Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye’de tarih eğitimi, öğretimi ve yazıcılığı alanında yapılmış lisansüstü tezleri incelemek ve bu çalışmalardan elde edilen sonuçlardan hareketle tarih eğitimi, öğretimi ve ...yazıcılığı ile ilgili çeşitli öneriler geliştirmektir. Çalışmanın tarih eğitimi, öğretimi ve yazıcılığı alanında hazırlanmış olan lisansüstü tezlerin; cinsiyetlerine, yıllarına, üniversitelerine, enstitülerine, danışman unvanlarına, türüne, yöntemine, konularına (temalarına) göre inceleyerek bu alanda yapılan tezlerin genel çerçevesini görmek bakımından yararlı olacağı düşünülmektedir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu çerçevede doküman incelemesi yapılan bu çalışmada dokümanlara ulaşma, orijinalliğin kontrol edilmesi, dokümanların anlaşılması, verinin analiz edilmesi ve verinin kullanılması şeklinde beş aşama izlenmiştir. Araştırmanın ilk aşamasında Ulusal Tez Merkezi’ndeki ayrıntılı tarama seçeneğiyle “tarih eğitimi”, “tarih öğretimi”, “tarih yazımı”, “tarih yazıcılığı”, “tarih ders kitapları”, “lise tarih”, “ortaokul tarih”, “ilkokul tarih” ile “tarih ve öğretmen” anahtar kelimelerinde geçen toplamda 345 teze ulaşılmıştır. Tezlerin hepsi tek bir Excel dosyasında birleştirilmiş, farklı anahtar kelimelerde tekrarlanan tezler, özeti olmayan ve konuyla ilgisi olmayan 40 tez çıkarılmıştır. Toplamda 251’ı yüksek lisans, 54’i doktora olmak üzere toplam 305 tez çalışma kapsamına alınmıştır. Bulgulara göre; ilk yüksek lisans tezinin 1991 yılında, doktora tezinin ise 1997 yılında yapıldığı belirlenmiştir. Yüksek lisans tezlerinde en çok işlenen tema “Strateji-Yöntem-Teknik”, doktora tezlerinde ise “Strateji-Yöntem-Teknik”, ”Beceri Eğitimi”, “Tarih Yazıcılığın Tarihçesi” ve “ Diğer Ülkelerin Tarih Eğitimi” temalarının olduğu görülmüştür. Lisansüstü tezlerin %28’inin çalışma desenlerinin belirsiz olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
The aim of this study is to examine the graduate theses made in the field of history education, teaching and writing in Turkey and to develop various suggestions related to history education, teaching and writing based on the results obtained from these studies. It is thought that the theses repared in the field of history education, teaching and writing will be useful in terms of examining according to their gender, years, universities, istitutes, advisor titles, type, method, subjects (themes) and to see the general framework of the theses made in this field. Case studies were conducted from qualitative research methods. Within this framework, five stages were followed in the form of reaching documents, checking authenticity, understanding documents, analyzing data and using data. During the first phase of the research, via the detailed scan opting on the homepage of the National Thesis Center, 345 theses including the key words “history education”, “teaching history”, “history”, “historiography”, “history textbooks”, “high school history”, “secondary school”, “primary school history ” and “history and teacher” were reached. All of the theses were combined in a single Excel file, scanned again for different key words and 40 theses with no summary and no relevance to the subject were taken out. A total of 305 theses, 251 of which are masters and 54 of which are PhD, were included in the scope of the study. According to the findings; the first master's thesis was made in 1991 and the doctoral thesis was made in 1997. The most common theme in the master’s theses is “Strategy-Method-Technique”, in the PhD these the most common themes are “Strategy-Method-Technique”, ”Skill Training”, “History of Historiography” and “ History Education In Other Countries”. It was found out that in 28% of the post-graduate theses the study patterns were uncertain.
Bu araştırmada 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından ortaöğretim kademesinde okutulan “9. sınıf tarih ders kitabı”, “10. sınıf tarih ders kitabı”, “11. sınıf tarih ders ...kitabı”, “12. sınıf çağdaş Türk ve dünya tarihi ders kitabı” ve “12. sınıf T.C. inkılap tarihi ve Atatürkçülük ders kitabı” olmak üzere beş kitap incelenmiştir. Araştırma ile ders kitaplarındaki ölçme ve değerlendirme sorularının SOLO taksonomisine göre bilişsel düzeyleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması yapılmıştır. Toplanan veriler betimsel analiz yöntemi ile incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, her sınıf düzeyinde sıralama hiç değişmemiş ve en fazla tek yönlü yapıda soru olduğu görülmüştür. Ardından sırasıyla çok yönlü yapı, ilişkisel yapı ve en az da ileri soyut yapıda soruların varlığı tespit edilmiştir. Kitapların tamamında toplam 831 soru yer almaktadır. Bu soruların %49’u tek yönlü yapı, %31’i çok yönlü yapı, %14’ünün ilişkisel yapı, %6’sının ileri soyut yapıda olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen diğer bir bulgu ise sınıf düzeyi yükseldikçe ölçme ve değerlendirme soruların bilişsel düzeylerinin azaldığı görülmüştür. Oysa tarihsel düşünme becerilerinin kazanılması süreç istemektedir. Bu bağlamda da soruların 9. sınıftan 12. sınıfa doğru bilişsel düzeylerinin artması beklenmektedir.
In this study, five textbooks including “9th Grade History Textbook”, “10th Grade History Textbook”, “11th Grade History Textbook”, “12th Grade Contemporary Turkish and World History Textbook” and “12th Grade History of the Turkish Revolution and Kemalism Textbook” used by Ministry of National Education in secondary education level during the Academic Year of 2020-2021 were examined. With the study, cognitive levels of assessment and evaluation questions in the textbooks according to SOLO taxonomy was tried to be determined. In the study, case study as one of qualitative methods was preferred and the data collected were examined by the descriptive analysis method. According to the result of the study, ordering never changed in each level of class and it was observed that there were always more questions in one-way structure. Then, it was followed by the questions in multi-structure, associated structure respectively and the fewest number of questions were seen in advanced abstract structure. There were 831 questions in total in all textbooks. Of these questions, 49% were in one-way structure, 31% in multi-structure, 14% in associated structure, and 6% in advanced abstract structure. Another finding is that cognitive levels of assessment and evaluation questions decreases as long as the grade level increases. Yet, acquisitions of historical thinking skills require a process. In this context, cognitive levels of the questions are expected to increase from the 9th Grade towards the 12th Grade.
Research problem/aim; The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of the 9th grade students who use teaching materials designed with augmented reality technology on the usefulness and ...effectiveness of the material. For this purpose, 3 activities were designed using 9th grade topics and a total of 27 AR materials were applied to the students in these activities. Method; In this study, "developmental research" and "case study" were used. As data collection tools, "AR application course observation form", "student evaluation form" and "3 AR activities" were designed by the researchers. Findings; 30 codes were formed and the answers given by the students to the questions and grouped as positive and negative by combining them under the theme of effectiveness, usefulness and suggestions which is the main question of the research. Conclusions; According to the results of the research; In the "usefulness " theme, the most repeated positive code is "functionality / interactive ", while the negative code is "unrealistic", In the theme of "effectiveness", the most repeated positive code was "providing 3D detection", while the negative code was "not contributing". In the theme of suggestions, the code "animation and graphics should be developed" was repeated the most.
