With ...the simultaneous growth of the role of a systematic approach in strategic planning both in the overall activities of the enterprise and its development prospects, and the level of competitiveness of the enterprise and its competitive position in specific markets. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations of enterprise competitiveness management. The purpose of the article is to form a system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise on the basis of marketing. Methodology. To achieve the research objective, the following tasks were set and solved: a critical analysis of scientific approaches to the formation of a system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise, substantiation of the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of a system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise, clarification of the components of this system, and identification of the types of links between the components of the system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise. The following methods and approaches to research were employed in the study: an abstract and logical approach was used to examine the theoretical and methodological foundations of interaction management; an analysis of theoretical approaches to the formation of the enterprise competitiveness management system was conducted; an inductive and deductive approach (used to determine the factors influencing the formation of the enterprise competitiveness management system) was employed; a systematisation and generalisation approach (to clarify the approaches to the formation of the enterprise competitiveness management system) was also utilised. Results. The article considers processes of formation of the system of enterprise competitiveness management. It characterises and groups approaches to the system of management of competitiveness of an enterprise. The factors of influence on the level of competitiveness of enterprise have been determined. The structure of the system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise is described. Practical implications. The suggested integrated approach will help to clarify the role and functional links between the components of the enterprise competitiveness management system, taking into account the influence of factors of the marketing environment of enterprise and the marketing tools for assessing and improving the competitiveness of enterprise. Value/Originality. The proposed integrated approach to the formation of a system for managing the competitiveness of enterprise on the basis of marketing, unlike the existing ones, recognises the key role of competitiveness of enterprise products in assessing the competitiveness of enterprise, allocates the subject and object of competitiveness management, is based on the levels of strategic planning, takes into account the influence of factors of the marketing environment of enterprise and reveals the marketing tools for assessing and managing the competitiveness of enterprise.

In order to effectively coordinate the development of a particular regional market, it is necessary to clearly define the extent to which its potential has been exploited and to identify the factors that influence the formation of the regional market's potential. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the potential of regional markets. The aim of the study is to develop a model for managing the potential of the regional market. Methodology. To achieve the goal of the study, the following tasks were set and solved: a critical analysis of approaches to the definition of the concept of "regional market potential" was carried out, the theoretical and methodological foundations for the formation of a model for managing the potential of the regional market were substantiated, the components of this model were clarified, and the types of links between the components of the model for managing the potential of the regional market were identified. The paper uses the following methods and approaches to research: abstract and logical approach used in the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of interaction management, analysis of theoretical approaches to the formation of a model for managing the potential of the regional market, inductive and deductive (used to determine the factors influencing the formation of a model for managing the potential of the regional market), systematisation and generalisation (to clarify the concept of "regional market potential"). Results. The research considers the processes of formation and management of the potential of regional markets. It reveals the essence of the concept of "potential of the regional market" on the basis of studying the definition of the concept of "potential". The article describes and groups approaches to determining the market potential of a region and formulates its own definition of the regional market potential as "the upper limit of production, sales and consumption of a certain type of product in the region, at which the financial interests of market participants are maximally satisfied, for which the existing resources are sufficient". The publication identifies the factors influencing the state of the regional market potential: industrial capacities, development of regional infrastructure and logistics, demographic situation, population income and purchasing power, resource provision of the region, opportunities for international trade. The article characterises the structure of the regional market potential: the forming component (production, consumer and trade potential) and the ensuring component (socio-economic potential of the region). A model of management of the regional market potential is proposed. Practical implications. The proposed model will help to clarify the role and functional relationships between the components of the regional market potential and take into account the peculiarities of the functioning of regional markets in the implementation of market forecasts. Value/originality. In the structure of the regional market potential, unlike the well-known ones, the forming and ensuring components of the regional market potential are distinguished. The addition of the trade potential component to the traditional forming components, such as consumer and production potential, will allow taking into account trade opportunities and conditions for fast and high-quality trade organisation in the region.
The article examines the importance of the role of small and medium-sized enterprises in the context of creating an inclusive economy. In particular, the use of financial technologies (FinTech), ...blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, crowdlending, investment platforms, corporate social investments, park funds and corporate incubators and accelerators are considered. The second aspect considered in the article is the education and training of entrepreneurs. It is noted that the provision of educational and consulting services helps entrepreneurs acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for successful enterprise management. The third aspect of the article is cooperation between different sectors (public, private and public) in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, which facilitates the exchange of knowledge and experience, joint projects and the creation of a favorable business ecosystem. The article provides a generalized assessment of the role of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship in the inclusive economy and offers a number of recommendations for its development.

У статті проведено аналіз структура смертності населення за основними видами захворювань та динаміка показників захворюваності в Україні. Узагальнено групу соціально-демографічних факторів, які ...потенційно чинять вплив на розвиток сфери охорони здоров’я України. Під час проведення аналізу було встановлено, що за останні роки в Україні відбулося зменшення очікуваного терміну життя населення, як серед чоловіків, так і серед жінок. Встановлено, що за останній рік кількість померлих більша за живонароджених на 38,08%. Тобто за останні роки в Україні відбувається депопуляція населення. Аналіз статистичних даних показав, що на першому місці зафіксовані випадки смертності через серцево-судинні захворювання – це більше 60% від загальної чисельності померлого населення, хоча й відбулося зменшення захворюваності населення на основні класи хвороб. Окреслено, що проведення оцінка соціально-демографічних факторів надасть змогу для певного покращення не тільки стану здоров’я населення, але й можливості для стратегічного планування розвитку сфери охорони здоров’я.
The article assesses the development of the regional market for poultry products using the indicator of the development of the regional market. The purpose of the study is to determine the level of ...efficiency in managing the development of Ukrainian regional markets for poultry products based on the formation of a system of indicators of the level of development and assessment of their interdependence. The market development indicator is calculated as the sum of a weighted normalized assessment of each of the three components: the regional demand indicator, the regional supply indicator, and the trade development indicator in the region. The methodology for assessing the level of development of regional markets for poultry products includes: establishing indicators characterizing the level of development of regional markets for poultry products; assessment of the significance of characteristics in shaping the level of development of regional markets for poultry products; building a mathematical model for assessing the level of development of regional markets for poultry products. The calculations carried out using the proposed methodological approach make it possible to determine that the highest level of development of regional markets belongs to the central region.
Purpose: to develop an effective model of management of the hospitality industry at the level of the state management system to ensure the effectiveness of the industry and its impact on improving ...the socio-economic indicators of the state's development in the context of crisis phenomena.
Theoretical framework: The hospitality industry is an important factor in the development of the country's economy. The hotel business occupies one of the leading positions in the share of the country's GDP, which develops the social component and tourism. The hospitality industry is highly profitable, therefore, it ensures the development of open markets through the formation of competition. The high competitiveness of the industry is determined by the high quality of service provision. In terms of the multifunctional importance of the hospitality industry in the economic system, the article examines the conceptual foundations of building a model of state management of the hospitality industry.
Design/methodology/approach: An analysis of trends and trends in the development of the hospitality industry was carried out, and it was determined that after the end of the pandemic, the global hospitality industry will have a significant increase in the main financial and economic indicators, which is explained by delayed demand.
Findings: Some aspects of the development of the hospitality industry in the conditions of full-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine are considered. A set of financial and economic indicators was determined, based on the accumulation of which a management model was developed.
Research, Practical & Social implications: On the basis of the developed management system of the hospitality industry at the state level, an organizational model of management was developed, which represents a set of relations and relationships between the public, private sector, and the population.
Originality/value: On the basis of the analysis, practical mechanisms for introducing the management model into the practical activities of the hospitality industry were developed and proposed in order to improve the results of hotel enterprises and the industry as a whole, adapted to the challenges of crises and the consequences of military aggression.

The article evaluates foreign public administration systems on the example of the member states of the European Union. Based on the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of public ...administration reforms in the EU member states, we have systematized the key areas of adaptation of positive vectors to Ukrainian realities: 1. Search for political support, reliable leadership at all stages of the reform, development of a long-term and strategic road map/plan for changes and preservation of scope goals of reforms; 2. Build strong external stakeholder support and internal ownership to achieve this through a combination of top-down and bottom-up approaches; 3. Create appropriate resources and systems (civil service) for all levels and processes; 4. Provide measures for monitoring/measuring progress/results of implemented reforms. Strategic orientations for improving the efficiency of the public management system are proposed, taking into account the leading world experience: focusing on subtopics, rather than on complex and often too general measures; measurements that can be used for learning purposes less than for evaluation (or purely for accountability purposes); using employee surveys to collect comparative data on public administration; the implementation of the open data strategy allows analysts to conduct academic and non-academic community research to study issues of public management effectiveness.
