3.	公立病院に求められる早期発見・治療・支援 ―外来から入院、そして地域へ稲熊, 徳也; 三角, 純子; 水野, 雅文予防精神医学, 2023, Volume: 8, Issue: 1 Journal Article Open access 公立病院に求められる早期発見・治療・支援に関して，東京都立松沢病院思春期・青年期医療の外来診療，入院診療，地域連携の取り組み，を紹介する。松沢病院の思春期・青年期外来には，ARMSはもちろん，うつ，不安，スマートフォン依存といった，より広範なメンタルヘルスの問題が寄せられる。本人や，それを支える家族，学校，保健福祉機関がメンタルヘルスの問題で困ったときに，プライマリケアから緊急入院まで幅広く，迅速に，質の高い専門的医療を提供することが公立病院には求められている。若者がアクセスしやすいメンタルヘルスケアサービスを目指すには，地域の教育機関や福祉保健機関の連携とエンパワーメントが不可欠である。	Full text
