The purpose of this study is to describe the work system and the concept of waste management in Nglurah Village, Tawangmangu, Karanganyar, Indonesia. The study also sought to find out the reasons ...underlying the formation of the Wagu Budoyo waste management group established by the community. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done by conducting interviews and observations. The results of this study provide a description of the establishment, work system and direction of development of the Wagu Budoyo waste management group, Nglurah Village, Tawangmang, Karanganyar Regency. It was found that there was a central role in art studios with central figures who could initiate various activities including community-based waste management.

Indonesia has great potential in developing the furniture industry sector. The abundance of raw materials and high labor numbers should be optimized to encourage the furniture industry in Indonesia ...in the international furniture trade. However, in reality, the Indonesian furniture industry has increasingly been eliminated in the arena of international furniture trade. Therefore, it is necessary to consider how the furniture industry actually manages the company. One of the influential factors in furniture exports is how to manage the supply chain or logistics of the furniture industry, where one of them is related to the process of packaging and stuffing of furniture products. As a representation, this study tries to describe how the packaging and stuffing process is carried out by UD Surya Abadi Furniture, one of the furniture industries located in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java. This research is a descriptive study, where data is collected by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study discuss the packaging procedures, materials used and feasibility tests, and how the procedures and benefits obtained from the stuffing process at UD Surya Abadi Furniture. The conclusion obtained is that the description of the packaging and stuffing process that is carried out is quite good with the use of materials that meet the standards. Nevertheless, the process of packaging and stuffing at UD Surya Abadi Furniture is still done with manual counting so that it is not optimal.
This study aims to investigate the efficiency level of hospital surgery hospital installation in Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. Research conceptual constructs are based on input and output ...performance in institutional performance processes. This research approach uses positivist pattern and is derived by quantitative method. This is to explain the efficiency pattern of the installation of hospital and private hospital surgery rooms. The quantitative method chosen is the concept of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The results showed that 1) the installation of a private hospital surgery room tends to be more efficient than government property; 2) the installation of a special hospital surgical hospital is not absolutely more efficient than a public hospital. As a recommendation, this research provides scenario for setting input usage for efficient performance.
This study aims to examine breastfeeding behavior from a gender perspective and socio-economic dimension. Breastfeeding views are also studied in terms of working women, in response to the increasingly expensive economic needs of women to help the family economy by entering the labor market, while women also have an obligation to engage in breastfeeding activities. This study uses literature method, by collecting all the literature related to the breastfeeding process, the legal basis that supports, and the factors that can inhibit and the way to succeed exclusive breastfeeding issues. This study found the fact that there is a misconception of society about breastfeeding that the breastfeeding process is not optimal, the modernization also makes women who should breastfeed to make new choices instead of breastfeeding obligations for their children.

Livestock waste that is diverted and converted into pollution sources, on the other hand, the fishery business is very dependent on pellet feed, it is agreed that integration will occur, so the problem of livestock waste can be solved by presenting natural food sources for the fishing business. The program carried out is the socialization of alternative animal feed selection and the socialization of how to make alternative feed. The selection of alternative fish feed, besides being able to incur fish farmers' production costs, is also a form of integration between cattle and goat groups and fish livestock groups. From the implementation of this community service program, it will gain new knowledge about the management of agricultural waste by developing earthworm (lumbricus rubelius) cultivation as fish feed ingredients. The purpose of this activity is to improve information that is known by the community in relation to patterns, ways, mechanisms of Exclusive breastfeeding. Method of implementation in the form of ...counseling and socialization with material about Exclusive breastfeeding, the method is coupled with simulation activities and counseling process. Success in this activity is measured by the Focus Group Discussion process aimed at identifying obstacles to exclusive breastfeeding and how problem solving does not leave local wisdom. The results of the activities are the dissemination of information to health volunteers, which are expected to assist in disseminating information on the location of each residence and in the core family of the socialization participants. This study aims to determine the underlying culture of economic behavior faced with the rationalization of neoclassical economics. The method used to explore and explain the economic decisions through qualitative research methods with the paradigm of phenomenology, given the Wonosari Village believes strongly in the local social and cultural values that influence patterns of behavior in interaction.
Results of the study found that there is some value in line with neoclassical economic rationalization, where all things in economic interactions must be for-profit, and there is also contrary to the values of economic rationalization. The conclusion to be drawn is the value of a good adherence to the parents and to the specific role turned out in line with the rationalization of the economy rests on the efficiency to obtain profit maximization. But there is also a value that is not in line with economic rationalization that is in adherence to religious values and local culture, which prefers good relations between people rather than the profit motive.
