Los sacerdotes buscan identificarse con Cristo, llevar toda su actividad hacia Él, y precisan integrar todas las dimensiones de su vida, en particular la afectividad. Realizamos una investigación ...cualitativa, encuesta abierta, sobre retos, riesgos, oportunidades, qué ayudó y qué faltó en su vida afectiva. Respondieron 128 participantes, con 605 respuestas abiertas y 1.039 ideas diferentes. Destacan los conceptos referidos a lo relacional (vida espiritual con Dios, amistad general y sacerdotal, trato con muchas personas) en contraste con la soledad. Proponemos ocho dimensiones de desarrollo de la vida afectiva sacerdotal: relación con Dios, amistad, acompañamiento, fraternidad sacerdotal, formación, cuidado personal, conocimiento psicológico y misión.
Throughout the world, Bible translators face several challenges as they attempt to transfer God’s word from the source languages into their native languages. This paper looked at the rendering of ...three biblical terms—namely, εὐαγγέλιον, ἀπόστολος and ἱερεύς—in the old Oshindonga Bible (published in 1954) and the theological and socio-religious impact these renderings have on the Oshindonga community. The data for the research was collected using personal interview based on structured and non-structured questions. The researchers used a sample size of thirty (30) people—including pastors from different denominations, theologians, “ordinary” congregants and translators of both old translation and the ongoing translation of the Oshindonga Bible and church elders—selected from Ondangwa and Omuthiya towns and some selected villages. These interviews were done face-to-face and via telephone with the chosen participants. The non-structured questions consisted of open-ended questions designed to meet the objectives of this research which were met. Field notes were taken during the contact sessions, whether during phone call interviews or face-to-face sessions. The analysis of the results resulted in the proposal of an alternative and a more meaningful translation of the Greek words under study.

U članku se iznose podaci pronađeni u bilježničkim spisima iz 15. stoljeća o knjizi na hrvatskom jeziku u osobnoj knjižnici splitskoga arhiprezbitera i o nekim svećenicima glagoljašima tada ...nastanjenima u gradu Splitu. Posebno je značenje tih podataka u tome što neki drugi iz srednjega vijeka koji bi svjedočili o nazočnosti i djelovanju glagoljaša u samom sjedištu Splitske nadbiskupije, nisu do sada pronađeni.
En este trabajo se explica la desigual distribución geográfica del bajo clero secular sobre el territorio gallego a través del empleo de variables de corte social. Para ello, se ha tomado como ...referencia lo ocurrido en el obispado de Lugo en distintos momentos del Antiguo Régimen, sin por eso dejar de realizar las pertinentes comparaciones con lo sucedido al respecto en las otras diócesis gallegas. En el curso de la investigación ha podido apreciarse, además, la estrecha simbiosis que el mencionado bajo clero muestra de la hidalguía, sea en lo relativo a su proceso de formación, concentración en ciertas partes de Galicia, evolución numérica, capacidad de independencia residencial...; una simbiosis que, en combinación con otras claves, nos explicará y aclarará algunos de los principales avatares por los que atravesó la vida eclesial y social del bajo clero secular lucense, y por ende, gallego, a lo largo de la época moderna.

This article studies the main titles documented for the high priest of Jerusalem in the Hebrew Bible as well as in a few other sources from the Persian and Hellenistic periods. In dialogue with ...recent scholarship on the topic, particularly an important article by Noam Mizrahi it argues that the title הכהן הגדול (ha-kohēn ha-gādôl), “high” or “great priest” probably originates in the late monarchic period (seventh century BCE), but only became the standard designation for the high priest during the fifth century BCE. An alternative title, כהן הראש (kohēn ha-ro’š), “head” or “chief” priest, was introduced in Chronicles and other writings in order to designate the high priests of the preexilic period specifically. Finally, a third title, המשיח (ha-kohēn ha-māšîaḥ), “the anointed priest”, was used for some time in priestly circles as part of a bid to transfer a key royal attribute (anointment) to the high priest of Jerusalem, but was eventually replaced with the more standard designation הכהן הגדול.
This article asks why Jesus in Mk 2.10 interprets the authority (ἐξουσία/שלטן) of the Son of Man in Dan. 7.14 as the authority to forgive sins. I approach this question by looking at 11QMelchizedek ...(11Q13). Drawing on a constellation of texts pertaining to jubilee (Lev. 25, Isa. 61.1, Dan. 9.24–27), 11QMelchizedek portrays Melchizedek as forgiving Israel’s sins by his jubilean declaration of ‘liberty (דרור)’ (II 6). In light of similar intertextual moves being made in Mark, I suggest that Mk 2.10—‘the Son of Man has authority to forgive sins on the land (ἀϕιέναι ἁμαρτίας ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς)’—invokes the language of the jubilee legislation in Lev. 25.10: ‘you will declare forgiveness on the land (διαβοήσετε ἄϕεσιν ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς).’ I conclude that this interpretation of ‘authority’ in Dan. 7.14 stems from an assumed conflation between the Son of Man of Dan. 7.13–14 with the herald messiah of Isa. 61.1, as well as an interpretation of Isa. 61.1 in which the messiah enacts the eschatological forgiveness of Israel’s sins by his jubilean declaration of liberty.
