The article is devoted to solving the problems of predicting the education of Ukrainian staff in the current COVID-2019 conditions in order to improve the efficiency of their work. Theoretical ...approaches regarding the characteristics of modeling and prediction of education have been studied, systematic and summarized. Factors that significantly complement the theory and methodology of the scientific provisions of the economy have been identified, taking into account the peculiarities of their work in the modern economic environment, structural changes, and new changes. The pros and cons of studying modeling approaches have been identified. The main features of structural change have been studied and it has been established that the modeling and forecasting of staff education has significant features.
The efficacy of Iraq's direct heat recovery system is influenced by the nation's architectural design, particularly in view of the escalating climate conditions. There is an increasing worry on the ...necessity to openly address the local building patterns in Iraqi cities due to the challenging task of mechanically cooling buildings in the absence of electricity. The model was built using data obtained from field research carried out from January 2021 to March 2022. The field measurements of microclimatological parameters were carried out between March and August 2022 in order to evaluate the accuracy of the models. This methodology showcases the potential to make accurate predictions of future air temperatures by utilising variables as low as 5 percent. The air temperature decreases by 0.5 °C for every G increase across an area of 0.03-0.20 m2/m2, which is equivalent to a Leaf Area Index (LAI) of 4.5 m2/ha. This work introduces a standardized approach for assessing thermal comfort in real-world settings. The study examines the continuous use of hybrid ventilation systems at Kadhimiya Teaching Hospital to ensure a consistent air quality in the wards. Installing temperature control systems in these sites is vital to provide thermal comfort, as it serves as a potentially effective but expensive measure to address the impacts of climate change. Installing fans in military fortifications in Iraq seems to be a cost-efficient and uncomplicated approach to enhance their resilience against the escalating heat caused by the projected effects of global warming. However, when assessing the thermal comfort of buildings in Iraq's present and future climates, the established method proves to be considerably more advantageous.

Quality of e-service is one of the critical factors that decide the success or failure of organizations. It may increase competitive advantages as well as enhance the relationships with the ...customers. Achieving high e-service quality and user satisfaction are challenging since they depend fundamentally on user perception and expectation which can be tricky at times. To date, there is no agreement as to what service quality is, and how it should be measured, whether it is a function of statistical measures of quality including physical defects or managerial judgment, or it is a function of customer perception about the services. This paper deep-dived the quality of e-services offered by five Malaysian Institutes of High Learning (IHL) including two private and three public universities. A quantitative approach was utilized to collect the data and AMOS 21 was used to analyze the data and develop the measurement model. The paper aims to find the relationship between e-service quality dimensions and the user satisfaction by using Conformity Factor Analysis (CFA) test with 320 students in the target universities. The research results indicated that the measurement model has acceptable values and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) has positive impact on the relationship between e-SQ dimensions and user satisfaction. Achieving high user satisfaction can enhance the competitive advantage of the universities in their respective target markets.
