The present article deals with the interaction between the two languages - Polish and Slovene - on the nominal flexion plane in the speech of bilingual child in its early stages of development. Both ...positive transfer and interference are presented. The presentation focuses on a case of a simultaneous bilingualism in the speech of a boy who lives in a mixed family where different strategies are used, mainly the strategy of one person - one language (mother - Polish, father - Slovenian). Interference is also greatly affected by the language of environment which the boy lives in, in this particular case Slovenian, which could very well become the dominant language.
