    This article will review past and present economic developments in Yugoslavia, as well as its current economic and to same extent also political problems. Given the unsolved nationality question and ... the incompatibility of the present Yugoslav federal system (with centralised macroregultaion of the economy) with the economic interests of the more developed Yugoslav republics, we propose also to examine the possibilities of reorganising the state.
