U ovome radu bavimo se upravnosudskom praksom kao instrumentom kontrole pravne norme, i to s različitih aspekata. S aspekta koji prikazuje razvoj i važnost sudske kontrole pravnih propisa, zatim s obzirom na komparativnu relevantnu sudsku praksu kao i s obzirom na širinu ovlasti suca u odlučivanju o pravima i obvezama stranke u francuskom upravnom pravu. In this paper, the authors process the role of administrative-judicial case law in controlling legal norms, from different points of view. On the one hand, the authors present the importance of administrative-judicial control of legal acts as well as its development. Furthermore, the authors point out relevant comparative case law taking into the consideration broadness of the powers of judges while deciding on the rights and obligations of a particular party in French administrative law.
