Abstract
The past few decades have seen the rapid development of topic modeling. So far, research has been more concerned with determining the ideal number of topics or meaningful topic clustering ...words than with applying topic modeling techniques to evaluate linguistic theories. This study proposes the Structural Topic Model (STM)-led framework to facilitate the interpretation of topic modeling results and standardize text analysis. STM encompasses various model training mechanisms, thereby requiring systematic designs to properly combine language studies. “Structural” in STM refers to the inclusion of metadata structure. Unlike the corpus-based keyness approach, STM can capture contextual cues and meta-information for the interpretation of topical results. Besides, STM can make cross-corpora comparisons via topical contrast, a challenging task for corpus-driven related models such as the Biterm Topic Model (BTM). Stylistic variations in song lyrics are taken as an illustration to show how to use the suggested framework to delve into the linguistic theory proposed by
Pennebaker (2013)
. The topical model and iterable model in the proposed paradigm can clarify how pronouns affect style distinction. We believe the proposed STM-led framework can shed light on text analysis by conducting a reproducible cross-corpora comparison on short texts.
Nowadays, social media is getting more and more popular so that many people choose to absorb the knowledge, share their moods, read news, listen to music, and appreciate the video on the Internet. ...The popular Chinese songs can be categorized according to their song style, their released decade, their singer, and so on. Currently, the song is always classified as a single category, such as inspiration, love, or family. However, when people listen to a song, they will have a different feeling according to their moods in the moment. This paper adopts the lyrics of the popular Chinese songs on the Internet as the experimental samples. Then, we classify the songs based on the natural language processing, ontology, Word2Vec, and fuzzy inference mechanism. The adopted natural language mechanism contains term comparison and term similarity to compute the different-category weights. Additionally, we also use predefined ontology, knowledge base, and rule base to classify the songs. Moreover, we also adopt the multilayer perceptron neural network with the backpropagation algorithm to train the data under a supervised learning. The learned results are better than the ones of the fuzzy inference mechanism. In the future, this study will enhance ontology, knowledge base, and rule base as well as enlarge the number of experimental samples to improve the performance. Finally, we will combine music appreciation with the robot to make children learn the knowledge more interesting.

In order to classify song text information more effectively, this paper proposes a new neural network classification model based on emotion vector. On the basis of Word2vec, a double word-embedding ...word vector containing emotion vector is constructed, and the vector is used as the input of Long Short Term Memory (LSTM). LSTM neural network is trained to extract the features of song text and realize emotional classification of song text. The experimental results show that the method can better embody the emotional features of text, and has higher accuracy than the traditional LSTM text classification.
For the problem of song sentiment classification based on Chinese lyrics, there are two methods that have been widely used at present: a sentiment dictionary based method and a machine learning based ...method, respectively. The former's sentiment dictionary is difficult to expand, while the latter may cause "dimension disaster" when generating feature vectors. This paper proposes a song sentiment classification method that combines the advantages of these two ideas. This method obtains the positive and negative tendency values by the process of word segmentation and weight calculation based on sentiment dictionary and use them as feature vectors. Then use Logistic Regression algorithm to carry binary classification of Chinese songs. Through analysis of experimental results, it can be seen that the method used in this paper can achieve a higher accuracy in song sentiment classification.
Automating the process of lyric generation should face the challenge of being meaningful and semantically related to a scenario. Traditional keyword or template based lyric generation systems always ...ignore the patterns and styles of lyricists, which suffer from improper lyric construction and maintenance. A Chinese lyric generation system is proposed to learn patterns and styles of certain lyricists and generate lyrics automatically. A long short-term memory network is utilized to process each lyric line and generate the next line word by word. A hierarchical attention model is designed to capture the contextual information at both sentence and document level, which could learn high level representations of each lyric line and the entire document. Furthermore, the LSTM decoder decodes all the semantic contextual information into lyric lines word by word. The results of the automatically generated lyrics show that the proposed method can correctly capture the patterns and styles of a certain lyricist and fit into certain scenarios, which also outperforms state-of-the-art models.
The present article pays attention, in the first place, to the new conditions which provide a wide reception of the East Asian literature in the western area. Coming up next, in this context, a study ...of the poetries of Rosa Romojaro has been carried out, from the key points and compared motives, especially with the Chinese lyrical poetries and its tradition. After presenting the creative work of Rosa Romojaro, one of the most outstanding Spanish poets nowadays, standing on the point of view of a Chinese original critic, fundamental motives are given in advance in the chosen texts, and constantly linking with the Asian canon: so as the nature, and the degree of the symbolic subtlety in the writing of the poet according to the eastern point of view; the feeling of “Hen”, which contains the emotion of bittersweet and also associates with the passage of time; the essence of the poems and every word of hers, which is fulfilled with sentiments; the symbolism of the moon and its metaphorical reflections of the nocturne; the great motive of voyage and motions, and attached to them, the hope and the seasons, the fall; the adventure of discovery within the heart of the known places and the purity driven by her glance; the synesthetic evocations; and, lastly, the relationship of her poems with the vital prolongation, making up every poem of Rosa Romojaro in a center of expressivity shared with universal motives which look up to the tradition and the modernity.
