We study a variant of Gilbert's disc model, in which discs are positioned at the points of a Poisson process in R-2 with radii determined by an underlying stationary and ergodic random field phi: R-2 ...-> 0, infinity), independent of the Poisson process. This setting, in which the random field is independent of the point process, is often referred to as geostatistical marking. We examine how typical properties of interest in stochastic geometry and percolation theory, such as coverage probabilities and the existence of long-range connections, differ between Gilbert's model with radii given by some random field and Gilbert's model with radii assigned independently, but with the same marginal distribution. Among our main observations we find that complete coverage of R(2 )does not necessarily happen simultaneously, and that the spatial dependence induced by the random field may both increase as well as decrease the critical threshold for percolation.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the digital lens presentation effect and image dissemination effect of intangible cultural heritage. In order to test the lens boundary detection ...technology of ICH digital images, we focus on analyzing the number of image frames, the number of mutations and the number of gradual changes of ICH characters, space-time and events, and exploring the checking completeness, the checking accuracy and the comprehensive detection rate of this paper’s algorithm and the dual-threshold comparative method on different types of ICH image fragments. Combined with the descriptive analysis of valid samples, we explore the main types of transmission of NRM digital images and clarify the degree of media utilization and the ranking of transmission power of NRM digital images in the Yangtze River Delta region. Shanghai has the strongest online dissemination power of traditional theater, traditional fine arts and traditional arts and crafts, with 1284586, 310468, and 237818, respectively, while traditional music, Chinese opera and folklore have the weakest dissemination power in Shanghai. Traditional music makes up 18.73% of them. To ensure non-heritage culture’s inheritance, it is necessary to strengthen the use of digital imaging technology to achieve linkage communication between non-heritage cultures and build an overall communication system.
•A large-scale renewable energy system is studied, which remedies the lack of existing studies for the study of arc faults in wind and energy storage systems.•A new arc fault detection scheme is ...proposed based on a time-frequency domain threshold comparison of voltages.•An advanced decomposition algorithm, variational mode decomposition (VMD), is proposed for the feature extraction.•The proposed scheme is demonstrated to be superior and applicable based on two systems of different scales.
As the main new energy, the wind-solar-storage hybrid system is widely used because of its excellent complementarity. However, due to the complexity of the system, series DC arc faults are prone to occur. This paper presents a method for series DC arc fault detection and location in wind-solar-storage hybrid system, which works mainly on the principle of threshold comparison in the time-frequency domain. Therein, an algorithm called variational mode decomposition (VMD) is employed. The voltage signal of the identical DC load under different operating conditions is decomposed by VMD, and the time-frequency domain characteristics of the normal operating conditions are used as thresholds. The series DC arc faults in different subsystems are detected and located by comparing the time-frequency domain features under different operating conditions with the threshold features. Compared with classical decomposition algorithms, Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) and Wavelet Transform (WT), the results show that VMD can eliminate the influence of noise and extract the fault signals of different systems more accurately, ensuring the precise localization of series DC arc faults.
This paper presents a sub-radix-2 redundant architecture to improve the performance of switched-capacitor successive-approximation-register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). The redundancy ...not only guarantees digitally correctable static nonlinearities of the converter, it also offers means to combat dynamic errors in the conversion process, and thus, accelerating the speed of the SAR architecture. A perturbation-based digital calibration technique is also described that closely couples with the architecture choice to accomplish simultaneous identification of multiple capacitor mismatch errors of the ADC, enabling the downsizing of all sampling capacitors to save power and silicon area. A 12-bit prototype measured a Nyquist 70.1-dB signal-to-noise-plus-distortion ratio (SNDR) and a Nyquist 90.3-dB spurious free dynamic range (SFDR) at 22.5 MS/s, while dissipating 3.0-mW power from a 1.2-V supply and occupying 0.06-mm 2 silicon area in a 0.13-μm CMOS process. The figure of merit (FoM) of this ADC is 51.3 fJ/step measured at 22.5 MS/s and 36.7 fJ/step at 45 MS/s.

This article aims to reduce the influence of heavy fog on the outdoor imaging equipment and to maximally improve the foggy image resolution. It is known that reflected light of the object includes ...the abundant target polarization information. The foggy image can be restored by these information of the target and the airlight. Therefore, this article introduces a multi-channel polarization information system and defogging algorithm accordingly. The polarization information system provides a necessary solution for the accurate application of a specific algorithm, since it can ensure the accuracy of acquired image information. The key point of the proposed algorithm lies in accurately estimating the parameters in the polarization defogging model. Based on the normal threshold distribution comparison, it can avoid the highlight portion of the non-sky area in the image and accurately estimate the airlight intensity at infinite distance so as to effectively reduce the color distortion of the bright area. The median filtering algorithm is used to obtain the airlight degree of polarization by using three obtained polarization scenes. At last, this article analyzes the experimental results through defogging evaluation indexes and compared the result obtained by this algorithm with others.
According to the updated Roussel Uclaf Causality Assessment Method (RUCAM), drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is currently defined based on thresholds of alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels above 5 ...× the upper limit of normal (ULN) and/or alkaline phosphatase (ALP) levels greater than 2 × the ULN. However, many parameters with different thresholds are also currently used in the clinic. We therefore performed a comparative analysis to evaluate which set of criteria was the most appropriate to detect DILI. We enrolled hospitalized patients who received fluoroquinolones to treat or prevent infections. Three liver test criteria were used to diagnose DILI in these patients. RUCAM criteria were defined as the gold standard, and the other two criteria were as follows: 1) ALT or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) levels greater than 5 × the ULN on two consecutive occasions and/or ALP levels greater than 2 × the ULN on two consecutive occasions issued by DILI Network (DILIN); 2) ALT levels greater than 1 × the ULN on two consecutive occasions or ALT levels greater than 2 × the ULN issued by the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China. We found that the RUCAM criteria resulted in 657 warnings, DILIN criteria resulted in 358, NMPA criteria resulted in 1,377, and the positive predictive value (PPV) were 9.74%, 10.89%, and 9.73% (
= 0.80), respectively. The levels of agreement of the DILIN and NMPA criteria with the RUCAM criteria were moderate, but the agreement between the DILIN criteria and NMPA criteria was poor. In conclusion, the NMPA criteria with relatively lax thresholds for the parameters require much more labor to determine the diagnosis, making them unsuitable for clinical practice. Conversely, the DILIN criteria employing stricter thresholds for the parameters were more effective but would miss some positive cases, and the cases it identified were usually quite serious, which is not conductive to early intervention. Therefore, we still recommend the use of the RUCAM criteria in clinical practice.
