La pandémie de COVID-19 a forcé la migration rapide des cliniciens et des patients du bureau de consultation physique vers le bureau virtuel. Si la télépratique existait bien avant la pandémie, son ...utilisation demeurait marginale et ses implications cliniques n’étaient que très peu discutées. Bien qu’un grand nombre de cliniciens offrent désormais de la psychothérapie à distance de manière courante, et ce, sans même que la situation ne l’exige, de nombreuses questions d’ordres pratique et théorique subsistent. Cet article propose donc une réflexion tirée d’observations issues de la pratique de la psychothérapie à distance et en personne. Nous discuterons plus particulièrement des caractéristiques du cadre thérapeutique et de différents dispositifs qui en découlent. Il sera également question du rôle structurant de la spatialité et de la temporalité, comprises comme conditions a priori de l’élaboration du discours en thérapie. La réflexion portera ensuite sur le rôle du corps dans la clinique, puis sur la nature de la représentation psychique de soi, de l’autre et du discours. Nous terminerons en présentant divers éléments de discussion en lien avec les modèles corps-esprit et l’état actuel du champ socioculturel.

It is important to note that urgent psychological, psychiatric and psychotherapeutic care should be available to everyone who needs it, regardless of age, gender, social status and other factors. At the same time, it is important to take into account the cultural and ethical characteristics of each patient and provide them with an individual approach and high-quality care

Question: For decades hysteria has been psychodynamically interpreted sexualized as part of a frustrated desire with a depressive core However, this "victim" side should be faced with the other often ...hidden aspects of hysteria with aggression and striving for power. Method: The basic hypothesis pursued here is that the hysterical/histrionic person was not primarily..disadvantaged" in his or her development, but that his or her striving for power and thus his or her potential for aggression is to be understood above all as a learned mode of global relationship that the adolescents have learned to respond and assert themselves to an intra-familiar situation of tension and pressure. Results: Any therapy that does not take this sufficiently into account falls short and reinforces the underlying mechanism of the therapeutic relationship dynamics. During treatment the patient must increasingly feel how much destruction and loneliness this global relationship implies. Discussion: Only if the patient experiences that reduction of dominance and self-reference as well as increase of "true" felt empathy lead to more satisfying relations, the "imprisonment" in hysterical mode can be gradually lifted. In this heuristic project, developmental theories and existential concerns are synthesised in an effort to explicate human dilemmas and existential psychotherapy. Developmental themes and ontological ...givens create a dialectic between: need for stability/continuity with change/impermanence; separateness/individuation with need and desire for connectedness; and efficiency/confidence with insecurity/diffidence. These dilemmas are integral to being human and are re-negotiated throughout life. This existential-developmental view is also linked to psychotherapy. A safe space and the presence of a caring, empathically attuned, open and non-imposing therapist can facilitate the process of 'authentic historicalness'.
