for patients.
