The paper presents the concept of job satisfaction, the levels of satisfaction of professionals within the wellness industry by companies. The objective of the study is to show the importance of job satisfaction for the organization and employees and to investigate the levels of job satisfaction of specialists within the wellness industry Research problem: job satisfaction of professionals within the wellness industry. Research aim: to identify the levels of job satisfaction of professionals within the wellness industry. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature, a questionnaire survey, statistical data analysis. Research objectives: 1. To discuss the importance of job satisfaction for the employee and organization. 2. To investigate the levels of job satisfaction of professionals within the wellness industry. Conclusions: 1. Job satisfaction is an important factor, it arouses positive emotions, has a positive impact on employee attitude towards work, organizational image. 2. The level of job satisfaction of professionals within the wellness industry is high thus we can say that the majority of them is satisfied with their job.
