For China’s groundwater protection work, it is very important for the management departments at all levels in each L area to provide development technology support for enterprises. Based on the concept of groundwater quality vulnerability and groundwater vulnerability assessment method in Japan, according to the actual situation of the study area, this paper analyzes the vulnerability of natural geography, meteorology and hydrology, geological conditions, and human activities in the area. This paper establishes an optimized and improved DRASTIC model and adds the evaluation factors affecting human activities into the evaluation conditions of traditional DRASTIC model, that is, the current land use status and groundwater exploitation. By combining bee colony optimization with groundwater vulnerability assessment model, groundwater vulnerability assessment is carried out. This paper also uses the special computer system to simulate the decision-making process of medical staff, provides obesity intelligence diagnosis and personalized prescription exercise, carries out exercise weight loss monitoring for obese teenagers, helps teenagers to achieve healthy exercise and diet, and provides scientific guidance for fitness guidance of Chinese diet youth. The system adopts the methods of artificial intelligence and software development, diagnoses obesity through youth physique test, provides personalized exercise prescription through special system, monitors diet work in real time, and provides timely feedback. In this paper, the vulnerability of groundwater quality and exercise weight loss effect of real-time monitoring are studied and applied to bee colony optimization to promote its development.
This paper uses the function of neural network-based nonlinear mapping and particle group optimization algorithm to optimize the system, and then uses the particle group optimization algorithm of ...inertia weight, so as to achieve the goal of optimizing the weight of neural network training. By choosing to encode the geological parameters of the coastline with mpeg-4 and obtain the relevant data, the relevant data of the beach motion image can be obtained, so that the simulation experiment can be carried out. This paper introduces the process of establishing a multi-modal pore size distribution fitting model based on probability density function, and conducts an experimental analysis on the geological parameters and pore structure of two typical shale storage layer samples in China. Finally, the multi-peak opening distribution fitting model and the pore size distribution are obtained through quantitative fitting curves, and the geological parameters of the marine continental shale that affect the pore size distribution are investigated, and the pore size distribution of the shale and the geology of the shale are investigated. In-depth parameter analysis is to explore the thermal maturity of organic matter, and the relationship between its content and mineral composition. In addition, the coastal image simulation is researched focusing on the characteristics of coastal beach recreational sports, the problems existing in the development process, and future development countermeasures. Finally, it is pointed out that the future development trend of coastal beach leisure sports, through the integration of local leisure sports-related characteristics and professional development, so as to achieve the implantation of culture in sports, and the organic combination of the two promotes the economic and ecological environment.
With the rapid development of information technology and electronics, the traditional textiles hardly fulfill the requirements of wearable electronics. Multifunctional textile-based electronics ...integrated with energy storage, joule heating, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and sensing has become a favorable solution. Herein, a scalable spray-coating and dip-coating strategy is developed to fabricate the multifunctional reduced graphene oxide/Ti3C2Tx MXenes decorated cotton fabrics. The RGO/MXene modified fabrics show hydrophilic surface, high electrical conductivity, good flexibility and breathability. In addition, the RGO/MXene modified fabrics demonstrate excellent electrochemical performance, and the assembled all-solid-state supercapacitors show one of the highest specific capacitances of 383.3 F g−1 (258 mF cm−2). More importantly, the RGO/MXene fabrics show distinctive negative resistance variation and high sensitivity when they are applied as the strain sensors to detect the human motions including the bending of finger, elbow, knee and swallowing process. Moreover, the RGO/MXene fabrics show good joule heating and EMI shielding performance. This work may shed light on cost-effective but high-performance textile-based strain sensors, EMI shielding and electrochemical energy storage devices, and paves the way for the development of multifunctional wearable electronics.

Cerebrocardiac syndrome (CCS) is one of the secondary myocardial injuries after stroke. Cerebrocardiac syndrome may result in a poor prognosis with high mortality. Understanding the mechanism of the ...brain-heart interaction may be crucial for clinical treatment of pathological changes in CCS. Accumulating evidence suggests that the inflammatory response is involved in the brain-heart interaction after stroke. Systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) evoked by stroke may injure myocardial cells directly, in which the interplay between inflammatory response, oxidative stress, cardiac sympathetic/parasympathetic dysfunction, and splenic immunoregulation may be also the key pathophysiology factor. This review article summarizes the current understanding of inflammatory response and immune regulation in brain-heart interaction after stroke.

Moreover, the EMI SE of obtained graphene papers exhibited proportional relationship with their specific surface area, further confirming the vital role of solid–air interface in the enhancement of EMI shielding. This work quantitatively demonstrates the significance of solid–air interface area for enhancing the EMI shielding performance and proposes an efficient guideline for the design of high-performance and low-density EMI shielding materials.

-demethylase endogenously, while acetic acid was used for cell growth. The sugar catabolism was further blocked to prevent the loss of fermentable sugar. Using the engineered strain, a total of 253.88 mg/L of PCA was obtained with a yield of 70.85% from corncob hydrolysate 1. The highest titer of 433.72 mg/L of PCA was achieved using corncob hydrolysate 2 without any additional nutrients. This study highlights the potential ability of engineered strains to address the challenges of PCA production from lignocellulosic hydrolysate, providing novel insights into the utilization of hydrolysates.
Resistance to the Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor ibrutinib has been attributed solely to mutations in BTK and related pathway molecules. Using whole-exome and deep-targeted sequencing, we ...dissect evolution of ibrutinib resistance in serial samples from five chronic lymphocytic leukaemia patients. In two patients, we detect BTK-C481S mutation or multiple PLCG2 mutations. The other three patients exhibit an expansion of clones harbouring del(8p) with additional driver mutations (EP300, MLL2 and EIF2A), with one patient developing trans-differentiation into CD19-negative histiocytic sarcoma. Using droplet-microfluidic technology and growth kinetic analyses, we demonstrate the presence of ibrutinib-resistant subclones and estimate subclone size before treatment initiation. Haploinsufficiency of TRAIL-R, a consequence of del(8p), results in TRAIL insensitivity, which may contribute to ibrutinib resistance. These findings demonstrate that the ibrutinib therapy favours selection and expansion of rare subclones already present before ibrutinib treatment, and provide insight into the heterogeneity of genetic changes associated with ibrutinib resistance.
Breast carcinoma is the leading cause of cancer-related mortality in women worldwide, with an estimated 1.38 million new cases and 458,000 deaths in 2008 alone. This malignancy represents a ...heterogeneous group of tumours with characteristic molecular features, prognosis and responses to available therapy. Recurrent somatic alterations in breast cancer have been described, including mutations and copy number alterations, notably ERBB2 amplifications, the first successful therapy target defined by a genomic aberration. Previous DNA sequencing studies of breast cancer genomes have revealed additional candidate mutations and gene rearrangements. Here we report the whole-exome sequences of DNA from 103 human breast cancers of diverse subtypes from patients in Mexico and Vietnam compared to matched-normal DNA, together with whole-genome sequences of 22 breast cancer/normal pairs. Beyond confirming recurrent somatic mutations in PIK3CA, TP53, AKT1, GATA3 and MAP3K1, we discovered recurrent mutations in the CBFB transcription factor gene and deletions of its partner RUNX1. Furthermore, we have identified a recurrent MAGI3-AKT3 fusion enriched in triple-negative breast cancer lacking oestrogen and progesterone receptors and ERBB2 expression. The MAGI3-AKT3 fusion leads to constitutive activation of AKT kinase, which is abolished by treatment with an ATP-competitive AKT small-molecule inhibitor.
