Objetivou-se com o presente trabalho desenvolver e validar um Sistema Especialista (SE) para auxiliar na detecção de fungos em análises de sanidade de sementes. O SE possui opções que permitem ...auxiliar a identificação de 46 fungos de importância econômica que ocorrem em sementes de algodão, arroz, cenoura, feijão, girassol, milho, soja, sorgo e trigo, submetidas ao teste de incubação em papel de filtro ('blotter test'). São apresentadas fotografias dos patógenos nas sementes e em lâminas, sob diferentes aumentos do estereomicroscópio e microscópio composto. Para aumentar o nível de certeza do usuário, textos referentes às fotografias e glossário de termos técnicos foram incluídos. O sistema fornece nível de confiança (porcentagem de acerto) na resposta ao realizar a diagnose e possibilita acesso aos detalhes sobre o patógeno encontrado. O sistema foi validado por 14 usuários com 3 níveis distintos de conhecimento (grupo 1: acadêmicos de Pós-Graduação da área, grupo 2: acadêmicos de Pós-Graduação de outras áreas e grupo 3: acadêmicos do curso de graduação em Agronomia). A porcentagem de acerto antes e após a utilização do SE foi a seguinte: grupo 1 = antes de acessar o programa a média foi de 62,3% e, após sua utilização, de 95,2%; para os grupos 2 e 3 = 0% de acerto antes de usar o programa e, após a utilização desse, a porcentagem de acerto médio subiu para 88,1 e 95,2%, respectivamente. Considerando todos os fungos testados na fase de validação, independente de seus hospedeiros, o SE em Patologia de Sementes proporcionou incremento na porcentagem média de acerto, após a utilização do sistema de 35,33% para o grupo 1, de 86% para o grupo 2, e de 94% para o grupo 3. Na análise estatística realizada pelo teste do ÷², considerando freqüência esperada de acerto de 90%, os resultados obtidos antes da utilização do SE foram significativos para os grupos 2 e 3, e não-significativos para o grupo 1. Após a utilização do sistema, os resultados foram não-significativos para todos os grupos, ou seja, os resultados esperados (90% de acerto) não foram atingidos. Dessa forma, pode-se verificar que o programa aumenta consideravelmente a acurácia e precisão na identificação de fungos no teste de sanidade de sementes e possibilita que profissionais sem conhecimento prévio na área possam acessar informações específicas, como as referentes à sanidade de sementes pelo método de incubação em papel de filtro.
The objective of this work was to develop and to validate an Expert System (ES) in order to facilitate the fungi identification in the seed health analysis. The ES will be able to help in the identification of 46 major economical importance fungi that occur in seeds of species such as bean, carrot, corn, cotton, rice, sorghum, soybean, sunflower and wheat submitted to the blotter test. The ES contains pictures of the pathogens on the seed surface and in glass slides mounts, under different magnification of the stereomicroscope and compound microscope. To increase the level of certainty by the user, the ES has a glossary of technical terms and texts related to the pictures. When the user arrives at a diagnosis, the system shows a reliability level in the reply. The system was validated by 14 users of three different levels of knowledge: high (group 1), medium (group 2) and low (group 3) levels of experience/knowledge in seed health analysis. Based on the percentage of success obtained before and after the use of the ES, the following results were observed: group 1: before accessing the program, the average was 62,30%, and after use, 95,24%; for the groups 2 and 3: 0% of success before using the program for both groups. After the use, the success percentages were 88,10% and 95,24%, respectively. Considering all the fungi tested in the validation phase, independent of their hosts, the ES in seed health analysis provided for the group 1 an average percentage of success increment of 35,33% after the use of the system, of 86% for the group 2, and, of 94% for the group 3. By means of the ÷² test, considering expected certainty frequencies of 90%, the results before the use of the system were significant for the groups 2 and 3, and not significant for the group 1. After the use of the system, the results were significant for all groups, and it confirms that the expected certainty frequencies of 90% were obtained. In that way, it can be verified that the program increases considerably the accuracy and precision of the fungi identification in the seed health analysis and it makes possible that professionals without previous knowledge in the area can access specific information as in the seed health analysis by the blotter test method.

This knowledge is put into practice through the study of a distribution of the construction sector that requests ...a solution for the optimization of its processes and help in making decisions. The main objective is to create and customize a scorecard for that company with Qlikview, of which, the company in which I made the business practices is an official partner. For the creation and implementation, all the steps that this process comprises (initial contact, taking requirements, analysis of the effort, commercial proposal, internal planning, exploitation of the database, creation and design of the control panel and implementation) have been meticulously followed. in the client). Throughout the project of creation and implementation of the scorecard have been emerging small problems that have been solved jointly with the client to create a robust BI scorecard that will allow the client to optimize their processes and be more efficient

Se ponen en práctica estos conocimientos mediante el caso de estudio de una distribuidora del sector de la construcción que solicita una solución BI para la optimización de sus procesos y la ayuda en la toma de decisiones. El objetivo principal es crear y personalizar un cuadro de mando para dicha empresa con Qlikview, del cual, la empresa en la que he realizado las prácticas es partner oficial. Es posen en pràctica aquests coneixements mitjançant el cas d’estudi d’una distribuidora del sector de la construcción que solicita una solución BI per a l’optimització dels seus procesos y la ajuda a presa de les seves desicions. L’objectiu principal es crear y personalitzar un quadre de comandament per aquesta empresa amb Qlikview, del cual, l’empresa es partner oficial. Per a la creación e implantació s’han de seguir minuciosament tots els pasos que aquest proces compren (contacte incial, presa de requeriments, análisis de l’esforç, proposta comercial, planificación interna, explotació de la base de dades, creació y diseny del quadre de comandament i finalmente l’implantació al client final). For make the models, techniques of inteligence artificial and machine learning are used.

The questioning of the subjectivity of the legal agent who, executing their work and based on judicial discretion, prints particular aspects such as emotions, typi-cal of the human essence in the ...sentence, is the central theme of this article. With the implementation of new actors such as digital judges, these aspects acquire a relevant role for those who are now in charge of deliberating.The objective of the article is to evaluate the role of subjectivity, initially from the role of judges, to later involve artificial intelligence programmers who assist tasks in making judicial decisions. What about the subjectivity that would no longer di-rectly permeate the one in charge of judging? In other words, the empathy that the judicial agent currently generates finds new allies with whom they work together.The analysis is based on articles that deepen into issues such as judicial decisions, emotions and artificial intelligence. Topics worked from connoisseurs of scien-ces such as law and technology that unify efforts to give rise to artificial superior knowledge. When processing large volumes of information, they emanate a sen-tence, which as a doctrinal vector wishes to maintain legal certainty and comply with good practices that cause acceptance and legitimacy in society.
El cuestionamiento de la subjetividad del agente legal que, ejecutando sus labores y basada en discrecionalidad judicial imprime aspectos particulares como emociones, propios de la esencia humana en la sentencia, es el tema central de este artículo. Con la implementación de nuevos actores como jueces digitales, estos aspectos adquieren un papel relevante por quien ahora se encarga de deliberar. El objetivo del artículo es evaluar el papel de la subjetividad, inicialmente desde el rol de jueces y/o juezas, para luego involucrar programadores y programadoras de inteligencia artificial que asisten tareas en la toma de decisiones judiciales. ¿Qué pasa con la subjetividad que ya no impregna directamente el encargado de juzgar? En otras palabras, la empatía que genera en la actualidad el agente judicial encuentra nuevos aliados con quienes trabajan mancomunadamente. El análisis está basado en artículos que profundizan temas como decisiones judiciales, emociones e inteligencia artificial. Temáticas trabajadas desde conocedores de ciencias como derecho y tecnología que unifican esfuerzos para dar origen a cono-cimiento superior artificial. Al procesar grandes volúmenes de información emanan una sentencia, que en vector doctrinal anhela mantener certeza jurídica y cumplir con buenas prácticas que ocasionen en la sociedad aceptación y legitimidad.
