Nowadays, Direct Power Purchase (DPP) for industrial users has become an important part of the electricity market. This type of transaction usually needs to rely on regulatory agencies to assist in ...the transaction, and the transaction algorithm is relatively simple. Blockchain technology based on encryption algorithm has the function of distributed ledger, which can make DPP more transparent and reliable. This paper proposes a DPP transaction method, which incorporates the peak shaving characteristics of industrial users and the green certificate system into transactions, and completes related transactions on the blockchain platform. First, establish a DPP market structure based on blockchain technology. Second, establish a DPP transaction mechanism based on green certificates and peak shaving characteristics. Simulation results for four cases show that the proposed method can respond to peak shaving capacity and bring more profit to renewable energy companies.
Background
Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) outbreaks have become common in large nursing homes, placing not only residents but also staff and community members at risk ...for infection. However, the relationship between larger nursing homes and the community spread of SARS-CoV-2 has not yet been documented.
Objective
To examine the association between county average nursing home bed size and presence of certificate of need (CON) laws, which influence nursing home size, with county-level SARS-CoV-2 prevalence over time.
Design
Cross-sectional study using county-level data from March 11 through June 12, 2020.
Participants
All US counties with at least one nursing home (
n
= 2,883).
Main Measures
The main explanatory variables were county average nursing home bed size and presence of a CON law. The main outcome was the cumulative number of SARS-CoV-2 cases on each day of the study period adjusted for county population size and density, demographic and socioeconomic characteristics, total nursing home bed supply, other health care supply measures, epidemic stage, and census region.
Key Results
By June 12, a between-county difference in average nursing home size equal to 1 bed was associated with 3.92 additional SARS-COV-2 cases (95% CI = 2.14 to 5.69;

< 0.001), on average, and counties subject to CON laws had 104.53 additional SARS-CoV-2 cases (95% CI = 7.68 to 201.38;
P <
0.05), on average. Counties with larger nursing homes also demonstrated higher growth in the frequency of SARS-COV-2 throughout the study period.
Conclusions
At the county level, average nursing home size and CON law presence was associated with a greater frequency of SARS-CoV-2 cases. Controlling the impact of the coronavirus 2019 pandemic may require additional resources for communities with larger nursing homes and more attention towards long-term care policies.

The aim of the contribution is to present an evaluation of the innovative and updating education of teachers of French who participated in the Erasmus+ project “With French on the Horizon” (ID ...2021-1-SK01-KA122-SCH-000014674). Teachers involved in the project who teach French and English at primary and secondary schools in Slovakia took part in the assessment (31 mobilities). The hybrid mobility in Nice brought its fruit in the form of 70 hours of training course education for 20 participants and 56 hours of education for three participants. Job-shadowing mobility in Besancon with a bonus training course brought 50 hours of training for seven participants, while job-shadowing mobility in CFAIE Val-de-Reuil was an extra mobility for one teacher. The teachers stated their high level of satisfaction with the Erasmus+ training courses They also prepared a lot of useful activities that were then published in a book. All the training participants received an international certificate of successful completion, and were offered the opportunity to complete their training by presenting their work and defending it through recognition of innovative education at the national level. Registered and completed participants were issued a certificate of innovative training education. Since the defences took place as a dissemination exchange of knowledge for other teachers of the French language, the participants of these disseminations were also issued certificates for updating training education at the national level.
With the advent of the Internet-of-Things (IoT), it is considered to be one of the latest innovations that offer interesting opportunities for different vertical industries. One of the most relevant ...IoT technology areas is smart construction. IoT operates in several sectors on a daily basis; implementation includes smart building, smart grids, smart cities, smart houses, physical defense, e-health, asset, and transportation management, but it is not restricted to this. Support from smart IoT buildings is an IoT-level, connected, and cost-effective system. Commercial space has major requirements in terms of comfort, accessibility, security, and energy management. Such requirements can be served organically by IoT-based systems. As the supply of energy has been exhausted and energy demand has risen, there has been a growing focus on energy usage and the maintenance of buildings. With the use of evolving IoT technology, we present a secure and energy-efficient smart building architecture. Every device is known by its unique address, and one of the key web transfer protocols is the Constrained Application Protocol (CoAP). It is an application layer protocol that does not use protected channels for data transfer. Automatic key management, confidentiality, authentication, and data integrity are all features of the Datagram Transport Layer Protection (DTLS). To achieve energy efficiency, we propose a smart construction architecture that, through IoT, manages the performance of all technological systems. The results of the simulation show that the energy consumption is lowered by about 30.86% with the use of the CoAP in the smart building, which is less than the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport case (MQTT). This paper also aims to observe how to integrate the DTLS protocol with the Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA-256) using optimizations from the Certificate Authority (CA) to improve security.
