    The paper discusses changes and their trends in a business environment of companies/organizations. It mentions the division of the world into World 1, World 2 and World 3 and the characteristics of ... individual "Worlds". It stresses the need for regional co-operation when encountering development issues. Besides, it defines and exploses the relevance of project management as the most effective tool for managing change. It determines that the problems of inter-entrepreneurial, organizational or state cooperation also arise from the different degrees of establishment of project way of working in an individual environment.
