Mikroskop cahaya dapat digunakan untuk melakukan magnifikasi dan melihat objek mikroskopis seperti bakteri, virus, atau sel untuk tujuan diagnosis suatu penyakit. Dalam melakukan pengamatan ...berdasarkan jumlah sampel yang banyak, ahli laboratorium rentan terhadap kelelahan, kesalahan, dan subjektivitas pengamatan. Oleh karena itu, kamera digital, komputer mini raspberry pi, layar liquid crystal display (LCD), motor stepper, catu daya dan bahasa pemrograman python digunakan sebagai komponen pendukung mikroskop cahaya untuk mengakusisi sampel laboratorium yang diamati dalam format digital sehingga dapat dilakukan operasi pengolahan citra pada raspberry pi dan ditampilkan hasilnya di layar LCD. Sedangkan motor stepper dan driver motor digunakan untuk menggeser meja sampel secara otomatis. Semua proses ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman python. Hal ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengurangi beban pengamat dalam melihat dan menggeser slide sampel sebanyak 100 kali. Sistem akuisisi citra digital dan penggeseran meja sampel otomatis ini dirancang pada mikroskop cahaya portabel mampu meng-capture sampel pada kaca preparat menjadi citra digital, menggeser kaca preparat 100 kali, dan dilengkapi dengan catu daya 220 Volt sehingga dapat digunakan di fasilitas kesehatan manapun di Indonesia. Mikroskop digital, otomatis, dan portabel berbasis platform komputer mini raspberry pi ini dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium berbagai penyakit seperti tuberculosis, malaria, atau leukimia dengan efisien dan efektif sehingga dapat mempermudah proses diagnosis penyakit dan dapat meningkatkan layanan kesehatan di berbagai daerah di Indonesia dan berkontribusi dalam penurunan dan eliminasi berbagai penyakit.

Sebuah sistem pengenalan biometrik memiliki kelebihan dan tentunya beberapa keterbatasan dalam hal performa dan kenyamanan. Pengenalan sidik jari dan telapak tangan mengharuskan pengguna untuk menyentuh permukaan sensor. Dengan cara ini, pengguna dapat merasa tidak nyaman dan risiko penyebaran virus atau bakteri sangat tinggi, juga akurasi pendeteksian dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti kulit berkeringat dan kering serta distorsi kulit. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan mengusung judul Rancang Bangun Alat Pengenal Finger Vein Menggunakan Raspberry Pi Dengan Metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem berbasis Raspberry Pi 4 dengan bantuan IR LED dan webcam untuk proses akusisi data citra pembuluh darah jari, yang diharapkan mampu melakukan proses pengenalan Finger Vein lebih cepat, dan penggunaan metode Convolutional Neural Network yang sudah teruji untuk menghasilkan akurasi yang lebih baik dengan proses Deep Learning. Dari 30 data yang digunakan sebagai penguji sistem bersama perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras tertanam, akurasinya mencapai 96,66%. Abstract Breakthrough in biometric recognition system technology is currently growing rapidly and greatly facilitates matters such as identity recognition or identity validation, and it is not uncommon for companies and other institutions to implement human biometric-based recognition systems such as fingerprints, palm patterns, faces, or irises. A biometric recognition system has advantages and certainly some limitations in terms of performance and convenience. Fingerprint and palm recognition requires the user to touch the surface of the sensor. In this way, users can feel uncomfortable and the risk of spreading viruses or bacteria is very high, also the detection accuracy can be affected by factors such as sweaty and dry skin and skin distortion. Therefore, this study will carry the title Design a Finger Vein Recognition Tool Using Raspberry Pi with the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) Method. This research uses a Raspberry Pi 4-based system with the help of IR LEDs and webcams for the acquisition process of finger blood vessel image data, which is expected to be able to carry out the Finger Vein recognition process faster, and the use of the proven Convolutional Neural Network method to produce better accuracy with the Deep Learning process. Of the 30 data used as system testers alongside embedded software and hardware, the accuracy reached 96.66%.
the process of borrowing and returning library books usually requires a librarian to go through this process, of course this requirement can cause delays in returning books due to library holidays ...and the difference in free hours from the library and library members. so this research aims to make it easy for library members to be able to return books independently using a storage box that can be done by the system. in this book return box using a raspberry pi 3b+ as a data processing center and using the pi camera to capture the book cover made on the book return box. the security system in this return box uses a selenoid door lock as an automatic door lock which will be routed by a relay and uses rfid as the identity of books, members and librarians. in this study the system can store and return books using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method with an accuracy of 95% with a processing time of 6.9s

Smart Parking System deals with development of mobile application, that is ...useful for user to access detailed information about parking space and managing it efficiently in parking lot. Smart Parking System uses Image Processing technique to identify registration plate of a vehicle and also provides autonomous door opening and closing operation whenever it detects a vehicle at entrance of a parking lot. The mobile application provides information about available parking spaces, security and safety features of parking lot like fire and gas leakages alert. Raspberry Pi is the control unit which controls and processes the whole operation of the system. Liquid crystal display (LCD) display is located at entry point of the parking lot to display current parking space availability. Infrared (IR) proximity sensors are employed to identify the existence of vehicle at the entry gate of parking lot. From the captured image, characters from vehicle registration plate can be identified, and then Raspberry Pi sends a signal to servo motor to open the gate for a specified interval of time. The user will then park the vehicle in the available parking slot. When the user wants to leave the space and moved the vehicle, the date and time information will be captured which will be further used for processing the bill.

This article deals with two innovative applications for the Internet of things in smart cities: The first refers to designing an intelligent health monitoring system, which aims to reduce the spread of Coronavirus infection from people to the medical staff, as well as reduce work pressure on the medical staff. The second application refers to monitoring electrical energy consumed by measuring and monitoring electrical parameters and energy consumption. In addition, it helps us to know the power line trespasser. Both systems are implemented by using sensors to gather data in real-time and then transmit it to the server.
Saat ini hampir semua tempat umum menyediakan fasilitas Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) publik. Pengguna yang terkoneksi melalui fasilitas tersebut terkadang sering abai terhadap faktor keamanan data dan ...jaringan, yang terpenting bagi mereka adalah dapat menikmati akses internet secara gratis. Dari sisi keamanan WiFi publik cukup rentan karena jaringan ini bisa saja dipergunakan oleh pihak-pihak yang kurang bertanggung jawab untuk mengambil data penting dari para penggunanya, karena dari segi akses tidak ada pembatasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sistem yang berfungsi sebagai router gateway dan sistem yang mampu mencegah terhadap upaya serangan yang berjalan pada perangkat mini komputer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), dimana sistem ini mampu mendeteksi sekaligus melakukan pencegahan adanya serangan. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa portabel IPS telah berhasil dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Raspberry Pi 4 Model B dilengkapi dengan LCD TFT 3,50 inch dan catu daya dengan kapasitas 10.000 mAh serta Suricata yang dikonfigurasi sebagai IPS. Serangan berupa port scanning menggunakan aplikasi zenmap berhasil dideteksi oleh portabel IPS. Selain berfungsi sebagai IPS perangkat ini mampu menjadi router gateway. Catu daya portabel IPS mampu bertahan selama 34611,22 detik dengan sebuah smartphone sebagai client.
