The protoplasts of Red Thorowax (Bupleurum scorzonerifolium) irradiated by ultraviolet light (UV) at an intensity of 260 μW/cm2 for 0, 1,2 and 3 min respectively were fused with that of grapevine ...(Vitia vinifera). The regenerated 19 clones, every one derived from a single fused cell, were identified as hybrids by phenotype, isozyme, chromosome and 5S rDNA spacer region analysis. The results reveal that all of them are somatic hybrids. 11 hybrid calli including asymmetric and symmetric products regenerated somatic embryos and young leaves after 5 months of culture, of which 4 hybrid cell lines derived from asymmetric fusion regenerated plants with roots after 8–10 months of culture. Inspection of chromosome showed that regeneration of whole plant was related to the decrease of chromosome number. Identification of 5S rDNA spacer region of the plants confirmed that they were interfamilial hybrid plants.
The responses of neural networks for uniform and normal distribution are studied, especially the BP and RBF neural networks and the question of combination between neural networks and fuzzy logical ...is answered by experiments. Linear relationship among sample feature components which impact the time consumption and convergence accuracy of networks has been discussed also. In the condition of feature vector included original bands and good separating degree components, BP and RBF neural networks combined with Fuzzy Reasoning have been used for TM image classification. Overall classification accuracy and Kappa coefficients reached 0.915 and 94.33% in RBF network which is higher than 0.845 and 89.67% in BP network.
An improved image enhancement algorithm based on genetic algorithm has been presented and applied for transmission line image processing in this paper, in which fuzziness is served as the ...optimization method of the image enhancement procedure. Because the complexity and uncertainty of the image itself, fuzzy theory has been used in the image processing. In this process, the parameters of the transformation function are found by the genetic algorithm. Thus, a new kind of image enhancement method is proposed by combining fuzzy theory with the genetic algorithm. Finally, compared with the traditional image enhancement methods, the method presented in this paper is better in performance.
Compared with the traditional communication equipment, short wave communication equipment has strong anti-destroying ability. It can greatly reduce the complexity during the data transfer process. ...However, by the time-variation characteristic and the influence of the multipath interference, short wave communication system has some deficiencies in transmission. Therefore, it will be of great significance if we study the problems with great efforts and find a solution. The fountain code in the short wave broadband OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) communication system will be introduced. And an excellent concatenated code composed of the Turbo and LDPC (Low Density Parity Check Code) codes will be used to run a pre-coding stage in this paper. The simulation results show that the concatenated codes are the mirror in the realization of long codes and hold the outstanding correction capability for random errors.
