TripAdvisor is an opinion source frequently used in Sentiment Analysis. On this social network, users explain their experiences in hotels, restaurants or touristic attractions. They write texts of ...200 character minimum and score the overall of their review with a numeric scale that ranks from 1 (Terrible) to 5 (Excellent). In this work, we aim that this score, which we define as the User Polarity, may not be representative of the sentiment of all the sentences that make up the opinion. We analyze opinions from six Italian and Spanish monument reviews and detect that there exist inconsistencies between the User Polarity and Sentiment Analysis Methods that automatically extract polarities. The fact is that users tend to rate their visit positively, but in some cases negative sentences and aspects appear, which are detected by these methods. To address these problems, we propose a Polarity Aggregation Model that takes into account both polarities guided by the geometrical mean. We study its performance by extracting aspects of monuments reviews and assigning to them the aggregated polarities. The advantage is that it matches together the sentiment of the context (User Polarity) and the sentiment extracted by a pre-trained method (SAM Polarity). We also show that this score fixes inconsistencies and it may be applied for discovering trustworthy insights from aspects, considering both general and specific context.

The authors present the law protection of cultural monuments in the Slovak Republic and the outputs of an interesting case study, more specifically the creation of a 3D model with real textures of ...Hricov Castle, which was created in 2019 with additional improvements done in 2022. Ruins of Hricov Castle are located in the village of Hricovske Podhradie, 15 km from Zilina. For model creation, devices obtained within the project of the Broker centre of air transport for the transfers of technology and knowledge into transport and transport infrastructure was used. The 3D model of Hricov Castle created by team leader Tomas Cesnek currently presents one of the most realistic Slovak digital 3D models created by laser scanning technology. This model will be a part of the permanent exhibition of Hricov Castle in the historical toll building from 1556 in Dolny Hricov, Slovakia, the reconstruction of which is ensured by the members The Association of Friends of Hricov Castle. Model creation methodology and the use of special textures should be used to produce more realistic laser scan 3D models.
Legislation on architectural heritage protection in Albania follows the political and historical events of the country. In this paper, I will outline how 'cultural monument' concept evolves within ...the main Albanian legislative timeline in the cultural heritage protection field. The discussion will highlight how cultural monuments significance, from the early concept of 'National Monuments' at the dawn of the new Albanian State, to 'Cultural Monuments' conceived as people common heritage, have always had, and still have, a pivotal role in the Albanian cultural debate. Purged from the regime ideology, those notions reflect the concept of monument intended as the main outstanding material testimony of an artefact or a constructive culture or of its formal and technical evolution which cannot be preserved through passive constraints. Finally, following the years after the regime collapse (1992), the recent updating of the national law on cultural heritage protection has been a priority for the country and the debate is still open. Thus, the 2000s legislative framework, evolved since the post-communist period until present, should be considered in the light of the transition from the notion of cultural monuments to that one of cultural heritage paying attention to cultural values recognition process and significance.
