Računalniško integrirana optimizacija proizvodnje vlitih aluminijevih polizdelkov : magistrska naloga

Manufactoring is becoming more and more customer driven even in aluminium industry, which is a process type representative, major part of produced quantity is realised for known customer (with all ...required specific) and just a small part is produced for inventory. Customer driven production involve extremely dynamic in continuous processes which must be stabilised through the managing of many parameters. Even the business is driven with complex enterprise resource planning systems (MRP II, MPS, CRP,...) the efficient synchronising management system is needed. This paper describe the system for planning, scheduling and synchronising parameters on top level of company which uses different methods for optimisation, is connected to enterprise data, is able to run "what-if" analyses and dynamic changing of constraint and is adapted for CIM. The automation islands are combined with results of partial planning systems and integrated in effective enterprise planning model. The techniques of decision trees are using for controlling optimisation phases and manage the direction of optimisation on the basis of previous optimisation results. Expert rules help set up optimisation parameters. Genetic algorithm make possible to manipulate a huge number of parameters in real search space where a small changes can have an uncountable results. The shrink of time between order and shipment of products is possible only when the complexity of whole processes is accepted. The quality and delivery dates are must and not the advantage which can be achieved only when we are able to handle the exceptions in the real time.
