O crescimento da população idosa mundial nos dias de hoje representa um importante indicativo da longevidade. O processo de envelhecimento está atrelado às perdas importantes em inúmeras capacidades ...físicas, as quais levam a diminuição da capacidade funcional e da independência dos idosos. Em trabalhos encontrados na literatura, é possível observar que essas alterações, põem em risco a qualidade de vida dessas pessoas, por limitar a sua capacidade para realizar, com vigor, as suas atividades do cotidiano e colocar em maior vulnerabilidade a sua saúde. A prática de exercícios físicos contribui de maneira significativa para a manutenção da aptidão física do idoso, influenciando, tanto em sua saúde como em suas capacidades funcionais. Entretanto, os exercícios físicos podem apresentar algumas limitações, devido às modificações fisiológicas impostas com o processo de envelhecimento. Foi desenvolvido, neste trabalho, um aplicativo para proporcionar um recurso às pessoas de terceira idade, para que elas possam se exercitar de forma segura com algum controle sobre o que está acontecendo durante essa prática. Esse recurso também se mostra um grande atrativo para essas pessoas, fazendo um bom uso da tecnologia voltada à saúde, promovendo além da segurança, fácil monitoramento fisiológico durante a prática de atividades físicas.

This paper presents the results of research that applies cognitive therapies associated with memory and mathematical problem-solving in elderly people. The exercises are programmed in an iPad and can ...be performed both from the Tablet and in an interactive format with a LEGO robot. The system has been tested with 2 men and 7 women over the age of 65 who have slight physical and cognitive impairment. Evaluation with the SUS resulted in a mean of 48.45 with a standard deviation of 5.82. The score of overall satisfaction was 84.37 with a standard deviation of 18.6. Interaction with the touch screen caused some usability problems due to the elderly people's visual difficulties and clicking accuracy. Future versions will include visualization with more color contrast and less use of the keyboard.
iOS development has undergone a significant shift related to the introduction of the Swift programming language, conceived to replace or complement Objective-C. This may have impacted how iOS apps ...are developed, e.g., concerning User Interfaces (UI). This study investigates current trends in iOS app development, focusing on programming language preferences and UI framework adoption, by examining 140 open-source native iOS applications. The results indicate that 94 \% of the apps now integrate Swift code, showcasing its widespread acceptance since its 2014 inception, and also show different migration patterns. The paper also compares the established UIKit, a popular framework for building iOS user interfaces, with the recently introduced SwiftUI, which was introduced in 2019. Our analysis shows a strong uptake of SwiftUI, used in 64 of the apps in our dataset. Notably, for apps initiated after the introduction of SwiftUI, almost half were developed with SwiftUI from the start. En este trabajo se expone la implementación de estructuras de datos en el desarrollo de un parseador que permite la interpretación de archivos XPDL (XML ProcessDefinitionLanguage) en su versión 2.2, ...mediante multilistas. Junto con el metamodelo propio del XPDL se busca solucionar una problemática en la interpretación del esquema XML, permitiendo un correcto almacenamiento de los elementos bajo el lenguaje Objective C para iOS, con el cual se pretende innovar en el campo de las plataformas móviles que hacen uso del lenguaje estándar BPMN (BusinessProcessModeling Notation) para la representación de procesos de negocio y que generan el XPDL. El objetivo principal de un XPDL es describir la información del flujo de datos del proceso mediante un esquema XML (Extensible MarkupLanguage).

This work benefits from the capability of the iPhone's or iPad's microphone to acquire high-frequency sound for accurate acoustic code identification. Although the maximum theoretical value for the ...frequency response of the built-in iOS device microphone is 20 kHz, emissions with frequencies close to 22 kHz have been experimentally detected. The frequencies used in this work are in the range from 18 to 22 kHz, which are high enough to be inaudible for almost every people but low enough to be generated by standard sound hardware. The aim of this work is to develop an inexpensive indoor positioning system where the user gets its location by using an iOS device's microphone. For this purpose a third-generation iPad is used for high-frequency sound data acquisition and neither external acquisition system nor ultrasonic microphone are required. The capability of iOS devices to acquire acoustic signals in the vicinity of 20 kHz has been successfully demonstrated. This fact allows the use of this kind of device for acoustic code detection and accurate positioning by means of multilateration.
To change all kinds of defects existing in current network learning system, this paper considers the actual demand analysis of ideological and political education, designs and implements a live ...teaching APP for college students' education. The system is developed based on IOS platform, using Objective-C language, and optimizing the user experience under the premise of low configuration. We combined the technology of big data recommendation system and mainstream media of mainstream live broadcasting platform to decompose the functional modules of the project. Then, for certain key modules, the core logic of key technologies is presented. Finally, the system is implemented and tested on the mobile platform. The results show that such APP can achieve dynamic and efficient push of college students' ideological and political learning resources, and provide flexible live interactive function to a certain extent.
