This article introduces a special section concerned with precariousness and cultural work. Its aim is to bring into dialogue three bodies of ideas — the work of the autonomous Marxist `Italian ...laboratory'; activist writings about precariousness and precarity; and the emerging empirical scholarship concerned with the distinctive features of cultural work, at a moment when artists, designers and (new) media workers have taken centre stage as a supposed `creative class' of model entrepreneurs. The article is divided into three sections. It starts by introducing the ideas of the autonomous Marxist tradition, highlighting arguments about the autonomy of labour, informational capitalism and the `factory without walls', as well as key concepts such as multitude and immaterial labour. The impact of these ideas and of Operaismo politics more generally on the precarity movement is then considered in the second section, discussing some of the issues that have animated debate both within and outside this movement, which has often treated cultural workers as exemplifying the experiences of a new `precariat'. In the third and final section we turn to the empirical literature about cultural work, pointing to its main features before bringing it into debate with the ideas already discussed. Several points of overlap and critique are elaborated — focusing in particular on issues of affect, temporality, subjectivity and solidarity.

In order to examine the impact of the government’s cultural industry policy on the growth of the drama industry in China, this paper attempted to analyze the various types of drama industry policies in China and how TV dramas in China have evolved. After identifying all drama-related policies announced from 2000 to 2022, they were classified into support policies and regulatory policies based on their types. The analysis encompassed the policies announced over different periods and the changes in Chinese and overseas content within the Chinese drama industry market, aiming to understand how Chinese cultural industry policies have influenced shifts in the drama industry.
As a result, it was found that the Chinese government's drama industry policy affects the TV drama industry market and drama content. Although there are not many, there are policies to support the growth of the drama industry, and the Chinese government maintains order in the drama industry and adjusts the pace of development through regulatory policies that limit obstacles to the growth of the drama industry. China has led the development of the drama industry in its own way, and now it can be seen that qualitative growth is pursued rather than quantitative growth. However, for the Chinese drama industry, which already has the world’s largest domestic market, to internationalize and improve its soft power, government deregulation and market-oriented growth must go hand in hand.
In recent decades, a growing interest in the micro and meso economic foundations of competitiveness has emerged worldwide. Many authors have seek to explain this phenomenon using approaches that rely ...on endogenous and relational capabilities of firms. Relational capabilities are exercised in contact with other agents and allow knowledge that circulate among networks to be properly exploited. This paper analyzes this type of entrepreneurial skills and the links that exist between software companies in the city of Bahía Blanca. The method used to study this phenomenon is social network analysis or SNA.
As a real-life application of a “virtual human,” virtual anchors refer to the application of virtual reality technology in communication hosting to create virtual images that simulate human anchors. ...The pursuit of a virtual human image originates from philosophy, art, and biotechnology. Virtual anchors are also required to undertake the function of communication and hosting. First, by sorting out the development process of virtual anchors, we find that the development of a virtual anchor is based on the needs of technological development and the purpose of capital profit. Second, the simulation technology of a virtual anchor has five dimensions, such as appearance, individuality, and autonomy, and two levels: internal and external. This simulation technology has reached the intelligent simulation stage. Finally, the technology involved in virtual anchors will lead to a trust crisis. That is, the people's body-mind relation and cognitive trust will be broken under the mediation of data. Virtual technology will recreate a false aura, that is, false space-time and fake original works, which is the intelligent falsehood required by the new cultural industry.
Cultural changes run through the historical development of human society. Only by having an insight into the cultural changes in the global information age can we grasp the development and future of ...contemporary culture. Contemporary culture has two major trends of globalization and informatization. This paper focuses on the background of informatization of contemporary culture. Currently, informatization associated with globalization has strengthened the interdependence of national economies, changed the international environment for their development, and enriched their ways of interaction. Under the unprecedented open international environment, the development of any country can no longer be carried out in a closed state. The influence of international public opinion on national development is becoming increasingly important. As a big developing country, China has to communicate with other countries in an all-round and multi-channel way so that the world can better understand China and China can create a good international public opinion environment for its own development. This paper will spread out expositions for three aspects: the informatization tide promoted the rise of the information culture industry; the informatization tide intensifies the cultural interaction and competition among countries; the informatization tide enriches cultural communication among countries.

Although cultural industries can benefit from social networks in many ways, few Spanish studies examine the extent to which firms within this economic sector actually use such networks. This study's ...objective is to investigate the role of online social networks in Spanish cultural firms. The study begins with a literature review on cultural industries and social networks. Then the study proceeds to a Delphi analysis that draws upon experts' opinions. Results reveal a predominance of utilitarian uses over expressive ones, as well as an overriding use of proactive motivations rather than reactive ones within the context of cultural firms' use of social networks. The study confirms the profitability of these networks and the transfer of influence or power from providers to the consumers of cultural goods and services.
