  • Uporaba modela čakalne vrste pri dodatni optimizaciji strežnih kapacitet polnilne postaje

    The paper presents and solves the problems of modelling and designing the necessary service capacity including the waiting queue component of system with a slow dynamic characterystic (refuling ... station), including potential bursts within a peak-hour interval. For this needs we have developed and implemented simulation tool [1] and planning capacity method with implemented optimization loop [3, 4]. Because we propose the use of our method for different system simulations and at the same time for systems with high, middle and low service dynamics, the main focus is obtaining a estimation of behaviour in serving system proccess for which in first phase statistical data input is used and in second phase where real emulated pattern is used as input. The objective of the presented concept, is to raise the level and the quality of service taking into account maximal allowed waiting time in queue.
