The ESREA community celebrated at the University of Milano Bicocca last year 30 years of ESREA. The 10th Triennial conference New seeds for a world to come was a great opportunity to gather together, ...look back with satisfaction, look forward with hope, and enhance a sense of belonging to this community. … In the conference call, we mentioned the “dramatic changes” that were (and are) going on in individual and collective lives, bringing unexpected revisions of common educational and cultural practices, and compelling us to deal with the experience of the pandemic, and its consequences. However, we also stated our desire to make the Conference “a positive reflexive moment to look at the future, to mobilize the best energies of adult education research and intervention, and interrogate the controversial, nonlinear effects of the ongoing ecological, economic, and social changes”.
Die europäische Vereinigung von ErwachsenenbildungsforscherInnen, besser bekannt als „European Society for Research on the Education of Adults“ (ESREA), zählt als 1991 gegründete ...Forschungsgesellschaft mittlerweile 182 Mitglieder aus 37 verschiedenen Ländern. Die transnationale Kooperation der beteiligten WissenschaftlerInnen umfasst neben der Veranstaltung einer gemeinsamen Konferenz und der Herausgabe von Publikationen u.a. auch die kontinuierliche Förderung wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses. Der vorliegende Beitrag gibt einen kurzen Einblick in die Geschichte, Struktur und die Aufgaben von ESREA. Zu Wort kommt der Vorsitzende des Leitungskomitees von ESREA, Andreas Fejes, Professor für Erwachsenenbildung an der Universität Linköping in Schweden. Er sprach mit der Autorin über die Rolle der Erwachsenenbildung im internationalen und globalen Kontext sowie über die aktuellen Ziele von ESREA. (DIPF/Orig.)
Founded in 1991, the European Society for Research on the Education of Adults (ESREA) is a research society that now has 182 members in 37 different countries. Examples of transnational cooperation between participating scientists include organization of a joint conference, production of publications and ongoing promotion of young researchers. This article provides a brief glimpse into the history, structure and tasks of ESREA. The chair of the ESREA Steering Committee is Andreas Fejes, Professor of Adult Education at Linköping University in Sweden. He spoke with the author on the role of adult education in an international and global context as well as the current goals of ESREA. (DIPF/Orig.)
This paper analyzes Polish and German papers contributed to conferences of the European research society ESREA. The method “program analysis” is used. The analysis demonstrates that Polish and German ...researchers are present in this European forum for research in adult education. But there are also some shortcomings. Perspectives for further improvement are suggested and discussed.
Adult education research is frequently an own subject of research. Such research is often focused on the analysis of journals. This paper will instead analyse triennial research conferences of the ...European Society for the Research on Adults (ESREA) between 1994 and 2013. The research was carried out mainly via a bibliometrical program analysis of conference papers. Results support previous findings in the analysis of adult education research, but a number of differences or blind spots of ESREA and adult education research in general will become visible. Im enzymgebundenen Zustand bleibt der Dimethylbenzimidazol‐Ligand Coenzym‐B12‐abhängiger Enzyme bei der als „base‐on”︁ bezeichneten Bindungsart an das Cobaltion koordiniert. Für Dioldehydratase aus ...Salmonella typhimurium wurde nun der direkte, ESR‐spektroskopische Nachweis für die „Base‐on”︁‐Bindung erbracht. Die ESR‐Messungen wurden an Coenzym‐B12 durchgeführt, in dem eines der Stickstoffatome des Dimethylbenzimidazol‐Liganden 15N‐markiert war (siehe schematische Darstellung rechts).
