The aim of this study was to investigate whether the role play teaching model had an effect on students’ story telling skill in primary schools in Salatiga. This study was experimental research. A ...T-test on the pre-test data showed that the mean of the experimental group was 18.94, whereas the mean of the control group was 18.500. This data showed that there was 0.44 difference between the two groups. Further, the data showed that tcount < ttable (1.319 < 2.353). Hence, there was no significant difference between the two groups. Whereas, an analysis on the post-test data showed that the mean of the experimental group was 21.98 and the mean of the control group was 21.01. Thus, the post test result of the experimental group was higher than the control group. There was 0.96 difference between the groups. The T-test showed that tcount > ttable (3.264 > 2.353). Hence, there was a significant difference between the two groups. The post-test data analysis using t-test showed that the tcount was 3.264 and as the tcount > ttable (3.264 > 2.353), the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected. Thus, there was a significant difference between the story telling skill in the experimental group and the control group.
This research aims to improve student learning activities and outcomes after implementing the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning method in learning Arabic for class XI-MIPA at MAN ...Kendal. This research is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class XI-MIPA-6 in the academic year 2021/2022. The research procedure includes 3 stages, namely: the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the report preparation stage. Cycles 1 and 2 include planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. Students who score above the KKM or who score more than 75 in accordance with student learning mastery, namely before the action was taken, 21 students (62%), in Cycle 1 rose to 26 students (76%) and in Cycle 2 it increased to 30 students (88%). Applying the CTL learning method combined with group discussion interactions can generate student learning activities. The achievement of student learning activity scores in cycle 1 reached 81% (very high) and in cycle 2 it reached 84% (very high). Based on the results of the analysis of student activities in group discussion interactions and student learning outcomes in providing actions with the application of the CTL learning method, it was found that there was an increase in learning activities and student learning outcomes.
This study aims to improve Arabic language skills through the electric Guess Your Match (Tebak Tepat Pasanganmu) method for class XI IPA-2 students of MAN Kendal. In the even semester of the ...2016/2017 academic year, there may be 32 students. This research is a classroom action carried out in two cycles; Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, observation, observation, evaluation, and reflection. The data instrument, data analysis, and data analysis techniques used tests and non-tests. The results showed that the average value at the first meeting of the first cycle was 70.84, and the second meeting was 74.59 so that the average value of the first cycle was 72.71. While the average value of the first meeting in cycle II was 80.03, and the second meeting was 86.86, then in cycle II the average value was 83.43. So that there was an increase from cycle I to cycle II of 14.75%. The results of non-test data analysis based on learning outcomes also showed a change in students' behaviour in class XI IPA-2 MAN Kendal. The researcher concluded that the pairing game guessing (Tebak Tepat Pasanganmu) method significantly improved the students' Arabic speaking skills.
Working from home (WFH) is an efficient solution during the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain productivity and avoid transmission of the coronavirus. However, the pattern of work done from home is ...different from work done in the office. Of course, the performance produced by employees will be different. Thus, in order to maintain a balance between work and employee commitment, various aspects of WFH are studied. In this study, there were four aspects that were studied during the WFH to see employee performance, namely aspects of space, time, social, and economy. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of WFH during the Covid-19 pandemic from an employee perspective so that it can be used as evaluation material for the implementation of WFH in the Secretariat of the Language Development and Development Agency. This study used an exploratory method and the data were analyzed descriptively. The survey found six advantages of WFH, namely (1) time flexibility; (2) time efficiency; (3) financial efficiency; (4) energy efficiency; (5) quality time with family; and (6) increased productivity and ten WFH deficiencies, namely (1) lack of facilities; (2) increase in household operational costs; (3) miscommunication; (4) difficulties in supervising the work of employees; (5) difficulty completing work without face to face; (6) difficulty determining priorities; (7) unclear work deadlines; (8) loss of work motivation; (9) the number of distractions at work; and (10) data insecurity.
Madrasa headmasters are responsible for developing the loyalty of their educators in order to improve student learning quality. This research focuses on how the headmaster of the madrasa improves the learning quality at MA-Al Urwatul Wutsqo Jombang. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The finding shows that to improve learning quality in the madrasah, the headmaster builds collaboration with the madrasa foundation or owner through which human resources, especially the teaching staff, have been managed and developed. In addition, the headmaster is able to recruit the teaching staff based on the needs, professionalism, evaluation, and coaching system

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis, bersifat deskriptif analisis, dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, dengan menggunakan Grand Theory; Teori Keadilan Pancasila dan Rawls; Middle Theory; Teori Eefektivitas Sistem Hukum; Applied Theory Teori Hukum Progresif. Temuan penelitian: (1) Regulasi Kemerdekaan Menyampaikan Pendapat Di Muka Umum Sebagai Wujud Penerapan Prinsip Demokrasi Di Indonesia Saat Ini Belum Berbasis Nilai Keadilan, sehubungan bunyi asas keseimbangan dari Pasal 3 Undang-undang Nomor 9 Tahun 1998 tentang Kemerdekaan Menyampaikan Pendapat Di Muka Umum belum memberikan keseimbangan antara yang menyampaikan pendapat dan yang menerima penyampaian pendapat. (2) Kelemahan-kelemahan Regulasi Kemerdekaan Menyampaikan Pendapat Di Muka Umum Sebagai Penerapan Prinsip Demokrasi Belum Berbasis Nilai Keadilan Saat Ini, adalah memberikan kebebasan kepada pihak yang menerima penyampaian pendapat untuk menemui, membiarkan dan menolak melakukan musyawarah dengan pihak yang menyampaikan pendapat, sehingga kelima asas yang diatur pada Pasal 3 Undang-undang Nomor 9 Tahun 1998 tentang Kemerdekaan Menyampaikan Pendapat Di Muka Umum, tidak terpenuhi bahkan diabaikan. (3) Rekonstruksi Regulasi Kemerdekaan Menyampaikan Pendapat Di Muka Umum Sebagai Wujud Penerapan Prinsip Demokrasi Berbasis Nilai Keadilan, adalah dengan merekonstruksi nilai dan norma dari Pasal 3 Undang-undang Nomor 9 Tahun 1998 tentang Kemerdekaan Menyampaikan Pendapat Di Muka Umum, yaitu merekonstruksi nilai-nilai kemerdekaan menyampaikan pendapat di muka umum dengan nilai-nilai yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai yang terkadung dalam Pancasila, sehingga asas keseimbangan yang diatur pada Pasal 3 mencerminkan asas keseimbangan yang bersumber dari nilai-nilai Pancasila. Implikasi teoritis: Asas keseimbangan dalam kemerdekaan menyampaikan pendapat dimuka umum tidak diartikan bahwa pihak yang menyampaikan pendapat merdeka untuk melakukan perbuatan apapun dan pihak yang dituju oleh pihak yang menyampaikan pendapat merdeka untuk menerima, menghindar bahkan meninggal pihak yang menyampaikan pendapat. Implikasi Praktis: a. Peserta penyampaian pendapat di muka umum merdeka untuk menyampaikan pendapatnya kepada yang dituju, dan berkewajiban untuk memelihara dan mengjormati hak asasi manusia. b. Penerima peserta penyampaian pendapat, berkewajiban untuk menerima peserta penyampaian pendapat di muka umum, dan berhak untuk mendapat pengamanan secara proposional dan professional dari Negara. c. Negara berhak melakukan tindakan hukum jika kemerdekaan penyampaian pendapat di muka umum melanggar hak asasi manusia, dan berkewajiban untuk melakukan pengamanan secara proposional dan professional.

Teachers who are not committed to their institutions typically display low levels of motivation and professionalism in the classroom. The purpose of this study is to de-emphasize teacher loyalty and instead learn how the school's administration plans to increase teacher loyalty at SMP Negeri 1 Mojoagung Jombang. This type of study is a descriptive quantitative study. Instead, observation, interviews, and paperwork are used as data collection methods. Meanwhile, common data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. However, the study's findings pertain to teachers' loyalty at SMP Negeri 1 Mojoagung Jombang, and they are as follows: strict adherence to established rules and regulations, acceptance of responsibility for the responsibilities placed on him as a teacher and the tasks assigned to him, and a commitment to communicating truthfully and in accordance with Islamic principles. In contrast, the school's administration can boost teacher loyalty by measures such as increased surveillance, providing teachers with feedback and coaching opportunities, conducting regular classroom observations, reminding teachers of their professional obligations, reminding teachers that the school is their own, providing uswatun khasanah.
Brain tumor is one of the most fatal diseases that can afflict anyone regardless of gender or age necessitating prompt and accurate treatment as well as early discovery of symptoms. Brain tumors can ...be identified using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) to detect abnormal tissue or cell development in the brain and surrounding the brain. Biopsy is another option, but it takes approximately 10 to 15 days after the inspection, so technology is required to classify the image. The goal of this study is to conduct a comparative analysis of the greatest accuracy value attained while classifying using segmentation with thresholding versus segmentation without thresholding on the CNN method. Images are assigned threshold values of 150, 100, and 50. The dataset consists of 7023 MRI scans of four types of brain tumors: glioma, notumor, meningioma, and pituitary. Without utilising thresholding segmentation, the classification yielded the highest degree of accuracy, 92%. At the threshold of 100, classification by segmentation received the highest score of 88%. This demonstrates that thresholding segmentation during CNN model preprocessing is less effective for brain image classification
The purpose of this research is to find out (1) how successful the implementation of inclusive education in Bekasi City, (2) how large the index of inclusive education achieved by inclusive ...elementary schools (SD) in Bekasi City, (3) what are the obstacles faced in implementing inclusive education in Bekasi city. The inclusion index is obtained by conducting a survey on the coordinators of inclusiveness using 45 indicators developed from the dimensions of creating an inclusive culture, producing inclusive policies, and developing inclusive education. This research was conducted at eight inclusive schools in Bekasi City. The results showed that the average inclusion index in Bekasi City was 8. The smallest index in schools was 7 and the largest index reached 9. The dimension of inclusion index to create an inclusive culture was 8. The dimension of inclusion index was 9 to produce inclusive policies and the dimension of inclusion index to the development of education inclusive of 8. Overall all dimensions are in the good category. However, there are two indicators on the dimension of creating an inclusive culture and one indicator on the dimension of developing inclusive education which is still lacking.
Tujuan penelitian adalah sebagai berikut:1) Untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil efektivitas antara model pembelajaran CIRC dan Round Table dalam pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap kemampuan menulis ...puisi siswa kelas V SD. Untuk mengetahui manakah model pembelajaran yang memiliki hasil efektivitas yang lebih tinggi terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas V SD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Gugus Dr. Soetomo yang terletak di Kecamatan Tengaran, Kabupaten Semarang, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan hasil efektivitas pembelajaran menulis puisi antara menggunakan model Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition dan model pembelajaran Round Table. Perbedaan keterampilan menulis puisi terbukti dengan adanya selisih antara nilai pretest dan posttest pada kelas eksperimen 1 sebesar 21,91. Hasil pretest pada kelas eksperimen 2 menunjukkan selisih nilai rata-rata pretest dan posttest pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 12,75. 2) Model pembelajaran Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition memiliki efektivitas lebih tinggi terhadap hasil belajar menulis puisi pada peserta didik kelas V SDN Karangduren 02.
