Human Organization Technology Fit (HOT FIT) is a model used for evauating a system. This HOT FIT model uses three main components in system evaluation, namely the human component, organization, and ...technology. These components are analyzed for their influence on Net Benefit or the usefulness of the system. The technology component is divided into three latent variables namely system quality, information quality, and service quality, while the organizational component is divided into two latent variables, namely the role of organization and environment. The human component is represented by self efficacy variable. This variable is defined as a mediator variable. Mediator variables are variables that theoretically affect the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable into an indirect relationship and cannot be observed and measured. The e-learning system of Politeknik Negeri Bali has been implemented since 2012. As a base for e-learning development, an evaluation of the PNB e-learning system is worth doing. The HOT FIT model is considered to be the most appropriate model. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed that the SEM model has Q square value of 84.03%. Hypothesis testing shows that the Self Efficacy variable successfully mediates the effect of the Organization variable on the Net Benefit variable.
Pendekatan Agile telah diperkenalkan sebagai upaya untuk membuat rekayasa perangkat lunak yang fleksibel dan efisien. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus, dengan mengangkat kasus ...pengembangan sistem e-musrenbang Kelurahan Benoa Bali. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menerapkan manajemen proyek berbasis agile pada kasus tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah in-depth interview, observasi dan focus group discussion. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu pengembangan proyek adalah 8 minggu. Proyek menggunakan kerangka kerja Scrum yang membagi proyek menjadi 4 sprint. Evaluasi sistem dilakukan melalui focus group discussion dengan pihak product owner dan pengguna sistem. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan agile dapat diterapkan dalam pengembangan e-musrenbang Kelurahan Benoa Bali. Pengguna sistem dapat menerima kehadiran e-musrenbang dan memanfaatkannya dalam proses pengajuan usulan perencanaan pembangunan di Kelurahan Benoa Bali.AbstractAgile Approach has been introduced as an attempt to make software engineering flexible and efficient. The research was case study research, with case of e-musrenbang system development in Benoa Village Bali. The research objectives to implement agile project management in that case. Data collection methods used were in-depth interview, observation and focus group discussion. The results found that the project development time was 8 weeks. The project used a Scrum framework that divided the project into 4 sprints. System evaluation is done through focus group discussion with product owner and system users. It can be concluded that the agile approach can be applied in the development of e-Musrenbang in Benoa Village Bali. System users accepted e-musrenbang presence and utilized it in the process of submitting proposals for development planning in Benoa Village Bali.

model in PNB based on Digital Learning Now framework. Research and development approach implemented in
this study. Data collection procedures and methods were ongoing system evaluation, interview and observation
method, and also focus group discussion (FGD). The system implementation methods and procedures were
based on the Digital Learning Now framework. The research found the considerations for determining the
appropriate instructional models for VBL. VBL model required resources, infrastructure and curriculum as
inputs. It can be concluded that vocational education can organize blended learning with VBL by applying
rotation instructional model and supported by teacher-developed content.
Mobile apps are critical in supporting the Indonesian provincial government during daily operations. Regarding their important role, these apps are the potential to become a target of malicious ...activity to gain access to government information. Hence, in this research, we conduct a security measurement of mobile apps affiliated with the provincial governments in Indonesia, aiming to provide a source of information for the app's developer to make further security improvements. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to conduct an empirical analysis related to this area, expecting to become a cornerstone for further research. In total, we found 162 mobile apps available on the Google Play Store and correlated to 31 province governments in Indonesia. We conducted standard mobile apps static analysis method, starting from metadata scraping of each provincial government-affiliated app available at the Google Play Store and measured their security based on several indicators, including access to sensitive permission, unprotected exported components, the adoption of binary protection mechanism, and the appearance of third-party tracker libraries. We found that 27.1% (44) government apps request at least two dangerous permission, over 5% of the apps embed the Advertisement library, 10% of the apps have more than five exported Activities, and 44 (25.94%) Indonesian government apps did not adopt any binary protection mechanism. Hence, these results can be tailored as a reference for the provincial government in determining the level of effectiveness and impact of an app when developing mobile-based software in the future.
Trend perkembangan teknologi saat ini adalah mengarah ke sistem cerdas. Namun saat ini belum ada yang menggabungkan dua metode deep learning pada algoritma rekomendasi, sehingga penting untuk ...melakukan pemodelan sistem rekomendasi cerdas menggunakan hybrid deep learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan model hybrid deep learning yang optimal pada sistem rekomendasi cerdas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, penelusuran online dan pencatatan dataset. Tahapan penelitian terdiri dari: (a) literature review, (b) observasi dan pencarian online, (c) modeling (d) prototyping dan (e) testing. Model yang dihasilkan merupakan model hybrid deep learning yang terdiri dari dua layer yaitu layer Self Organizing Map (SOM) dan layer Recurrent Neural Network (RNN). Penelitian ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python pada tahap pembuatan prototipe. Beberapa modul library dalam python yang digunakan antara lain numpy, pandas, tensorflow, hard, torch, sklearn. Program diuji dengan dataset dari kaggle.com. Hasil pengujian berhasil meningkatkan kinerja dengan meningkatkan akurasi hingga 100%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model SOM-RNN dapat meningkatkan kinerja sistem rekomendasi cerdas.
Soybean contains bioactive compounds such as flavonoids, phenolic acids, vitamin C, vitamin E, beta carotene. The content of soy flavonoids such as isoflavones act as antioxidants, anticancer, ...anti-osteoporosis, antibacterial and antimutagenic. Soybean can be processed into fermented food, one of the fermented foods from processed soybeans is seredele. Seredele is a traditional food typical of the city of Gianyar whose manufacturing process uses natural microbes. This study aims to determine the effect of the type of solvent on the antioxidant activity and bioactive compounds of seredele extract and determine the best type of solvent to produce seredele extract with the highest antioxidant activity. The experimental design used was a randomized block design with 5 types of solvent treatment, namely: 70% ethanol, 90% ethanol, 96% ethanol, ethyl acetate, n-hexane with a ratio of 1:10 to the solvent. This study was grouped into 3 based on the time of the extraction process so that 15 experimental units were obtained. Data analysis was carried out by analysis of variance and if the treatment affected the observed variables, it was continued with the Least Significant Difference test. The results showed that the type of solvent treatment had an effect on antioxidant activity, total flavonoids, ?-tocopherol and total phenol. The best solvent to produce seredele extract with the highest antioxidant activity was 70% ethanol with the following extract characteristics: IC50 antioxidant activity of 183.16 ± 30.88 ppm, total phenol 21.19 ± 1.95 mg GAE/g, total flavonoids 11 .88 ± 0.87 mg QE/g and total ? tocopherol 12587.02± 2419.82 mg 100/g.

Kedelai mengandung senyawa bioaktif seperti flavonoid, asam fenolik, vitamin C, vitamin E, beta karoten. Kandungan flavonoid kedelai seperti isoflavon berperan sebagai antioksidan, antikanker, antiosteoporosis, antibakteri dan antimutagenik. Kedelai dapat diolah menjadi makanan fermentasi, salah satu makanan fermentasi dari olahan kedelai yaitu seredele. Seredele merupakan makanan tradisional khas kota Gianyar yang proses pembuatannya menggunakan mikroba alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh jenis pelarut terhadap aktivitas antioksidan dan senyawa bioaktif ekstrak seredele dan menentukan jenis pelarut terbaik untuk menghasilkan ekstrak seredele dengan aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan perlakuan jenis pelarut yang terdiri dari 5 jenis yaitu: ethanol 70%, ethanol 90%, ethanol 96%, etil asetat, n-heksana dengan perbandingan bahan dengan pelarut sebesar 1:10. Penelitian ini dikelompokkan menjadi 3 berdasarkan waktu proses ekstraksi sehingga diperoleh 15 unit percobaan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis varian dan jika perlakuan berpengaruh terhadap variabel yang diamati maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Terkecil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan jenis pelarut berpengaruh terhadap aktivitas antioksidan, total flavonoid, ?- tokoferol dan total fenol. Pelarut terbaik untuk menghasilkan ekstrak seredele dengan aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi adalah etanol 70% dengan karateristik ekstrak sebagai berikut: aktivitas antioksidan IC50 sebesar 183,16 ± 30,88 ppm, total fenol 21,19 ± 1,95 mg GAE/g, total flavonoid 11,88 ± 0,87 mg QE/g dan total ? tokoferol 12587,02± 2419,82 mg 100/g.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, it affected many people's lives, one of which had an impact on the socio-economic community. the deflation of Income and outcome causes anxiety whicheventually leads to ...increased stress. Stress can affect changes in the function of the digestive system where stress reduces appetite thereby increasing stomach acid, causing pain in the stomach which causes GERD. The research design used a correlation analytic design using a cross sectional approach. Determination of the population in this study using purposive random sampling and obtained a suitable data source as many as 30 research samples. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is the Contingency Coefficient Test using SPSS. The results showed that 53.3% of respondents had GERD, and 46.7% of those who did not have GERD. Respondents with normal stress with GERD were 2 respondents (6.7%). Respondents with mild stress conditions with GERD 4 respondents (13.3%). Respondents with moderate stress conditions with GERD 2 respondents (6.7%). Respondents with severe stress conditions with GERD 8 respondents (26.7%). From the chi-square statistical test, p = 0.00 (α < 0.05) and there is a relationship between stress and the incidence of GERD. Based on the contingency coefficient test, it shows C = 0.669, meaning that the level of relationship between the influence of stress and the incidence of GERD is in the strong category.
Konsep e-learning memengaruhi proses transformasi pendidikan konvensional ke bentuk digital, baik secara isi maupun sistemnya. Politeknik Negeri Bali adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan negeri yang ...terdiri dari 6 jurusan dan 13 program studi. Politeknik Negeri Bali pernah memiliki e-learning, namun saat ini e-learning yang dimiliki belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal sehingga domain elearning.pnb.ac.id menjadi tidak aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun suatu rencana strategis e-learning Politeknik Negeri Bali yang hasilnya akan dijadikan dasar dalam penentuan strategi e-learning yang tetap selaras dengan strategi bisnis Politeknik Negeri Bali. Rencana strategis e-learning disusun untuk kerangka waktu selama 3 tahun. Penyusunan perencanaan strategis e-learning ini menggunakan Ward and Peppard Framework sesuai dengan karakteristik Politeknik Negeri Bali. Prosesnya diawali dengan analisis lingkungan bisnis, analisis lingkungan SI/TI secara internal dan eksternal menggunakan alat analisis PEST, CSF, Porter’s Forces, Value Chain dan Use Case Diagram. Hasil akhir penelitian berupa dokumen rencana strategis e-learning yang meliputi jumlah jenis aplikasi, jenis teknologi, standar teknis untuk jenis e-learning yang digunakan beserta kebijakannya, skala prioritas dan time frame rancangan implementasi e-learning.
