Zusammenfassung
Der Artikel befasst sich mit dem Fall eines weiblichen Neugeborenen mit einem gestielten, kongenitalen Granularzelltumor von ca. 20 mm Größe im Bereich des Alveolarkamms des rechten ...Unterkiefers. Hierbei handelt es sich um einen sehr seltenen benignen Tumor des Säuglingsalters bisher noch unklarer, am ehesten jedoch mesenchymaler Genese (Expression von Vimentin). In einer Vielzahl der Fälle, insbesondere jedoch bei Fütterungs- oder respiratorischen Problemen sowie zur Klärung der Ätiologie mittels (immun)histologischer Untersuchung, erfolgt die Therapie durch chirurgische Exzision in toto. Spontanremissionen sowie Größenregressionen wurden bei zuwartendem Verhalten beobachtet. Eine Rezidivneigung nach Exzision konnte bislang nicht festgestellt werden.

Methods
In this study, we utilized in vivo luminescent imaging of NF‐κB activity and serum cytokine measures to investigate relationships between the NF‐κB regulatory network and the presentation of painful symptoms in a model of neuropathy.
Results
The chronic constriction injury model led to temporal increases in NF‐κB activity that were strongly and non‐linearly correlated with the presentation of pain sensitivities (i.e. mechanical allodynia and thermal hyperalgesia). The delivery of NEMO‐binding domain peptide reduced pain sensitivities through the inhibition of NF‐κB activity in a manner consistent with the demonstrated non‐linear relationship. Importantly, the combination of non‐invasive measures of NF‐κB activity and NF‐κB‐regulated serum cytokines produced a highly predictive model of both mechanical (R2 = 0.86) and thermal (R2 = 0.76) pain centred on the NF‐κB regulatory network (NF‐κB, IL‐6, CXCL1).
Conclusions
Using in vivo luminescent imaging of NF‐κB activity and serum cytokine measures, this work establishes NF‐κB and NF‐κB‐regulated cytokines as novel multivariate biomarkers of pain‐related sensitivity in this model of neuropathy that may be useful for the rapid screening of novel molecular therapeutics.
La prise en charge de la varicocèle chez l’enfant est largement débattue et à l’heure actuelle il n’existe pas de consensus. Le but de cette étude est de présenter notre expérience dans le traitement ...chirurgical selon la technique de Marmar.
Il s’agit d’une étude rétrospective unicentrique qui reprend 92 patients (12,5 ans, 8-16 ans) opérés sous simple sédation de janvier 2000 à décembre 2009. L’indication concernait des varicocèles unilatéraux de stades cliniques III et IV confirmés par échographie doppler couleur.
La technique consiste en un abord scrotal du cordon spermatique sous anesthésie locale. La cathétérisation d’une des veines permet l’injection du produit sclérosant après contrôle phlébographique sur table.
Le geste dure en moyenne 50
minutes. Aucun incident per-opératoire ni atrophie testiculaire ne sont à déclarer. Les complications les plus fréquentes dont l’œdème du cordon (5,5 %) et l’hydrocèle (3,2 %) sont de régression spontanée.
Cette technique déjà validée chez l’adulte est confirmée comme étant sûre et efficace au prix d’un risque anesthésique négligeable. En cela, elle peut être proposée chez l’enfant comme une alternative aux traitements coelioscopiques et percutanés.

Methodisch/organisatorisch haben zur Herausbildung der Landwirtschaftsberatung in Deutschland, angefangen bei AEREBOE, auch hallesche Forscher wie ROEMER und KOENNECKE Anteil genommen. Die Beratung ist vorrangig auf die Person des Unternehmers zur Foerderung selbstaendiger Initiativen und Entscheidungen gerichtet. Im Prozess des Informationsaustausches von Ratgeber und -nehmer verlaeuft die Dynamik des Lernverlaufes bei Innovation beim Lernenden im allgemeinen in fuenf Phasen. Die Ausnutzung der kommerziell organisierten Beratungskapazitaet erfordert eine rationelle Beratungsarbeit. Dem wird das methodisch-iterative Vorgehen als Kombination von Beratung und Lernfunktion gerecht.
