In this paper, a data-driven two-lane traffic flow model based on cellular automata is proposed. Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and Support Vector Machine (SVM) are used to learn the characteristics ...of car following behavior and lane changing behavior, respectively, from real operation data of vehicles. Under optimal network parameters, the mean absolute errors of the LSTM network for training and testing data are only 0.001 and 0.006, respectively; while the prediction accuracy of the SVM classifier for both data reaches higher than 0.99. Moreover, forward rules and lane changing rules which are more consistent with actual situation are designed. The simulation results show that: (1) the new model can reflect the first-order phase transition from free flow to synchronized flow; (2) the frequency of unsuccessful lane changing is near zero in low-density traffic areas, but increases sharply in high-density regions; and (3) the lane changing duration and unsuccessful lane changing frequency display similar trends as traffic densities increase.

Objective
To investigate the effects of microRNA-223 on morphine analgesic tolerance by targeting NLRP3 in a rat model of neuropathic pain.
Methods
Our study selected 100 clean grade healthy ...Sprague-Dawley adult male rats weighing 200 to 250 g. After establishment of a rat model of chronic constriction injury, these rats were divided into 10 groups (10 rats in each group): the normal control, sham operation, chronic constriction injury, normal saline, morphine, miR-223, NLRP3, miR-223 + morphine, NLRP3 + morphine, and miR-223 + NLRP3 + morphine groups. The real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction assay, Western blotting, and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay were used for detecting the mRNA and protein expressions of NLRP3, apoptosis-associated speck-like protein, Caspase-1, Interleukin (IL)-1β, and IL-18 in sections of lumbar spinal cord. Immunohistochemistry was applied for detecting the positive rates of NLRP3, apoptosis-associated speck-like protein, Caspase-1, IL-1β, and IL-18.
Results
The paw withdrawal threshold and percentage maximum possible effect (%MPE) were higher in chronic constriction injury group when compared with the normal control and sham operation groups. Behavioral tests showed that compared with the chronic constriction injury and normal saline groups, the morphine and miR-223 + morphine groups showed obvious analgesic effects. Expressions of miR-223 in the miR-223, miR-223 + morphine, and miR-223 + NLRP3 + morphine were significantly higher than those in the chronic constriction injury, normal saline, and morphine groups. Compared with chronic constriction injury, normal saline and morphine groups, the mRNA and protein expressions of NLRP3, apoptosis-associated speck-like protein, Caspase-1, IL-1β, and IL-18 were significantly decreased in the miR-223 and miR-223 + morphine groups, while mRNA and protein expressions of NLRP3, apoptosis-associated speck-like protein, Caspase-1, IL-1β, and IL-18 were significantly increased in the NLRP3 and NLRP3 + morphine group.
Conclusion
Our study provides strong evidence that miR-223 could suppress the activities of NLRP3 inflammasomes (NLRP3, apoptosis-associated speck-like protein, and Caspase-1) to relieve morphine analgesic tolerance in rats by down-regulating NLRP3.
This work explores the characteristics of the usage behaviour of station-based car-sharing users based on the actual operation data from a car-sharing company in Gansu, China. We analyse the ...characteristics of the users’ demands, such as usage frequency and order quantity, for a day with 24 1 h time intervals. Results show that most car-sharing users are young and middle-aged men with a low reuse rate. The distribution of users’ usage during weekdays shows noticeable morning and evening peaks. We define two attributes, namely, the latent ratio and persistence ratio, as classification indicators to understand the user diversity and heterogeneity thoroughly. We apply the k-means clustering algorithm to group the users into four categories, namely, lost, early loyal, late loyal, and motivated users. The usage characteristics of lost users, including maximum rental time and travel distance, minimum percentage of same pickup and return station, and low percentage of locals, have noticeable differences from those of the other users. Late loyal users have lower rental time and travel distance than those of the other users. This manifestation is in line with the short-term lease of shared cars to complete short- and medium-distance travel design concepts. We also propose a model that predicts the driver cluster based on the decision tree. Numerical tests indicate that the accuracy is 91.61% when the user category is predicted four months in advance using the observation-to-judgment period ratio of 3 : 1. The results in this study can support enterprises in user management.

Compound 2 represents an indole-diterpenoid with a new carbon skeleton derived from paxilline by the loss of three carbons (C-23/24/25). Compound 3 contains an additional oxygen atom between C-21 and C-22 compared to paxilline to form an unusual 6/5/5/6/6/7 hexacyclic ring system bearing a 1,3-dioxepane ring, which is rarely encountered in natural products. Compounds 1, 2, 4, and 6 showed inhibitory activities against protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) with IC50 values of 14, 27, 23, and 13 μM, respectively.
Day-to-day traffic assignment models provide a powerful tool to analyze the time evolution of traffic flow within transport networks. In day-to-day dynamics, most models assume that there are only ...private cars on traffic networks and travelers update their choices each day. However, there are mainly two traffic modes, i.e. cars and buses, and travelers may not change their mode choices frequently. In this paper, a period-to-period traffic assignment model is proposed to capture traffic dynamics under traffic restrictions by considering interactions among different modes and introducing a delay about travelers’ mode choice. The existence and uniqueness of the equilibrium are analyzed. The linear stability of the equilibrium is analyzed and the eigenvalue range of Jacobian matrix is estimated by using the Gershgorin circle theorem. Both theoretical analyses and numerical simulations indicated that compared to the system with no mode choice, mode choice behaviors could improve the stability of the equilibrium. Additionally, mode choice behaviors with delay might further increase the stability domain and dampen oscillations on the cost and the flows. This study explains the evolution patterns of transportation networks under traffic policy and provides guidance for network design and management.

The structures and the absolute configurations of the new compounds were unambiguously elucidated by spectroscopic data and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) spectroscopic analyses along with quantum ECD calculations. In addition, the spectroscopic data of compound 1 are reported here for the first time, the configuration of C-24 of known compound 8 was revised based on comparison of its ROESY data with its C-24 epimer 9, and the absolute configuration of 8 was also determined for the first time. Compounds 6, 7, and 10 showed stronger antibacterial activity than a tobramycin control against S. agalactiae with MIC values of 16, 2, and 8 μg/mL, respectively.

Lane changing is one of the basic driving behaviours, which may induce traffic oscillations and incidents. However, it is difficult to well model the lane-changing decision process due to the complex ...traffic status. To promote the prediction accuracy of lane-changing decisions, this paper presents a probability lane-changing model by taking into account the memory effect. That is, the lane-changing decision model considers a series of trajectory data rather than the data of a specific time utilized in most existing models. Furthermore, the drivers are classified in terms of lane-changing trajectories, which is expected to further promote the prediction accuracy of the lane-changing decision model. Calibrations and validations are carried out based on the NGSIM data, which indicate that the proposed model can significantly promote the prediction accuracy of lane-changing decisions.
