Proposed paper deals with experimental tests performed on the Nieman M01 FZG test rig. Experiments were carried out in accordance with STN 65 6280 standard for FZG scuffing tests, from which load ...values for each load level were obtained. HCR gears made of 16MnCr5 material were utilized during experimental tests. Gear surface was deposited by PVD coatings of nACRo
and TiAlN + DLC. Conventional lubricant MADIT PP 90H and biological lubricant OMW Biogear S150 were selected for lubrication environments. Aim of the experimental tests lied in application and comparison of PVD coatings deposited on HCR gears. Values of the maximum height of the assessed profile
for tip and reference diameters were measured after each load level. Results of experimental tests were statistically processed and relations between the maximum height of assessed profile
and load levels for both utilized coatings in both environments were established on the basis of these results.
The combination of stamping and subsequent welding of components is an important area of the automotive industry. Stamping inaccuracies affect the final size of the stamping and the welded part. In ...this article, we deal with a specific component that is produced by such a procedure and is also a common part of the geometry of a car. We focused on the possibility of using a negative phenomenon—deformation during welding—on the partial elimination of inaccuracies arising during stamping. Based on the planned experiment, we created a prediction model for the selected part and its production, with the help of which it is possible to determine suitable welding parameters for a specific dimension of the stamping and the required monitored dimension of the welded part. The article also includes the results of additional experimental measurements verifying the accuracy of the model and prediction maps for practice.
This contribution describes the possibilities of using the ecological oils Mogul HEES 46, Hydros 46, Fuchs Plantohyd 46S and Shell Naturelle 46HF-E in a slide assembly. It compares their chosen ...properties reciprocally. A sliding pair was made up of a shaft from steel 14 220 and of a bearing shell. The bearing shell was fully of bronze, centrifugally moulded, with the trade mark B60 M4. The sliding pair worked during the whole experiment in combined friction conditions.
This paper deals with a possible use of biodegradable oil for lubrication of tribological nodes in hydraulic and transmission systems. They are mainly used in agriculture and forestry. For this ...reason, the research project was aimed mostly at hydraulic and gear oils, directly or indirectly designated for machinery working in these fields. The oil was tested according to the standard ASTM G77-05(2010). The study of the tribological node included monitoring the friction factor depending on time, and monitoring the temperature of the sliding node depending on time. In the triboelement shaft – bearing, we monitored the weight losses as well as changes in the selected characteristic of contact surface roughness. The monitored characteristic was Ra. A complete picture of geometric changes of the tested triboelement was described by the geometric deviation of cylindricity. The system also includes the study of lubricating medium. We determined the initial and final code of oil purity. The characteristics were statistically evaluated. Two oils were tested: PP 80 (producer: Slovnaft Bratislava) and ARNICA S 46 (producer: Agip). According to the results, both oils are appropriate for using in given conditions. No significant differences in their tribological characteristics were found. In conclusion, the results confirmed that the suggested system for evaluating the suitability of biodegradable lubricants is applicable in given laboratory or operating conditions. The conclusions can be used in practice for choosing the lubricant. The results can also help to create an order of appropriate oils. The conclusions can also be used by producers of lubricants as information about functional characteristics of their products.
The presented contribution deals with the comparison of selected ecological oils of the same viscosity class in terms of wear of the sliding bearing B 60 M4 as part of the matched sliding pair ...lubricated by ecological lubricant. The wear of the sliding bearing is monitored using the parameters; the change of geometric tolerance cylindricity having the most indicative capability about the size and location of wear. The second parameter is weight loss, and the third parameter is the change of surface roughness at the contact point of friction elements. Results are statistically processed and presented in the form of graphs and tables.
Presented paper deals with the issue of lubricating tribological systems formed by a double pair operating under mixed conditions of mixed friction before and after experimental tests, which were ...conducted in accordance with the selected methodology using Tribotestor M‘06 test machine. The lubricating media included ecological oils Plantohyd 46 S by Fuchs and EAL Hydraulic 46 manufactured by the Mobil company. Applied ecological oils can be used in agricultural mobile machines as a replacement for conventional lubricants. The tests were conducted on designated material double pairs. The shaft was made of steel 16MnCr5. The second observed friction element in terms of glide angle test was a steel plate made of S235JR, gliding surface of which was produced utilizing flame powder coating technology. The results were statistically processed and are presented in the form of graphs, tables and figures.
In this paper are analyzed the main trends in the creation and reception of specific communication services operating in on-line media - communication stereotypes as a steady character structures. ...Interpretative starting point is the thesis that the functioning of communication stereotypes in online media is culturally, socially and mentally conditioned, a result of this function is construct of the sociocultural izoglosis in society, namely the extension of the use of certain communication of meaning, the same way of "reading the text". Particular attention is paid to the functioning of the media presets, comprehensively processed and disseminated templates and effects that use presets in online media raises (also with regard to their use in marketing communication): extensification on-line operation and weakening of user interpretative relation to the text.
