The most important polyphenolic ... compounds are phenolic acid,flavonoids, tannins c The polyphenolic compounds in the extract of raspberries and antioxidant activity are investigated in present study. Firstly, the material was lyophilisated and pulverized. The conventional extraction method was used for preparation of raspberries extract. The extractions were performed at 40 <C, 60 <C and at room temperature. Additionally, the material was extracted with different kind of solvents: water, 70 % acetone and 70 % ethanol. Further, the SC extraction with CO2 was applied for pre ] treatment of plant material and the residual was extracted again with 70 % acetone. The content of proanthocyanidins, tannins, total phenols, total flavonoids and total anthocyanin was analyzed by spectrophotometric method. An aqueous emulsion system of fÀ-carotene and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhidrazyl radical scavenging activity (DPPH method) was used for investigation of antioxidant activities. The study showed that contents of active compounds from raspberries extracts and antioxidative properties are dependent on operating parameters.
