There is a wide variety of seed cleaners capable of functioning in seed treatment mode as part of the grain dresser. The goal during the equipping is to create an optimal set of grain dressers that allow getting seed material in one pass through the unit, minimizing micro and macro damage, which in turn affect future productivity. A modernized RC4 encryption algorithm with implementation of the resulting algorithm in program for encrypting files is proposed. The program has simple and intuitive interface Testing showed that ...the modernized encryption algorithm is slower for 4 milliseconds than the standard RC4, which is explained by a more complex key expansion algorithm. Proposed algorithm can replace RC4 without substantial loss in file encryption.
Questions of the relationship between the results of structural changes in recent years and the conditions of economic security of different municipalities were analyzed in this paper. It was proven ...that the arrangements, elaborated and realized in the frames of programs of economic modernization, must consider threats of economic security of different subjects, including municipalities, which appeared in the real life in constraints of structural changes of economy and reforming its industrial structure. The system of economic security indexes and the nomenclature of different risks and security threats were created. The main indicators, which characterize economic security of municipal entities, were highlighted. The authors’ methodic of calculation procedure of economic municipalentities security was devised. An assessment of the level of economic security of municipalities has been held on the base of 47 municipalities of Perm territory. Features of the approaches to the definition of concept have been indentified and formulated on the basis of economic security indicators of municipalities.

Peculiarities of forecasting technological development in ore mining branches in the period of planned economy of the USSR are illustrated. Indexes of successfully working iron-ore open casts are given. The raise of internal Russian demand on raw is grounded, for which satisfaction are needed: corresponding tax policy for innovative production, corporate innovative policy, creating fund of supporting ore mining, commercialization of scientific products and working out rules in the sphere of scientific and technical progress. Peculiarities of technological development of ore mining branches of industry are emphasized: necessity of modernization of enterprises and exploration of deposits in regions with not enough developed infrastructure and opportunity of using new system approach by forecasting. The stages of effective exploration of deposits and the parameters of developing ore mining enterprises are found out. Components of forecast of technological development are analyzed. World tendencies of developing ore mining industry and basic directions of forecast of developing ore mining branches are given. New effective technologies being used in the ore mining are analyzed in detail.

Human nature's perpetual pursuit of perfection perpetuates a propensity for change. Ultimately, the allure of convenience offered by globalisation has overshadowed local cultures, resulting in their marginalisation. Hence, this paper explores avenues for the coexistence of local cultures and modernity, preserving the essence of cultural identity. Employing qualitative methodology, including a literature review and in-depth content analysis, this research seeks to elucidate strategies for the endurance of local cultures amidst globalisation and modernisation.
Recent severe power outages caused by extreme weather hazards have highlighted the importance and urgency of improving the resilience of the electric power grid. As the distribution grids still ...remain vulnerable to natural disasters, the power industry has focused on methods of restoring distribution systems after disasters in an effective and quick manner. The current distribution system restoration practice for utilities is mainly based on predetermined priorities and tends to be inefficient and suboptimal, and the lack of situational awareness after the hazard significantly delays the restoration process. As a result, customers may experience an extended blackout, which causes large economic loss. On the other hand, the emerging advanced devices and technologies enabled through grid modernization efforts have the potential to improve the distribution system restoration strategy. However, utilizing these resources to aid the utilities in better distribution system restoration decision making in response to extreme weather events is a challenging task. Therefore, this paper proposes an integrated solution: a distribution system restoration decision support tool designed by leveraging resources developed for grid modernization. First, we review the current distribution restoration practice and discuss why it is inadequate in response to extreme weather events. Then, we describe how the grid modernization efforts could benefit distribution system restoration, and we propose an integrated solution in the form of a decision support tool to achieve the goal. The advantages of the solution include improving situational awareness of the system damage status and facilitating survivability for customers. The paper provides a comprehensive review of how the existing methodologies in the literature could be leveraged to achieve the key advantages. The benefits of the developed system restoration decision support tool include the optimal and efficient allocation of repair crews and resources, the expediting of the restoration process, and the reduction of outage durations for customers, in response to severe blackouts due to extreme weather hazards.
