The study was conducted in a 40 ha-vineyard of a company in Silivri District of Istanbul Province. Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot red wine varieties were grafted on Kober 5BB American rootstocks ...established at 2.75x1.5 m intervals, whereas the white wine variety namely 0376 Clone numbered Sauvignon Blanc was grafted on SO4 rootstock obtained from clone studies at same intervals. In the course of the study, leaf samples were sent to the Institute, once a month. Population densities of grape pests have been monitored to decide the necessity and timing of control. Additionally, no damage from Lobesia botrana has been found on bunches during vegetation and at harvest, despite the presence of the pest in Tekirdag, the neighbor Province. It can be resourced from short history of the establishment and unavailability of neighbor vineyards around the experiment vineyard. Thrips, Grape Leafhoppers, Two spotted spider mites and Grape erineum mite have been found during leaf counts in 2004. However, only the population density of Grape erineum mite exceeded the economical threshold level, whereas population densities of other pests were under the threshold. Population densities of beneficial insects were quite low. Only predatory mites, one Coccinellidae egg and spiders were found in a limited number in 2004 and 2006.
50 m aralık mesafede tesis edilen Kober 5BB anacı üzerine Cabernet Sauvignon ve Merlot siyah şaraplık üzüm çeşitleri ile klondan gelme SO4 anacı üzerine 0376 Klon numaralı Sauvignon Blanc beyaz şaraplık üzüm çeşidinin aşılı olduğu 40 ha büyüklüğündeki alanda yürütülmüştür. Çalışma süresince ayda bir deneme alanından alınan yaprak örnekleri Enstitümüze gönderilerek zararlıların popülasyon yoğunlukları izlenerek mücadele yapılıp yapılmayacağına karar verilmiştir. Ayrıca vejetasyon süresince ve hasata yakın dönemde yapılan gözlemlerde Salkım güvesi (Lobesia botrana)nin salkımlar üzerinde herhangi bir zararına rastlanmamıştır. Komşu il olan Tekirdağ'da zararlı bulunduğu halde deneme bağında bulunmaması, bağın yeni tesis olmasından ve deneme yerinin yakınında başka bağ olmamasından kaynaklanabilir. Yaprak sayımlarında zararlılardan Bağ thripsleri, Bağ yaprakpiresi, İki noktalı kırmızıörümcek ve Bağ yaprakuyuzu saptanmış, ancak sadece 2004 yılında Bağ yaprakuyuzu ekonomik zarar eşiğine ulaşmış, bunun dışındaki zararlılar ekonomik zarar eşiğine ulaşmamıştır. Yararlılardan ise 2004 ve 2006 yıllarında düşük yoğunlukta predatör akarlar, 1 Coccinellidae yumurtası ile avcı örümceklere rastlanmıştır.

Alınan çiğ süt örneklerinin kimyasal ve mikrobiyolojik özellikleri tespit edilip, UHT sütlerinde raf ömrü süresinin 1., 30., 60., 90., 120., ve 180. günlerindeki kimyasal, mikrobiyolojik ve duyusal özellikleri belirlenmistir.
Pathogenic strains of Botrytis cinerea Pers. Ex. Fr. were isolated from the infected vines of wine and table grapes, during the harvest season of 2004-2005 in the Trakya Region of Turkey. Isolates ...were tested for the determination of their sensitivity to dicarboximides (procymidone), anilinopyrimidines (cyprodinil, pyrimethanil), hydroxyanilides (fenhexamid), imidazoles (imazalil), phenylpyrroles (fludioxonil), pthalimides (captan), triazoles (hexaconazole, penconazole, tebuconazole, triadimenol, myclobutanil) on Minimal Medium and find out the effectiveness of the fungicides on infection occurred on grape berries and leaves. In this study 100%, 94.28 % and 82.85% of the isolates were found sensitive to the cyprodinil+fluodioxonil, procymidone and pyrimethanil respectively.

Đzolatların % 100, % 94.28 ve % 82.85 'i sırasıyla cyprodinil+fluodioxonil, procymidone ve pyrimethanil 'e duyarlı olmakla birlikte % 100'ü captan, myclobutanil ve triadimenol 'e dayanıklılık göstermislerdir. Cyprodinil+fludioxonil 'in (Switch 62.5) ticari dozu yaprak ve tane testlerinde bu fungisite duyarlı ve dayanıklı izolatlar üzerinde en etkili fungisit olarak belirlenmistir.

Bu çalışmada, Çukurova Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Araştırma Uygulama Çiftliği arazilerinin güncel arazi kullanım haritaları oluşturulmuş ve daha önce hava fotoğrafı kullanılarak yapılan çalışma güncellenmiş ve farklılıklar araştırılmıştır. Çalışma alanına ait güncel arazi kullanım haritalarının oluşturulmasında kullanılan 14 Ağustos 2004 tarihli sayısal uydu verilerinden pankromatik ve çok bantlı görüntüler çakıştırılarak 0.6m. çözünürlüğünde pan-sharpened görüntü elde edilmiştir.
