With the deepening of socialization, the requirements for enterprises are getting higher and higher, which also prompts enterprises to innovate their management models. To enable enterprises to find ...the correct way to reconfigure their corporate management models, a prediction method based on an improved Markov model is used to forecast the direction of corporate management model reconfiguration. In this paper, the residuals generated by fitting GM (1, 1) at each time node are considered as the expected output values of positive and negative two random states under the state probability distribution, and the squares loss function of the residuals is established as the objective function. To obtain the minimum value of the squares loss function, the gradient descent algorithm is applied to approximate the optimal values of the probability intensity and the pending coefficients of the Kolmogorov equation under the condition of the available small amount of information, and then the Markov model correction value is determined to correct the prediction results of GM (1, 1), which effectively improves the reasonableness and feasibility of the Markov model to predict the results of the enterprise management model architecture reconstruction. The results of the calculation of the data show that According to the calculation results of the data, it can be seen that the gradient descent Markov model prediction results reduce the average relative errors of the three sets of data to 0.214%, 1.582%, and 4.134%, respectively, which is better than various other prediction models. It shows that the gradient descent algorithm based on the squares error loss function under the Markov model can effectively improve the reasonableness of the transfer probability intensity, enhance the reasonableness and reference value of the prediction results, and provide a practical direction for enterprises to reconstruct and transmute their management models under the condition of small sample data.
With the rapid development of modern computer technology, and gradually combined with the textile industry, the application of modern computer technology in the field of textile is increasingly ...extensive, which makes textile production gradually move towards the road of automation development. This paper proposes an automatic detection method of simple weave fabric density based on computer image vision. Computer vision and digital image processing technology are used to analyze and identify the simple weave fabric's warp and weft yarn information and calculate the fabric density. To avoid the phenomenon of warp and weft yarn skew, a method of fabric skew correction based on the Radon transform is proposed. The optimal decomposition order of these four fabrics is k = 2, k = 5, and k = 3. The decomposition series is k. It is found that the relative error of both warp and weft density is about 1.00%. Most of the data obtained by the method of correlation coefficient curve to determine the optimal decomposition series are consistent with the results of the energy curve method. The relative error of the density test results of No. 3 fabric, No. 6 fabric, and No. 7 fabric is higher than 10%, and the relative error of No. 3 fabric is the highest, reaching 66%. This shows serious errors in these three fabrics' warp and weft density. To solve the problems of simple weave fabric density detection, the corresponding algorithm is used to solve the problems. Finally, good results are obtained, which verifies the feasibility of this method. It is significant to realize the automatic measurement of fabric density in textile factories.
The search for kidney xenografts that are appropriate for patients with end-stage renal disease has been ongoing since the beginning of the last century. The major cause of xenograft loss is ...hyperacute and acute rejection, and this has almost been overcome via scientific progress. The success of two pre-clinical trials of α1,3-galactosyltransferase gene-knockout porcine kidneys in brain-dead patients in 2021 triggered research enthusiasm for kidney xenotransplantation. This minireview summarizes key issues from an immunological perspective: the discovery of key xenoantigens, investigations into key co-stimulatory signal inhibition, gene-editing technology, and immune tolerance induction. Further developments in immunology, particularly immunometabolism, might help promote the long-term outcomes of kidney xenografts.
A higher vitamin D intake improves the prognosis of early stage breast cancer (BC) patients. We hypothesized that vitamin D intake should refer to vitamin D receptor (VDR) expression. In order to ...prove this hypothesis, we first intend to evaluate the correlation between VDR expression and prognosis of BC patients using meta-analysis.
Literatures from PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library (last update by May 20, 2020) were retrieved to find studies assessing the prognostic role of VDR in BC. The hazard ratios (HRs) for patients' survival were extracted for pooled analyses. Subgroup analysis, sensitivity analysis and meta-regression were performed to explore the sources of heterogeneity.
Seven articles containing eight studies with 2503 patients were enrolled. The results from the pooled analyses showed that the VDR expression generally had no relationship with BC patients' overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (DFS), cancer-specific survival (CSS), and progression-free survival (PFS) (P > 0.05). Because only the number of studies exploring the relationship between VDR expression and OS is greater than five and there is heterogeneity, we explored the sources of heterogeneity of these studies. Subgroup analyses showed that the VDR expression in the nucleus had no relationship with OS, but high total VDR expression in the nucleus and cytoplasm was related to a better OS (pooled HR = 0.41; 95% CI = 0.18-0.95; P = 0.038). In addition, in subgroup of studies using cut-off values other than 'immunoreactive score (IRS)>5' and 'IRS > 25', high VDR expression was associated with a better OS (pooled HR = 0.47; 95% CI = 0.30-0.74; P = 0.001). Sensitivity analysis showed that the result pattern was not obviously affected by any single study. Meta-regression showed that the source of heterogeneity was not country (P = 0.657), pathological type (P = 0.614), molecular type (P = 0.423), staining location (P = 0.481), or cut-off value (P = 0.509).
The protein expression level of VDR in entire BC cells evaluated by immunohistochemistry is related to the OS of BC patients. It is expected that a more individualized vitamin D intake and a more accurate prognosis assessment can be recommended for BC patients based on the VDR expression. Of course, more preclinical and clinical studies are needed.
Structural profiling of healthy human gut microbiota across heterogeneous populations is necessary for benchmarking and characterizing the potential ecosystem services provided by particular gut ...symbionts for maintaining the health of their hosts. Here we performed a large structural survey of fecal microbiota in 314 healthy young adults, covering 20 rural and urban cohorts from 7 ethnic groups living in 9 provinces throughout China. Canonical analysis of unweighted UniFrac principal coordinates clustered the subjects mainly by their ethnicities/geography and less so by lifestyles. Nine predominant genera, all of which are known to contain short-chain fatty acid producers, co-occurred in all individuals and collectively represented nearly half of the total sequences. Interestingly, species-level compositional profiles within these nine genera still discriminated the subjects according to their ethnicities/geography and lifestyles. Therefore, a phylogenetically diverse core of gut microbiota at the genus level may be commonly shared by distinctive healthy populations as functionally indispensable ecosystem service providers for the hosts.
Abstract Macrophages are involved in all phases of scaffold induced tissue regeneration, orchestrating the transition from an inflammatory to regenerative phenotype to guide all other cell types to ...complete the wound healing process when a tissue defect advances beyond the critical size. Therefore, harnessing macrophages by scaffolds is important for facilitating tissue regeneration in situ . In this work we utilized the superparamagnetic scaffold upon magnetization as a mechanostimulation platform to apply forces directly to macrophages grown in the scaffold, aiming to figure out whether the functions of macrophages related to bone tissue regeneration can be mechanomodulated and to elucidate the underlying mechanisms. We showed the first evidence that upon magnetization the interaction of superparamagnetic scaffolds to macrophages drove them to polarize towards an M2-like phenotype by inhibiting TLR2/4 activation and enhancing VEGFR2 activation, thereby inhibiting secretion of the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-1β, TNF-α and MCP-1, as well as the osteoclast differentiation cytokines MMP-9 and TRAP, and up-regulating VEGF and PDGF. The conditioned media enhanced the osteogenesis of osteoblasts and the angiogenesis of endothelial cells.
Water inrush in mines has always been a major technical problem restricting the safe production of mines with abundant water. Seepage channels formed by fractures in rock masses provide the necessary ...conditions for water inrush to occur. Effectively controlling the formation of fractures in rock masses is essential for preventing water inrush disasters. In response to the shortcomings of conventional water inrush monitoring methods, a set of methods for the inversion of seepage channels in rock masses based on mining-induced microseismic (MS) data was proposed in this paper. A discrete fracture network (DFN) was built based on moment tensor (MT) theory, and a method for extracting reasonable fractures associated with different failure mechanisms was proposed. To enhance the applicability of the fractures derived from MS data (MS-derived fractures), the MS-derived fractures were transformed into a graph structure by graph theory. Subsequently, the hydraulic properties of each node and edge in the graph structure were obtained based on Darcy's law. In addition, the fluid flow time in the MS-derived fractures was weighted to detect the shortest seepage channel. Finally, the method was applied to a mine that experienced a water inrush disaster. The seepage channel formation process, water pressure distribution and main seepage channel in the study area of the mine were analyzed. The results may provide references for decision-makers regarding when and where to implement water shutoff measures in mines.
In this paper, we consider an initial value problem for the 2-D compressible Navier-Stokes equations without heat conductivity. We prove the global existence of a strong solution when the initial ...perturbation is small in H2 and its L1 norm is bounded. Moreover, we derive some decay estimate for such a solution.
Probiotics administration can improve host health. This study aims to determine the effects of probiotics (Lactobacillus casei Zhang and Lactobacillus plantarum P-8) administration on milk ...production, milk func- tional components, milk composition, and fecal microbiota of dairy cows. Variations in the fecal bacteria microbiota between treatments were assessed based on 16S rRNA profiles determined by PacBio single molecule real-time sequencing technology. The probiotics supplementation significantly increased the milk production and the contents of milk immunoglobulin C (IgG), lactoferrin (LTF), lysozyme (LYS) and lactoperoxidase (LP), while the somatic cell counts (SCC) significantly decreased (P〈0.01). However, no significant difference was found in the milk fat, protein and lactose contents (P 〉 0.05). Although the probiotics supplementation did not change the fecal bacteria richness and diversity, significantly more rumen fermentative bacteria ( Bacteroides, Roseburia, Ruminococcus, CIostridium, Coprococcus and Dorea) and beneficial bacteria (Faecalibacterium prausnitzii) were found in the probiotics treatment group. Meanwhile, some opportunistic pathogens e.g. Bacillus cereus, Cronobacter sakazakii and Alkaliphilus oremlandii, were suppressed. Additionally, we found some correlations between the milk production, milk components and fecal bacteria. To sum up, our study demonstrated the beneficial effects of probiotics application in improving the quality and quantity of cow milk production.
