Following the ratification of Law Number 19 of 2019 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission, many parties were disappointed with the institutional design constructed in that law. Therefore, ...a judicial review was filed against the law with the Constitutional Court. This article aims to understand the institutional design of the Corruption Eradication Commission after the issuance of Constitutional Court Decisions Number 70/PUU-XVII/2019 and Number 79/PUU-VII/2019. In case Number 70/PUU-XVII/2019, the petitioner not only submitted a request for material testing but also a formal request, while in case Number 79/PUU-VII/2019, the petitioner only submitted a request for material testing. This paper seeks to answer two important questions: what are the legal consequences of Constitutional Court Decisions Number 70/PUU-XVII/2019 and Number 79/PUU-VII/2019? And what is the institutional design of the Corruption Eradication Commission following the issuance of Constitutional Court Decisions Numbers 70/PUU-XVII/2019 and Number 79/PUU-VII/2019? The study concludes that the consequences of these Constitutional Court decisions, including wiretapping, searches, and/or seizures carried out by the Corruption Eradication Commission, do not require permission from the Supervisory Board. The transition process of the Corruption Eradication Commission's employee status should not disadvantage anyone, and the two-year time calculation in case of investigation termination starts from the issuance of the Investigation Initiation Letter (SPDP). The institutional design of the Corruption Eradication Commission established after this decision includes the position of the Corruption Eradication Commission in the state institutional structure, the position of the Corruption Eradication Commission's employees, and the authority of the Corruption Eradication Commission's Supervisory Board.
Persekongkolan tender dan tindak pidana korupsi memiliki hubungan erat karena berkaitan dengan pengadaan barang dan jasa yang dilakukan pemerintah, karena sebagian atau seluruhnya pengadaan dibiayai ...dari APBN/APBD atau anggaran negara lainnya. Perbuatan dalam persekongkolan tender juga dapat dikategorikan sebagai perbuatan tindak pidana korupsi. Oleh karena itu, terdapat dua lembaga penegak hukum yang berwenang menindak para pelakunya, yakni KPPU dan KPK. Tujuan dari penulisan jurnal ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya penegakan hukum dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah yang dilakukan oleh KPPU dan KPK, serta apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penegakan hukumnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penulisan hukum normatif yang didukung dengan data dan informasi dari wawancara/kuisioner. Sementara itu, pendekatan yang dilakukan yakni menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statue approach) dan pendekatan komparatif (comparative approach). Hasil dari penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa penegakan hukum dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah yang dilakukan oleh KPPU terhadap perkara persekongkolan tender dilaksanakan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Anti Monopoli, Perkom No.1/2019 dan Perkom No.2/2010 (Pedoman Pasal 22). Sedangkan, penegakan hukum dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah dilakukan oleh KPK terhadap perkara tindak pidana korupsi berdasarkan Undang-Undang Tipikor, Undang-Undang KPK dan KUHAP. Kedua lembaga tersebut memang memiliki ruang lingkup dan kewenangannya masing-masing, namun keduanya juga memiliki kerjasama dalam hal pengawasan dan penegakan hukum dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah yang tertuang dalam Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) antara KPPU dan KPK. Sementara itu, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penegakan hukum dalam pengadaan barang dan jasa pemerintah yang dilakukan oleh KPPU dan KPK, antara lain faktor peraturan perundang-undangan (substansi hukum), faktor penegak hukum, faktor sarana/fasilitas, faktor masyarakat dan faktor kebudayaan.
This study aims to determine the ability to solve mathematical problems of students on FPB and KPK materials in fourth grade students of SD NEGERI CIKOKOL 3. This research was conducted on fourth ...grade students in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used is exploration with random sampling techniques and classroom teacher interviews. The hypothesis is that students’ interest in learning mathematics in FPB and KPK is influenced by the result of learning basic multiplication and division as a sample. However, based on the data obtained from the result of random sampling and interviews, in this populations the result of learning mathematics in the FPB and KPK materials concluded that students’ mathematical problem solving abilities were still low. So that there are still some students who still do not understand the steps for solving problems because the teacher rarely asks problem solving questions. Students have difficulty solving FPB and KPK question because they cannot perform multiplication and division opertions which are prerequisite materials for FPB and KPK.

This decision is deemed inconsistent with constitutional principles and has the potential to impact anti-corruption efforts in Indonesia. The amendment provides a comprehensive analysis of the effects of the change in the term of office of the KPK leadership on the stability and performance of the institution, as well as its implications for anti-corruption efforts in Indonesia. The research methodology employed is normative juridical legal research with qualitative analysis of the Constitutional Court Decision and relevant legislation. This study aims to delve into the impact of the change in the term of office of the Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) through Constitutional Court Decision No. 112/PUU-XX/2022. The research findings indicate significant changes in Article 29 letter e and Article 34 of Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). Inconsistencies are observed in the application of the open legal policy concept by the Constitutional Court, particularly regarding the assessment of numerical values in previous rulings. Additionally, the study highlights errors in applying the non-retroactive principle concerning the changes in the term of office for KPK leaders, leading to controversy over the retroactive aspect of legal amendments.

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut siswa untuk mempertahankan kreativitas dan kemampuan berpikir cepat dalam mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Kreativitas memiliki tahapan proses yang melibatkan ...permasalahan, konsep, ide, dan implementasi. Literasi, termasuk literasi matematika, menjadi fokus penting dalam mencapai berpikir kreatif siswa. Meski demikian, literasi matematika di Indonesia masih rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan model RnD dan model ADDIE dengan tujuan mengembangkan buku MATHSTORY dalam pembelajaran Kelipatan Persekutuan Terkecil (KPK) pada siswa kelas 4 SD. Penilaian oleh ahli materi, media, dan sastra anak menunjukkan buku ini memiliki kriteria sangat baik dalam aspek fluency, flexibility, originality, dan elaboration. Respon siswa juga positif, menunjukkan keberhasilan buku dalam pembelajaran. Uji coba dengan pretest dan posttest menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam berpikir kritis siswa setelah menggunakan buku MATHSTORY. Kesimpulannya, buku MATHSTORY layak digunakan sebagai inovasi efektif dalam pembelajaran matematika materi KPK kelas 4 SD, mendorong kreativitas dan peningkatan berpikir kritis siswa. Diperlukan perbaikan pada aspek tertentu, seperti perapihan penulisan dan penambahan latar belakang pada buku, tetapi secara keseluruhan, buku ini berpotensi sebagai alat yang berguna dalam pendidikan.
This study aims to find out whether the use of Dakota or Dakon Matematika learning media is effective in improving students' Mathematics learning outcomes in elementary schools, especially in ...learning materials for Least Common Multiple (KPK) and Greatest Common Factor (FPB). This study uses a library research methodology (library research). The study materials in this study used 8 main books, 13 main research articles and 7 previous studies, as materials or sources in this research. Analysis using description. The results of the study stated that Dakota or Dakon Matematika learning media is a visual learning media that is effective in improving student learning outcomes in elementary schools on KPK and FPB material. In addition, the use of Dakota learning media makes the learning process in class more effective, fun, and increases student activity in learning.
Kinerja Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) yang bertugas memberantas korupsi di negeri pertiwi ini, tak jarang mendapat sorotan komentar dari berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Komentar positif, negatif ...maupun netral menghiasi kolom komentar di twitter maupun di instagram. Karena kolom komentar di twitter dan instagram tidak dapat mengelompokkan komentar berdasarkan jenis sentimennya (positif, negatif, atau netral) maka diperlukan sebuah sistem analisis sentimen yang dapat mengolompokkan komentar berdasarkan sentimennya. Penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Nooraeni, dkk (2020) tentang analisis sentimen data twitter mengenai isu RUU KPK dengan metode Support Vector Machine menggunakan kernel RBF menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 81.32%, presisi sebesar 71.47%, dan recall sebesar 87.64%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menerapkan dengan membandingkan kernel linier, kernel polinomial dan kernel sigmoid pada metode Support Vector Machine untuk klasifikasi analisis sentimen serta menghitung tingkat akurasi, presisi, dan recall pada tiga jenis kernel (kernel linier, kernel polinomial dan kernel sigmoid) untuk klasifikasi analisis sentimen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine sebagai algoritma untuk menganalisis sentimen dengan membandingkan kinerja tiga jenis kernel (kernel linier, kernel polinomial dan kernel sigmoid) sebagai salah satu parameter yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan akurasi metode Support Vector Machine. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa kernel linier memiliki akurasi tertinggi sebesar 83.06%, presisi sebesar 91.04%, dan recall sebesar 89.70%, untuk kernel polinomial memiliki akurasi sebesar 81.45%, presisi sebesar 88.57%, dan recall sebesar 91.17% sedangkan kernel sigmoid memiliki akurasi sebesar 79.83%, presisi sebesar 91.93%, dan recall sebesar 83.82%.
This development research aims to produce question card media based on google sites material for LCM and GCF grade IV Elementary Schools that are valid and interesting for students. The research ...model uses the ADDIE model with five stages of development including: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The product is a website link (https://sites.google.com/view/media-mathion-card/page-muka) which is online. Based on the validation results, the percentage of material experts is 85 percent (valid), the percentage of media experts is 96.67 percent (very valid), the percentage of teachers is 91.67 percent (very valid), and the student attractiveness test results are 93 percent (very good). So it was concluded that the mathion card media product was valid according to the experts and interesting for fourth grade students.Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media kartu soal berbasis google sites materi KPK dan FPB kelas IV Sekolah Dasar yang valid dan menarik bagi siswa. Model penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE dengan lima tahap pengembangan meliputi: (1) analisis, (2) desain, (3) pengembangan, (4) implementasi, dan (5) evaluasi. Produk berupa link website (https://sites.google.com/view/media-mathion-card/halaman-muka) yang secara online. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, persentase ahli materi 85 persen (valid), persentase ahli media 96,67 persen (sangat valid), persentase guru 91,67 persen (sangat valid), dan hasil uji kemenarikan siswa sebesar 93 persen (sangat baik). Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa produk media mathion card valid menurut para ahli serta menarik bagi siswa kelas IV.
The negative view that the People's Representative Council of Indonesia (DPR) has long been in a constant effort to weaken the Corruption Eradication Comission (KPK), making the revision process of ...the KPK law until after it is legalized, receives pro and contra. A number of provisions in the new Law of KPK are considered to potentially weaken the independence of the institution, especially concerning the establishment of the so called Supervisory Council. The purpose of this research was to analyze an the position of the Supervisory Council and to explain its implications on the institutional aspects of the KPK.This normative legal research was conducted through a literature study using conceptual and statue approaches, which then analyzed qualitatively. The results show that the new Law of KPK makes the Supervisory Council as an internal supervision organ, but its position had not well formulated yet in the institutional structure. The existence of the Supervisory Council also have some impacts on the institutional aspects of KPK in terms of Institutional and functional independences.
