Digitalisasi data genetika dibutuhkan untuk mempermudah penelitian dan pengembangan. Bioinformatika merupakan data hasil eksperimen dari laboratorium para peneliti ahli biologi molekuler ataupun biomedis untuk mempermudah pengolahan data genetika manusia dengan teknologi komputasi. Data digital dari genetika dapat disimpan dalam database dengan format tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan langkah-langkah untuk digitalisasi data dari genetika manusia dari sampel biologi menjadi data digital. Bentuk dari data digital genetika manusia dapat digunakan untuk penelitian oleh para ahli biologi menggunakan perangkat lunak yang dapat membaca file dengan format FASTA. FASTA merupakan salah satu jenis file untaian dari beberapa jenis file format untaian protein yang tersedia di GenBank (database penyedia untaian protein). Data digital dari genetika akan dapat digunakan pada penelitian selanjutnya oleh ahli biologi tanpa harus mengambil sampel biologi.
Mutiara Mahakam Samarinda Institute of Health Sciences (STIKES-MM Samarinda) has a system for monitoring and evaluating the performance of lecturers or education staff. This system measures ...performance achievements in terms of teaching, research, and community service. . Nevertheless, since every segment of the system is not yet fully computerized, this then raises several obstacles in the process of monitoring and evaluating the performance, length of time to obtain the final assessment results and the low accuracy level of the assessment. This study aims to seeks solutions to these obstacles and offers an educator performance monitoring system that combines the Behaviorally Anchor Rating Scale (BARS) and Management by Objectives (MBO) methods to be assessed quantitatively based on the rating scores in measuring the two methods. The BARS method was focused on evaluating behaviour that would affect overall performance with an average score of 4.14%, while the MBO method was focused on evaluating according to Tri Dharma of higher education, namely teaching, research and community service. The assessment system was then implemented to evaluate the performance of lecturers and education staff. Subsequently, the data obtained were analyzed to get the final result of the assessment. In particular for data from the MBO method, the analysis was carried out using step with and without KRA. This exploratory research succeeded in presenting the final results of the performance assessment of each lecturer who was assessed for both the value of the BARS and MBO methods. Data analysis from the MBO method , when calculated with and without KRA and KRA, showed some significant differences in MBO. For all lecturers, the difference in scores, if the average was 3.48%, then this assessment was more inclined to the BARS assessment, which had a better rating than MBO.

Classification is one of the most often employed data mining techniques. It focuses on developing a classification model or function, also known as a classifier, and predicting the class of objects ...whose class label is unknown. Categorizing applications include pattern recognition, medical diagnosis, identifying weaknesses in organizational systems, and classifying changes in the financial markets. The objectives of this study are to develop a profile of a victim of online fraud and to contrast the approaches frequently used in data mining for classification based on Accuracy, Classification Error, Precision, and Recall. The survey was conducted using Google Forms, which is an online platform. Naive Bayes, Decision Tree, and Random Forest algorithms are popular models for classification in data mining. Based on the sociodemographics of Indonesia's online crime victims, these models are used to classify and predict. The result shows that Naïve Bayes and Decision Tree are slightly superior to the Random Forest Model. Naive Bayes and Decision Tree have an accuracy value of 77.3%, while Random Forest values 76.8%.
This research was carried out to get overviews which deal with facilities and students’ readiness to support the implementation of NodeMCU-based bifocal modeling physics practicum. The location of ...this research was in a senior high school in Bandung District, Indonesia. The subjects of this research were physics teachers and students of that school enrolled in 2020/ 2021. This research was a case study, the data of which were collected through interviews, observation, and questionnaire. Interviews and observation were focused to gather information due to the school facilities supporting the implementation of NodeMCU-based bifocal modeling physics practicum. Questionnaire was used to reveal the readiness of students in accepting implementation of NodeMCU-based bifocal modeling physics practicum. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the school facilities meet technical specifications of NodeMCU, so the implementation of NodeMCU-based bifocal modeling physics practicum may be potentially supported by the school facilities; most students also own facilities (smartphones and laptops/ computers) which may be potentially utilized as output peripherals for displaying visualized physics phenomena and simulated physics data from a tool of NodeMCU-based bifocal modeling physics practicum; students are willing to accept the implementation of NodeMCU-based bifocal modeling physics practicum in physics learning, because it can improve the quality of physics learning, improve the motivation of students to learn physics, and help students to easily understand physics concepts.
The representation of the fuzzy set membership curve consisting of trapezoidal, triangular, and linear shapes, has an important role in the fuzzy logic system. The selection of the curve's shapes ...determines the useable membership function and affects the fuzzy output value. Previous studies generally used curves that had been employed in predecessors or other studies that did not explain the reason for choosing a fuzzy member curve. This condition became problem because there was not a guide in selecting the appropriate membership function model for the parameters used in the fuzzy process so that most researchers only use membership functions that are commonly used in previous studies or in the same case as their research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of selecting trapezoidal and triangular curves on the performance of Tsukamoto's fuzzy logic for determining the rice-fields suitability status. The research methodology comprised 3 main stages. The first stage was data collecting, to collect soil pH values, soil moisture, and air temperature in rice fields. The second stage was the implementation of the Tsukamoto fuzzy. At this stage, two membership function curves were used. The third stage was a comparative analysis of Tsukamoto's fuzzy's output of trapezoidal and triangular curves. The results obtained indicate that there is no significant performance difference between the two different membership functions. The results of the research with the trapezoidal membership function have a better accuracy rate of 93% while the triangular membership function has an accuracy rate of 90%.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode naratif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah para guru, kepala sekolah, staf tata usaha dan orangtua peserta didik salah satu Kelompok Bermain dan Taman Kanak-kanak di Kramat Jati, Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai alat pengumpulan data, yaitu pedoman observasi, protokol wawancara semi terstruktur dan studi dokumentasi yang akan memudahkan peneliti dalam mengeksplorasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan, pengolahan dan analisis data di lapangan, latar belakang orangtua peserta didik sangat beragam, mulai dari suku atau etnis, penghasilan, dan pendidikan. Namun dengan keberagaman tersebut, orang tua memiliki kebutuhan yang sama yaitu membutuhkan bantuan dalam peningkatan kapasitas pengasuhan bagi anak-anak mereka.

The environment is a very important topic today as well as in the future. One source of air pollution that has the potential to harm health is the wear particles released by vehicle braking systems. ...If these wear particles come from hazardous materials, they could destroy human health and the environment. Based on these conditions, exploring more environmentally friendly materials to substitute hazardous materials as friction materials is necessary. In this study, brake linings were prepared from bamboo fiber and eggshell (ES) particles with various pre-treatment conditions. The composition of the material frictions consisted of phenolic resin, bamboo fiber, bamboo particles, ES particles, zinc, alumina, and graphite in the following: 35% phenolic resin, 10% graphite, 10% bamboo fiber, 10% alumina powder, 5% zinc powder, and 30% bamboo particles and ESs. This study focused on observing the mechanical and tribological behavior of friction materials when using ES particles as fillers. There are three stages to manufacturing friction material: a cold press, a hot press, and heat treatment. The optimization of the characteristics of ESs as organic brake linings was carried out using the Taguchi method and analyzed using data envelopment analysis-based ranking (DEAR). An interesting finding from this study was that when ES particles were calcined at 900°C for 120 min, the ES particle size was 200 mesh, and the ES volume fraction at 25% resulted in the most optimal brake lining performance. Calcination at 900°C for 120 min completely changed the CaCO
phase to CaO. This study also shows that calcined ES particles have the potential to be developed as friction materials for environmentally friendly two-wheeled vehicles in the future. The produced brake linings exhibited hardness, a coefficient of friction, and specific wear rates of 92.82 HR, 0.32, and 4.43 × 10
