stanice mikrovaskulature, fibroblasti i infiltrirajuće imunološke stanice. Ove interakcije utječu na brojne fiziološke i patofiziološke funkcije, uključujući rast i razvoj stanica, diferencijaciju,
imunost, vazoregulaciju i cijeljenje rana.
Komunikacija između psihe i kože uključuje psihološki-imuni-endokrini-kožni sustav obuhvaćajući aktivnosti mozga, imunog sustava i kože, uza sudjelovanje različitih neuropeptida, interleukina i posrednika imunog sustava.
Faced with the increase in the prevalence of obesity and its consequences in terms of public health, it is necessary to better understand its pathophysiology in order to develop innovative therapeutic strategies. This article briefly reviews the different mechanisms involved in the pathophysiology of obesity, both centrally (homeostatic and hedonic) and peripherally, taking into account the role of the intestinal microbiota. The different recent therapeutic tools, apart from surgery, endoscopy and behavioral therapies, are reviewed, connecting the different pharmacological approaches with the targeted neuro-hormonal or metabolic mechanisms and including current developments about the modulation of the intestinal microbiota.

sequence that is essential for their activity. They are involved in the modulation of various biological mechanisms, including pain. This review summarizes the knowledge on the localization of these neuropeptides and their receptors as well as their role in the modulation of pain. Innovative therapeutic strategies and tools under development to study the respective roles of these receptors are discussed.
