In order to solve the problem of collaborative relationship between entities in the management mode of organization coordination network (OCN) of major scientific and technological project (MSTP) ...based on authority links, we use systems engineering integrated, project management and calculation organization theory. We do the quantitative measurement of network and depict the corresponding mode view, and we also provide the measurement procedures of the relationship of OCN, which includes task analysis, the formation of the network organization model and the determination of the constraint parameter. The effective process is established to carry out tasks and design the relational model matched with the process. Finally, the allocation relationship of scientific and technological resources and the leader' control of technological resources is built up, together with the alleged co-leader relationships, thus we finish the measurement of the relationship of OCN of MSTP based on authority links.
A novel class of monodisperse starburst molecules (
T1-T3
), which are comprised of a pyrene core, four short oligofluorene arms and cyanophenyl end-cappers, were designed and synthesized to explore ...the influence of electron-withdrawing moieties on their optoelectronic properties. The resulting materials demonstrated high fluorescence yields and excellent thermal stability with a high degradation temperature (

/TPBI/LiF/Al exhibited highly efficient and stabilized blue electroluminescence (EL). Among all these solution-processed devices,

possessed the best performance with a maximum luminous efficiency (LE) of 3.52 cd A

at 25 mA cm

and a maximum brightness of 9194 cd m
−2
at 10 V, resulting from the improved electron affinity due to the large content of electron-withdrawing cyanophenyl moieties in the starbursts. Notably, the net gain coefficients reached 46-55 cm

. Moreover, the amplified spontaneous emission (ASE) threshold value remained detectable upon thermal annealing temperatures up to 230 °C for
T1
and 280 °C for
T2-T3
. 1D DFB lasing (50% fill factor, pumped source at 375 nm) was thus obtained, demonstrating a low lasing threshold. The results confirm that the incorporation of cyanophenyl moieties as end cappers can enhance the electrical properties of pyrene-centered starbursts without substantially sacrificing their great optical gain properties, which makes this series of materials very promising for electrically pumped organic lasers.

) were explored to investigate the influence of electron-withdrawing moieties on their optoelectronic properties.
SDSS J1634+2049 is a local (z = 0.1293) infrared-luminous quasar with LIR= 10^11.91 Lsun. We present a detailed multiwavelength study of both the host galaxy and the nucleus. The host galaxy ...demonstrates violent, obscured star formation activities with SFR ~ 140 Msun yr^-1, estimated from either the PAH emission or IR luminosity. The optical to NIR spectra exhibit a blueshifted narrow cuspy component in Hb, HeI5876,10830 and other emission lines consistently with an offset velocity of ~900 km/s, as well as additional blueshifting phenomena in high-ionization lines , while there exist blueshifted broad absorption lines (BALs) in NaID and HeI*3889,10830, indicative of the AGN outflows producing BALs and emission lines. Constrained mutually by the several BALs with CLOUDY, the physical properties of the absorption-line outflow are derived as follows: 10^4 < n_H <= 10^5 cm^-3, 10^-1.3 <= U <= 10^-0.7 and 10^22.5<= N_H <= 10^22.9 cm^-2 , similar to those derived for the emission-line outflows. The similarity suggests a common origin. Taking advantages of both the absorption lines and outflowing emission lines, we find that the outflow gas is located at a distance of 48 - 65 pc from the nucleus, and that the kinetic luminosity of the outflow is 10^44-10^46 erg s^-1. J1634+2049 has a off-centered galactic ring on the scale of ~ 30 kpc that is proved to be formed by a recent head-on collision by a nearby galaxy. Thus this quasar is a valuable object in the transitional phase emerging out of dust enshrouding as depicted by the co-evolution scenario.
The complete coding sequence of Hemonchus contortus HC58cDNA was generated by rapid amplification of cDNA ends and polymerase chain reaction using primers based on the 5′ and 3′ ends of the parasite ...mRNA, accession no. AF305964. The HC58cDNA gene was 851 bp long, with open reading frame of 717 bp, precursors to 239 amino acids coding for approximately 27 kDa protein. Analysis of amino acid sequence revealed conserved residues of cysteine, histidine, asparagine, occluding loop pattern, hemoglobinase motif and glutamine of the oxyanion hole characteristic of cathepsin B like proteases (CBL). Comparison of the predicted amino acid sequences showed the protein shared 33.5-58.7% identity to cathepsin B homologues in the papain clan CA family (family C1). Phylogenetic analysis revealed close evolutionary proximity of the protein sequence to counterpart sequences in the CBL, suggesting that HC58cDNA was a member of the papain family.

The ...host galaxy, appearing as an early-type galaxy in the optical images and spectra, demonstrates violent, obscured star formation activities with SFR approximate to 140 M-circle dot yr(-1), estimated from either the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon emission or IR luminosity. The optical to NIR spectra exhibit a blueshifted narrow cuspy component in H beta, He I lambda lambda 5876, 10830, and other emission lines consistently with an offset velocity of approximate to 900 km s(-1), as well as additional blueshifting phenomena in high-ionization lines (e.g., a blueshifted broad component of He I lambda 10830 and the bulk blueshifting of O III.5007), while there exist blueshifted broad absorption lines (BALs) in Na I. D and He I lambda lambda 3889, 10830, indicative of the active galactic nucleus outflows producing BALs and emission lines. Constrained mutually by the several BALs in the photoionization simulations with Cloudy, the physical properties of the absorption line outflow are derived as follows: density 10(4) < n(H) less than or similar to 10(5) cm(-3), ionization parameter 10(-1.3) less than or similar to U 10(-0.7), and column density 10(22.5) less than or similar to N-H less than or similar to 10(22.9) cm(-2), which are similar to those derived for the emission line outflows. This similarity suggests a common origin. Taking advantages of both the absorption lines and outflowing emission lines, we find that the outflow gas is located at a distance of similar to 48-65 pc from the nucleus and that the kinetic luminosity of the outflow is 10(44)-10(46) erg s(-1). J1634+2049 has a off-centered galactic ring on the scale of similar to 30. kpc that is proved to be formed by a recent head-on collision by a nearby galaxy for which we spectroscopically measure the redshift. Thus, this quasar is a valuable object in the transitional phase emerging out of dust enshrouding as depicted by the coevolution scenario invoking galaxy merger (or violent interaction) and quasar feedback. Its proximity enables our further observational investigations in detail (or tests) of the co-evolution paradigm.

Television is one of the most prominent creations in twentieth century which leads to the diversity of media information and cuts the distance of information transmission short. ...Furthermore, it leaves a deep impace on people’s ways of singal reception and habits. Among all the programs, Everyday news is the one that most of people watch. The laws of the establishment of television channels have come into beings since 1999. Currently there are twenty stations run in Taiwan. The licit reception of foreign channels makes the seletion of channels more colorful. News interfaces differentiate from each channel, and the audio-visual effects vary too. All in all, our case study is concerned about whether audience can receive information or are interfered with by visual elements.
This research is mainly separated into four steps. The first is of the collection of documentary and interviews so as to understand the procedure of media produce and stimulate research motivations. The second is to selec
