  • Calculation of the impact of the warehouse management system on the green dimension of warehouse operations [Elektronski vir]

    The intensive digitalization of business systems gives impetus to the development of a wide variety of software tools, which are intended to reduce the time spent on work and relieve workers of the ... burden of weighing between different task implementation options. Introduction of software support affect the greenness of business activities. This paper presents current stage of research on the influence of the implementation of the warehouse management system on the green dimension of work in the warehouse and proposes a generally applicable calculation to determine the change in CO2e emissions due to the warehouse management system implementation.
