Regionalni muzej v Doboju hrani z ledine Krčevina iz Paležnice Donje depo 64 bronastih predmetov v skupni teži 7115 g. Sestavljajo ga napadalno orožje (sulična ost, bodalo, sekira), orodje (srpi) in ...odlomki ingotov, med katerimi izstopa robni del ingota oxhide. S svojo sestavo se depo navezuje na panonsko-karpatski žarnogrobiščnodobni delavniški krog, časovno pa se uvršča v stopnjo Ha A1 oz. v drugo stopnjo žarnogrobiščnodobnih depojev Bosne in Hercegovine po kronologiji Petra Königa.
Konec šestdesetih let minulega stoletja so bili na severnem obrobju Trbovelj pri gradnji stanovanjske soseske Volkova Loka naključno odkriti bronasti predmeti, ki jih je mogoče opredeliti kot manjši ...depo mešane sestave. Sestavljajo ga fragmentirani vrbovolistna sulična ost, meč tipa Arco in dva jezičastoročajna srpa ter odlomka konice srpa in rezila meča. Na podlagi tipološko-kronološke analize predmetov je depo uvrščen v horizont II slovenskih depojev oz. v stopnjo Ha A1.
This article focuses on socially responsible property investment (SRPI), which is an investment estimated not only to bring financial gain but also social and environmental benefits. The theoretical ...part of the paper draws on existing literature on responsible investment. The empirical part discussed in this article is based on original research conducted by the author. Starting with a global and regional overview, the query was narrowed down to a national level (Poland) with a case study of the capital - Warsaw. The overarching research problem was described as follows: How are SRPI principles manifested and implemented by investors in the commercial real estate market? Additionally, investigation was supported by numerous questions regarding the interest in SRPI and an understanding of its principles and benefits among investors. Research goals were pursued based on primary and secondary data sources regarding existing and planned SRPI projects within the commercial real estate industry. Results indicate that there is a disparity between declared support for SRPI and market practice. At the conceptual level, there is an understanding of responsible investment principles and will to conduct such projects. However, commercial property practice proves a different reality with primary focus on green buildings, while the social factor is missing.
To investigate several key aspects of phosphatidylinositol transfer protein (PI-TP) function in eukaryotic cells, rat PI-TP was expressed in yeast strains carrying lesions in SEC14, the structural ...gene for yeast PI-TP (SEC14p), whose activity is essential for Golgi secretory function in vivo. Rat PI-TP expression effected a specific complementation of sec14(ts) growth and secretory defects. Complementation of sec14 mutations was not absolute as rat PI-TP expression failed to rescue sec14 null mutations. This partial complementation of sec14 lesions by rat PI-TP correlated with inability of the mammalian protein to stably associate with yeast Golgi membranes and was not a result of rat PI-TP stabilizing the endogenous sec14(ts) gene product. These collective data demonstrate that while the in vitro PI-TP activity of SEC14p clearly reflects some functional in vivo property of SEC14p, the PI-TP activity is not the sole essential activity of SEC14p. Those data further identify an efficient Golgi targeting capability as a likely essential feature of SEC14p function in vivo. Finally, the data suggest that stable association of SEC14p with yeast Golgi membranes is not a simple function of its lipid-binding properties, indicate that the amino-terminal 129 SEC14p residues are sufficient to direct a catalytically inactive form of rat PI-TP to the Golgi and provide the first evidence to indicate that a mammalian PI-TP can stimulate Golgi secretory function in vivo.
One of the emerging technologies that can be used to study the rate of vegetation is hyper spectral remote sensing. Hyper spectral satellite image of Western part of Indiana is adopted for our study. ...This data was further used to calculate different spectral indices. The study on spectral indices which show some significant changes with variation in Vegetation are presented in this paper. These spectral indices are used to monitor the vegetation. The spectral indices that are used are NDVI (normalized differential Vegetation index), SRPI (simple Ratio pigment index), red edge (Clrededge) and SG (VI green). All these spectral indices stated above showed significant changes with change in rate of chlorophyll and nitrogen Concentration. In the graph plotted for different wavelengths verses the reflectance values showed different Curves for change in the area. From this study it can be inferred that the hyper spectral data can also be used to find area containing dense forest, farm lands and bare land. Hence Satellite images can give lot of information that needs to be explored.
