Both univariate and multivariate analysis showed that QT dynamicity, nonsustained ventricular tachycardia, and left ventricular ejection fraction were independently associated with arrhythmic events. These results suggest a possible clinical usefulness of QT dynamicity analysis in stratifying arrhythmic risk in DCM patients.
