El estudio de los mecanismos que promueven la evolución morfológica constituye un aspecto central de la biología evolutiva que debe incluir el análisis de los factores genéticos y ambientales que ...causan la variación fenotípica. En ese sentido, múltiples investigaciones han mostrado que el ala de Drosophila constituye un modelo adecuado para tales estudios ya que tanto su tamaño como su conformación son caracteres hereditarios que se correlacionan con varios componentes del fitness. En este trabajo analizamos la variabilidad genética (VG) y plasticidad fenotípica (PF) de la forma del ala en líneas isogénicas de D. simulans derivadas de una población natural. Particularmente, cuantificamos el tamaño de centroide (TC) y las deformaciones relativas (DR) -como estimadores del tamaño y la conformación alar respectivamente- en machos de cada línea isogénica criados en diferentes temperaturas (17° C y 25° C). Los resultados mostraron que ambos caracteres (TC y DR) presentaban una variación significativa entre líneas; una diferencia fenotípica significativa entre temperaturas, siendo mayor el TC a 17° C -observado en otras investigaciones- y una interacción líneatemperatura significativa. En conclusión, nuestros resultados en D. simulans demuestran que la forma del ala presenta VG, puesto que hay varianza entre líneas, existe PF, ya que hay diferencias entre temperaturas y ocurre interacción genotipo-ambiente, con VG para la PF, lo que podría contribuir a su mantenimiento y eventualmente a su evolución adaptativa.
Abstract
The analysis of morphological and common features of 20 types insects entering to Pyraloidea superfamily and occurring in Uzbekistan region has been carried out. Their belonging to 2 ...families (Pyralidae and Crambidae) has been revealed which future to 3 and 6 subfamilies have been subdivided, correspondingly. The information on the morphological features for 3 types from revealed insects has been presented and general features of these insects have been outlined. For example, it has been shown that each insect type damages essentially one concrete agricultural plant that is the monophagous of these insects has been defined.
