Spletni marketing in komunikacija v izobraževanju odraslih [Elektronski vir] : diplomsko deloOgrinc, Vanja, pedagoginjaV diplomski nalogi ugotavljamo, v kolikšni meri uporabljajo izbrane izobraževalne organizacije informacijsko-komunikacijsko tehnologijo v namen promocije in trženja izobraževalnih programov za ... odrasle. Glavni namen naloge je ugotoviti, kako izbrane organizacije komunicirajo na spletu s potencialnimi in obstoječimi uporabniki izobraževalnih programov ter katere kanale uporabljajo v ta namen. V prvem delu naloge se tako osredotočamo na proces načrtovanja izobraževanja odraslih in sočasno vključevanje marketinških aktivnosti, pri čemer smo še posebej izpostavili Caffarellin interaktivni model načrtovanja. Ta model vključuje, za razliko od predhodnih, element načrtovanja finančnih sredstev in marketinških poti. Poglavju o načrtovanju sledi predstavitev internetnih orodij za interakcijo in oglaševanje izobraževalnih programov potencialnim udeležencem. Spletna mesta in družbena omrežja so tudi osrednji fokus empiričnega dela naloge, ki je pokazal nekaj ključnih ugotovitev. Za dosego teh smo uporabili kvalitativno metodologijo spletnega opazovanja, t. i. netnografijo. Te študije so pokazale, da izbrane organizacije premalo spodbujajo interakcijo z obstoječimi in potencialnimi udeleženci svojih izobraževalnih programov, hkrati pa kažejo na neizkoriščene priložnosti za brezplačno informiranje ter širjenje ideje vseživljenjskega učenja.
